The house is very roomy (we had 8 adults and a 5 year old). Perfect location. All the amenities. It was a wonderful week!! We've been booking our annual family beach trip through VRBO for many years now. Never encountered a problem!!

We enjoyed this wonderful property with its perfect location. Family Time is important and with inside and outside layout, we made the most of it. Living room and dining areas and the patio provided a perfect environment to enjoy.

10 family members from 3 states, and this house had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. Only a few steps to the beach, and it was visited multiple times each day of our stay. The house has everything we needed, including plenty of towels. Great visit to Morro Bay!

The rental is nicely furnished and has a nice view of the Morro Rock. It is a few steps from the beach. The house is beautiful and located in a great location!

A beautiful home just steps to the beach and only a short drive to the town center! Check-in was seamless as well with keyless entry.

The house was well appointed and the location was perfect. It is right next to a beautiful beach.

We stayed for 5 nights. The location is fantastic. You can see Morro Rock clearly, and it is maybe 1000 feet to the sand from the front door. House is spacious and not cluttered. It also had all the amenities we needed. Tons of space and well laid out. The next time we go to Morro Bay, I will rent this property again (if available).

The perfect Morro Bay beach home
We stayed for 5 nights. The location is fantastic. You can see Morro Rock clearly, and it is maybe 1000 feet to the sand from the front door. House is spacious and not cluttered. It also had all the amenities we needed. Tons of space and well laid out. The next time we go to Morro Bay, I will rent this property again (if available).

great house for a family. We had our 2 kids and their kids so there was a total of 12 of us with ages ranging 4-68. this house worked for us all! it was great to be so close to the beach.

Perfect family vacation home
We rented the house for Thanksgiving. It was perfect for a family get away. The location was amazing. You could see the ocean and to walk to the beach it was literally across the street. The house was so roomy that we all felt we had our own space when we needed it and could come together with plenty of room when we wanted to be together. I'd go back every year!!

Loved the view of Morro Rock out of the dining room window, the sunset streaming in the living room, and the super short walk to the beach! Stayed here with 3 generations and everyone was comfortable. There was tons of space in the house and on the private enclosed yard for cooking, eating, and hanging out. We didn't miss anything, and the beds were plenty comfortable. The heating was a bit limited (especially in the master bedroom and the upstairs bedroom), but the two space heaters helped a ton on the colder nights.

Great, big home, amazing location
Loved the view of Morro Rock out of the dining room window, the sunset streaming in the living room, and the super short walk to the beach! Stayed here with 3 generations and everyone was comfortable. There was tons of space in the house and on the private enclosed yard for cooking, eating, and hanging out. Wonderful location, plenty of space, clean, with a well-appointed kitchen. A better understanding of the layout would have helped us situate the little ones, but otherwise a lovely stay!! Very helpful and communicative hosts, as well.

We had another wonderful beach vacation with our family! This was year #32 of vacationing at the Central Coast. The home has LOTS of room. Plenty of beds and baths. The kitchen was well stocked. The only thing I would mention is that the 3rd bedroom downstairs is not an actual bedroom. There is a queen bed, but no walls (only a curtain) for privacy. You have to pass thru this bedroom to access the 3rd bathroom and the 4th bedroom upstairs. The location of the property is perfect. We loved our stay!

We had another wonderful beach vacation with our family! This was year #32 of vacationing at the Central Coast. The home has LOTS of room. Plenty of beds and baths. The kitchen was well stocked. roomy yet cozy
There were 8 of us on a ladies get-away weekend. We were able to all sit together in the living room and socialize, party and relax. The house had a very warm atmosphere and located close to the beach. We will do it again

Nice and easy place to get to the beach
The house is big enough for 2 families with 1 or 2 children.
Easy to walk to the beach. From the beach, we can walk to the restaurants on the Main Street.
Overall we will definitely come back for another time.

Great location
Great location, great house with lovely views of the ocean at sunset. Lots of room, lots of sunlight, lots of doors and windows that let in the ocean air.

We were 2 senior parents, 2 adult sons with our daughters-in-law, and 4 children: 5.5 years, 2.5 years, 8 months, and 4 months. All adults really liked this home and the courtyard/deck and the great access to the beach via the "mystical" path through the trees. The kitchen and dining areas were great as well. We might return IF we found a time with fewer gray skies. ;-) The kitchen was missing a few things, BBQ tools for one, that I can't remember just now. It was workable though, for sure.

Family weekend getaway
Came to town with my family to celebrate my wife’s birthday at the beach. Very short walk from the front door to the sand. Perfect for kids. We’ll likely be coming back sometime soon

Very conveniently located for a daily walk on the beach, plenty of space, fully equipped kitchen, and a great bbq grill. This house was exactly what we wanted for 3 adult couples reunion.

Fabulous beach house
Very comfortable, well appointed house across the street from access to gorgeous beach via a path leading under a tunnel of trees and trough the dunes. The wide expanse of beach was perfect for incredible sunset beach walks not far from the famous the Morro Bay rock. Grandkids loved playing in the waves.
The lovely house included a stocked kitchen, two living room areas, plenty of towels, an out side shower and a great outside seating and dining area. We all appreciated the comfortable beds. One caveat might be to note that one of the queen bed rooms is not private, but must also be used for access to bathroom and bedrooms upstairs.

Fabulous family beach home
This home was so spacious and welcoming. I love the way the layout was so that there was actually two separate wings. With several different families, it worked out perfect! The location couldn’t be better just a few steps to the beach and the walking trails in the area. The house was very clean and well appointed there was nothing that we needed that wasn’t provided . The house was very accommodating to small children and we loved the outdoor shower and backyard with beautiful deck. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.
