We have been vacationing in this property for about 10 years. It has never disappointed! Wonderful views, great decor, impeccable cleanliness, a breeze at check-in and check-out! This is the best property in Galveston, no question! We cannot wait to return! Do yourself a favor and enjoy this property!

We loved our stay at Diamond Beach. The condo was very nice and just as listing showed. Very clean and comfortable. The balcony is huge, and we loved spending mornings and evenings there. The Lazy River was where we spent most of our time and is so relaxing.
We would definitely stay at Maria's condo again. It is perfect for a group of adults with the way the bedrooms are set up.

Spent a wonderful 5 day vacation at the diamond beach condo. The owner of the property was incredibly nice, we did not have any need to reach her however I have no doubt she is very accessible. The property is clean, the amenities well maintained. The beach is quite pricate, the pool and lazy river engertained my kids for hours per day. Highly recommend!

The condo itself was absolutely perfect! The resort was still having problems from the hurricane a few weeks prior. The main attraction being the 300 foot cascading pool was closed along with the hot tubs and only 1 elevator was working. But the trip was still a success!

We have stayed at this property a few times and it does not disappoint! The property itself has enough amenities to keep you busy. The room itself was exactly as described, extremely clean, comfortable beds, and plenty of space for our 7 adults. We will continue to come back here again again!

The condo was next level .The views are excellent and breathtaking. My only complaint was the concrete slab ( covers indoor pool below) that you have to look over to see the ocean views . The listing was not clear and of course did show that . Overall it was amazing and the Penthouse was clean and I mean spotless clean . The toilet paper and 2 q - tips must be for decorations. Lol. We had to supply our own toilet paper . Not a big deal but it should be stocked : The owner was really nice and accommodating. Watch out the rude Aussie gentleman working at Property . He is borderline rude and not friendly. Aka wristband police . Few hiccups like the lady throwing up off the roof onto my head while parking . Yes it happened. Lol . Overall it was a quiet and relaxing stay with million dollar views . We travel all over the United States and it was one best places we have ever stayed in .

Diamond Beach is a great resort. We've stayed there many times in different condos and will stay there again. This condo was spacious, well-stocked, clean, and beautifully decorated. Since we had three adult couples, the bedroom situation was perfect...two kings and one queen. The outdoor deck was like an extra room, with furniture for sitting and eating. The only downside was the view wasn't exactly what we expected. Due to the curve of the building, we could only see west. Also, beyond the deck was the concrete roof of the lower level, which was somewhat unsightly. But all in all, we loved our stay.

Three generation spring break vacation. Weather was a little colder than expected but the penthouse and property were great. Quick access to quiet beach area, lazy river, large pool, 2 hot tubs, heated indoor pool, game room, and kids “jungle room” were all enjoyed. Room was in good shape with a big deck that has nice long view of the beach. Kids enjoyed watching pelicans fly by. Would recommend for a family vacation.

Weather Gods weren’t kind. Enjoyed relaxing on the deck which is huge. Cooked one meal but realized we should have brought along more things like a baking sheet. We improvised and managed. Kids loved the kids room on the 2nd floor as well as the indoor pool.

Location is absolutely perfect! The view is breathtaking. The listing was just as advertised and the owner was very responsive with all of our questions and request. Cleaning crew did an outstanding job. The only issue we had was with shades not going up and down, which made it hard to get onto the balcony and the washer had a massive mold problem. We chose not to do our laundry even though we planned on it and purchased detergent. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Overall it was a great stay. The only issue I had was when checking in. The concierge desk only had one fob available for the four of us which made it difficult when we didn't all four go to the same place at the same time on the property. I was told that they would bring me a second fob later in the day, but that never happened. I got the second fob when I picked up the wrist bands for day two.

The condo we stayed in was beautiful!! We really enjoyed our place. We wish there would have been more towels and maybe a few more throw blankets. The property is beautiful, but I will say the employee of Diamond Beach who was walking the property on the Friday we were there (6/9) was very rude and very aggressive. I understand ensuring that we have wrist bands and belong there, but he forcefully grabbed my daughter's wrist to see if she had one on. He should NOT be touching anyone for ANY reason. His tone was rude. His demeanor was just uncalled for. He made our stay at the pool area unenjoyable. Our son's car was damaged on the property due to a light fixture falling off the building and breaking the window glass on the passenger door. Hopefully the Property stays true to its word and pays for the fix. Communication with our Condo host was excellent.

We enjoyed our family vacation here immensely. So much to do and a lovely setting with inspring views!
The only downside, in my opinion, was the parking. I had 6 adults in my party with varied work schedules, so we could not carpool. (That's on me as I didn't read the details well enough.) Only allowing 2 cars per unit was a big hassle for us, especially with so many empty parking spaces on site that we weren't allowed to use.
I highly recommend this property, but only if you don't need more than 2 parking spaces for your party. If you can make 2 cars work for you, this is the place to stay!

This was a great property with fabulous view of the ocean. We walked in the beach enjoyed great nearby restaurants- Maria was easy to deal with and gave us great restaurant recommendations. This is the first time to Galveston and we will be back and will stay at this place if possible.

The condo was fantastic. The building is amazing with indoor pool and a great gaming area and a movie theater type room. Our favorite part was the state of the art gym. It’s as nice as any I’ve worked out in. We had a great time

We enjoyed our stay from the minute we walked in until the minute we walked out. Beautiful decor, comfortable beds and very spacious. Maria, our host was very quick to answer questions and gracious with the welcome gift.

The condo was extremely nice, and very well appointed. Our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. However, we were disappointed at the extent to which the view of the beach is obstructed by the roof top of the floor beneath. A good view is 90% why we chose a beachfront property, so I don’t think we would stay there again for that reason.

Check in was a breeze. The property had a lot of really nice amenities. Condo staff was friendly. Condo it’s self was beautiful with breathtaking views. I thought it was going to be within walking distance to restaurants but it wasn’t. It wasn’t a big deal either because it was easy getting in and out of the complex
