We chose this rental for our daughter’s U of WA weekend celebration. We were happy the weather cooled off for the weekend since only one bedroom had an air conditioner. Kitchen was well stocked with enough plates, dishes, silverware for what we needed. The outdoor patio was nice even though we used it briefly. Great washer and dryer, lovely table to share a meal with some family also staying nearby. Comfortable beds to sleep and nice large bathrooms. A few things for people considering: one full bath up, one full bath down. Front stairs are a little steep for elderly guests.

Plenty of light, really nice bedrooms and bathrooms, well appointed kitchen...really a lovely property and suited our needs perfectly. We celebrated our daughter's graduation and had a small gathering at the house. The space was perfect with the kitchen open to the family room. Plenty of serving dishes, silverware (except for spoons). Appliances were new looking. The only hiccup was that the freezer made too much ice. Something wrong with the lever that indicates the tray is full so it kept producing ice and made a mountain of it, which upon opening the door 1/2 of it spilled on the floor. I texted management who was responsive and contacted me back right away and asked me if this was something I needed them to take care of, which it wasn't, so all good. Overall really happy with our experience and would def recommend.

Pros: Good location, easy to find street parking, nice layout, cozy spaces and comfortable furniture, nice outdoor spaces, cozy setup in the living room with LED fireplace and smart TV. Cons: Minus one star for all of the little things — broken blinds, uneven/wobbly floorboards, about 20% of the lights are broken, dangerous lack of outdoor lighting on the slippery mossy steps leading up to the front door, dishwasher is ineffective/broken, downstairs ceiling fan is wobbly and unstable, water pressure in upstairs shower is very weak, there were ants in the kitchen and bathrooms, Wi-Fi isn’t super strong, etc. etc. etc. Minus one more star for how poorly stocked this vacation rental is! They use the cheapest possible single-ply toilet paper and paper towels. There are no tissues anywhere. There was an inadequate number of towels, blankets, pillow cases, etc. The kitchen was a joke — a miscellaneous assortment of dirty, broken, and/or simply non-useful pans, pots, utensils, etc. No aluminum foil, wax paper, parchment paper or plastic wrap. No scissors, lighters/matches, measuring cups, cutting boards. The water filter in the fridge clearly hadn’t been changed in months. The ice maker in the freezer didn’t work (and there were no ice trays). And despite offering multiple coffee-making devices, there were no coffee/nespresso supplies to be found! Most egregious of all, minus one star for Vacasa’s ridiculous 10am checkout time, which is apparently a corporate policy that applies to all properties. The difference between 10am and the industry standard 11am/12pm times isn’t that big of a deal for the property management, but it makes a big difference for travelers — it’s the difference between everyone being able to sleep in and enjoy the final morning of their stay, vs. a mad rush to clean and pack and get ready way too quick.

The house was not clean. There were dirty dishes and it looked as if no one had cleaned it after the last guest. The trash cans in which you are supposed to leave the garbage for the garbage truck was completely full when we arrived so there was an issue with getting rid of the garbage.

Clean, spacious. Wonderful spot to stay if you're going to spend some time indoors on a trip.

This place is a great find in a unique neighborhood! Support staff was very accommodating and helpful. Would love to come back and stay here again.

We really liked the house and loved the neighborhood (walking distance to restaurants, a grocery store, good coffee). When we arrived, we discovered a number of issues with the cleanliness and upkeep (broken items) in the house- we brought up our concerns and Vacasa helped make it right in the end. This is not a property with a welcoming experience (e.g. two coffee makers but no coffee, no personalized touch); however the place is cute and the location is very good and quaint. This house could be a five star experience if a little more attention was paid to it -- vacationers should be aware that the property is run by a company and set expectations accordingly.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property while visiting our daughter who lives in Seattle - she even stayed with us as the home was so comfortable. The location was ideal - walking distance to coffee shops, a local market and many restaurants too. During our stay we had many day trips and loved coming back to a home to relax and spend quality time together before heading out for some great dining. The home is extremely comfortable with everything we needed - updated kitchens and bathrooms, comfortable living area and a dining area with a lovely view of the neighborhood. Having street parking was key and we never had an issue finding a spot on near the home. The home is very clean, bright and airy. There are a few minor things that should be addressed (a light switch needed attention, a screen needed repair, better instructions for garbage/recycling pickup), but these did not detract from the enjoyment of the home. We will definitely stay here again for our next trip.

We loved that the whole house was clean and spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. The interior decor and color pallet was beautiful, and there was plenty of natural light. We felt the main entrance was overgrown with foliage and the outside of the house seemed dated.

Great house, with sunny deck, view of Space needle. Wonderful neighborhood- 2 blocks from great restaurants, coffee shop, really nice grocery store. We had a great visit!

The walkable score here is fantastic! Coffee,Mexican, Burgers, Seafood- small grocer! The home itself is cute and well- appointed. Could use a few updates and a coat of paint- new screen needed in front bedroom, esp. since there was one AC machine in the other bedroom. Side yard is a plus- street parking was always available. Overall, great stay and we would stay again.

This worked out perfectly for our group of 4. Plenty of space inside and out, and spotless. If you plan to cook in the beautiful kitchen, it has decent equipment but be sure to bring everything you need for recipes, including salt and pepper. Nice that they set out coffee and tea for guests.

The property was centrally located and perfect for four adults. Stairs could be an issue for those with ability issues. We were very pleased with the whole experience and would stay there again!

The house was a nice place to stay. There seems to be some minor maintenance issues. No instructions for things like the trash. The kitchen could use some measuring cups and spoons. And a pair of scissors. Overall it was very nice and everything that Is needed was provided

I originally tried to adjust the dates of our stay and could not get a response through the app or get anyone on the phone. I also tried the text line suggested in the listing but it was clearly automated/robot so could not get actually human help. The main garbages outside of the house were also packed And overflowing when we arrived leaving no room to take any garbage or recycling out from inside the house as we stayed for a week. Tried to alert the management to this too but didn’t really get a response to that either.

Nice location! Nice older home.. lacking kitchen items if you plan to cook. Very minimal for stocked kitchen. We also had a problem with the ants in the house. The house is an older home that has been taken care of with minimal issues . We stay here again but we would bring our own kitchen supplies and cookware.

This is just steps from the heart of Fremont and in a great location. Very clean and comfortable beds. Beautiful house and amenities provided. There was parking for one spot in front of the drive way which was important as this is difficult for the area and the patio was great! Beds were comfortable and it was warm and toasty. Minor issues were the walkway and stairs was slippery and could use a light near the bottom as it is a fall risk in the winter and there was an occasional sugar ant which was not a problem for the winter but should be taken care of before the summer. The water saver on the upstairs shower should be removed to allow better water pressure which was pretty low - it was better downstairs. Otherwise fantastic house and location - quiet neighborhood and close to running trails and green lake and shops and restaurants and bus lines and very central and would definitely stay again here if in Seattle.

Stayed a week and really enjoyed the place. High points include location - proximity to shops, and restaurants only 5 minute walk. For fit visitors it’s a 15 minute walk down the hill to all that Fremont has to offer. There were some broken blinds and as someone else mentioned a broken dishwasher. Small stuff. Overall great house and would stay again !

While the property needs some updates and perhaps a new dishwasher, it worked for what we were looking for. Keep in mind there is no central AC. Thank goodness it cooled off at night and there was a fan cooling unit in one of the bedrooms and portable fans in each room.
