I have been renting houses on Nantucket for decades and have never experienced anything like Gilligan’s Island! It is located in a great part (Tom Nevers, super close to the beach) and we were blown away by how well stocked it is! We basically had to bring nothing (house comes with bikes, yard games, tennis rackets, etc). Access to the tennis/pickle ball courts and the hot tub were a big plus. Jamie was so responsive and awesome. Overall an incredible property, perfect for a family vacation! We will never rent another house again!!

This property was perfect for our group. It was clean and the owners were very communicative. The house had everything you could have needed. It also had large spaces for big groups to hang out and eat. The location was both private and still close enough to town. We had an amazing time!

Our group of three generations stayed at Gilligan’s Island and found the home to be the perfect spot for our family vacation. The house is beautiful inside and outside, plenty of space to unwind, play, cook and relax. We walked, rode bikes, and drove to all our activities on the island, including the nearby beaches (Tom Nevers and Sconset) and slept well every night at home. We’d love to return again someday!

This house has essentially everything you would like in a home. Fully stocked kitchen, bikes, yard games, beach chairs/towels/umbrella, etc. it’s a decent distance to the beach if you walk but you can bike there very easily. The beaches are also amazing though as it’s very private.

Our entire group loved our stay at Gilligan's island. The host was extremely responsive, the house was clean and offered so much (backyard Is wonderful), the price was reasonable, and was perfect for our group. We highly suggest anyone looking for a weekend away to stay here. We can't thank you enough for the stay and for giving us the opportunity to make so many memories this weekend.

The house was amazing to stay at! It was very roomy for a group of 10 with plenty of places to sleep. We enjoyed the outdoor furniture and the hot tub too! Would recommend, 10 out of 10!!

We had an excellent time. This is a great house. It is very clean, comfortable and spacious. Everybody had their own area to relax and we were a big group. The host, Jamie, is very responsive and very accommodating. The house has everything that you need. It is in a very quite area, plenty of parking space and has a very nice back yard. We enjoyed the hot tub very much. Thank you, Jamie, for allowing us to stay in your home. I recommend Gilligan's Island 100%.

Everything was amazing about our stay here! Jamie was an unbelievable host and incredibly communicative. The house was lovely, a short walk to the beach, cozy enough for a wonderful Christmas but enough room for everyone. The dogs had the best time :) We would love to stay again!!

We came to Nantucket for a family wedding. The home on Flintlock was beautiful and well appointed both inside and out. We enjoyed our time at the home and plan to come back again soon.

This property is a “10”. Great location, lots of living space, well equipped and clean. The owner was very helpful and responsive!

The property has been well cared for and has an amazing backyard for corn hole and games! We really enjoyed our stay.

We had another fantastic Nantucket vacation! The house was eqiupped with everything we needed and we absolutely loved watching the sunset each night from the second floor deck. The yard was large and well maintained and the kids enjoyed toasting s'mores by the fore pit! Thank you Jamie for a wonderful time away.

We loved our time at Gilligan's Island. The house and yard were both lovely and even a bit nicer than the pictures suggest. We didn't have many issues but Jamie was very responsive and a wonderful host. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a getaway in Tom Nevers!

This a large house on a large property with all amenities you might want. The house is very clean, the inside is very comfortable, and the deck and yard are very useful. The house is near a less busy beach, only a few minutes away on the provided bikes. The main town is only a few minutes away by car, and walking and biking trails are nearby. Overall a great find!

The house was beautiful, very clean and perfect for families. It was close to Tom Nevers beach and an easy drive to other beaches and town. The back yard was amazing - a nice big deck to dine and lounge on, a large yard for the kids to play and a firepit for at night. The house was fully stocked with whatever we needed - towels, beach towels, beach chairs, cornhole and even some bikes! Jamie thought of everything for this house down to the very last details and the furnishings were spacious and very comfortable. Jamie was extremely helpful and responsive and the house looked exactly as it was pictured on the website. He even had a car to rent if needed. We will happily return in the future and recommend to others! Thanks again Jamie!

From start to finish my expectations were exceeded!! My husband and I stayed for 33 days. Our adult daughter was with us the whole time and we had other friends and family rotate in. At one point we had 8 people and we still had a bed to spare! We had everything we needed and more. We cooked many meals at the house and grilled multiple times and were able to easily entertain. The beds were comfy and the towels were plush and plentiful. The outside shower was a hit! The beach a short bike ride away was gorgeous and peaceful. The backyard with a huge pet fun and a fire pit made for some great nights to look up at the stars. Jamie was always responsive and we felt incredibly welcomed into his home. I highly recommend Gilligan’s Island!!

Had a great 3-night stay at Gilligan’s Island with my wife, 2 teenage children and our dog Max! We enjoyed many of the amenities: outdoor grill and dining table, beach chairs, beach cooler and dog crate to name a few. Great sunset views from the upper deck. Jamie was very attentive, checking in on us daily. We hope to visit Gilligan’s Island again with a bigger crew. Thanks Jamie!
