What a wonderful place to stay if your visit Normandy and Bayeux. The rooms and very blame and tidy and the hosts are very hospitable! Great value and a nice quiet rural setting close to Bayeux.

The breakfast was simple but Okay. The location is very quiet. A bit remote. Close to Bayeux.

The breakfast could have been with some more variety.

We were travelling as a family and we had some little annexe rooms. We had a warm welcome, space for my children to run around in the garden and a very quiet and comfortable night’s sleep. The breakfast was lovely too!

Beautiful rooms in a picturesque location. Hosts were so friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean and tastefully arranged.

We loved everything. Small suggestion: soap in the bathroom and maybe a larger waste basket in the room so we could leave our rubbish more tidily.

Only comment on the room would be to provide bedside lamps as the wall lights/overhead lights are very bright and not conducive to a peaceful wind down. The sat nav location could be improved as we had difficult finding the property using the information provided.

TV didn't work properly. No soaps/shampoo etc in bathroom. Breakfast room not suitable, far too large and empty. No other facilities on site.

The location is very close to Bayeux (5km)and also close to Arromanches and the beaches. Nevertheless the estate lies by its own, away from any traffic and noise, all by itself in a very peaceful and scenic area surrounded by fields, meadows and the typical hedgerows of Normandy. The buildings have been fully restored and used to be a huge farm with a cheese production. Some works and finetuning is still ongoing, the new owners opened just a month ago.(05/2023) The breakfast was very good and rich with local food. The owners are very helpful and friendly.

Sound travels , especially to adjoining rooms , tv heard from other room It is hard to solve that though , it wasn’t a big problem but just be aware you may need to turn down or off as a courtesy to others

The young couple have done a fantastic job renovating this huge property. They are extremely welcoming and the surrounding countryside is so peaceful with very happy horses in the fields attached.

Newly renovated and in a lovely rural area of Bayeux. Room for parking and very quiet. Theo made a wonderful breakfast for us each morning with homemade jams and lovely breads, pastries, eggs and cheeses.

would have appreciated electric kettle with tea and coffee as property is a distance from town. would have been nice to have yogurt and fruit salad for breakfast . no hairdryer in room but host offered one when requested

Little hard to find

The location was beautiful with horses in the fenced area nearby. So nice to be just outside the city. Breakfast was wonderful ! Hostess was very accommodating and able to give us lots of information about restaurants . Lots of brochures and maps available by our room . Wonderful stay
