We had not been away for many months, so this trip was well needed. The apartment was cute and had all the amenities. The one picture that shows the beach directly across the street was misleading, as there was a valet parking lot across the street and to get to the beach we had to walk to the corner, wait for the crosswalk signal, cross the street and walk a couple hundred feet to the beach access. I feel this should be mentioned. There was a beach wagon for use, but we opted to carry our beach gear. Overall it was a nice, clean and comfortable stay.

Property location was great. Clean and spacious. Parking space was a plus for us. We stayed for a short stay but would return and stay here. Communication w/ PM was easy and accessible.

My husband and I loved our stay at Villa B. The place was equipped with everything we needed for a great time. The location is great, walking distance to all the best restaurants and bars. We especially enjoyed the very comfortable bed with high end, super soft sheets. We will be back!

This clean and well appointed unit was perfect for our stay! It had everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrella and plenty of towels. The location was ideal for a beach vacation as it was across the street from a gorgeous beach and walking distance to many restaurants, bars and shops. Mike was very accessible and always helpful.

We had a super time and Mike's villa we stayed in was perfect. He is the nicest guy and takes lots of pride in his property. It was such a great lication to walk all around and a perfect seat to watch the sunset. We enjoyed the stay!

The place was very comfortable, and very conveniently located. The owner has the place very well stocked with anything you’ll need for a fun day at the beach. The kitchen was also very well stocked.

This was my second time in Anna Maria and my husband’s first time. Mike’s place was in a great location at the corner right as you cross the Cortez bridge. We stayed for a week and the space was totally fine for that two of us but it would be a little cramped for our liking had there been anyone else only because the living quarters is fairly small. The bedroom is spacious with a TV and lots of closet and dresser space. Mike had tons of hangers which was a nice change from most Vrbo places we have stayed in. The linens were great as was the bed…very comfortable. This place was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. He really had thought of everything. We actually got to meet Mike which was great. He shared a lot of the history of the island and fun spots to visit. We would highly recommend booking with him. We will be back!

Great place for 2 people. It had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked and bed was very comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is for new beach chairs, my husband and I are in our 50’s so it was hard getting in and out of the chairs, lol. Plus they have some age on them. But location was perfect. I would also suggest that if you are going to just stay on the island, instead of renting a car rent a golf cart. And you can Uber anywhere off the island. There’s a free trolley that takes you all over the island. Perfect location for the island. Thank you we had a great time

Third year in a row that we stayed in paradise to celebrate our anniversary! Beach and sunsets rights across the street and Bridge St is a few blocks away. Gets better every year! Mike is a great host and unit is always clean. We will be back!

We were within walking distance to every thing.

We were SO impressed with our stay! We needed a spot last minute and Mike was very friendly and quick to respond, making it possible to have everything work. The apartment is even prettier than the pictures give it credit for. Everything was sparkling clean and there were so many truly thoughtful touches (two bottles of water chilling in the fridge, a beach wagon with two chairs ready to go and an ice cube scoop in the freezer just as a few examples). We were wondering if the road noise would be a problem, but it truly wasn't! We slept soundly and never heard anything. The beach is literally across the street and it's just beautiful.The apartment truly had everything we needed and it was a delightful place to stay. We would stay here again without hesitation.

We had an amazing time as usual. This was our second stay at Salty Living and it did not disappoint! Captain Mike is always helpful and comes to greet you on check in to make sure you have everything you need! The views are amazing and the rooms always clean. Will be back next year!

The bungalow we had was perfect! Clean and an early check-in awaited us. We even extended our stay 3 days (Tks Mike!) Short walk and you were on the Gulf of Mexico! Water was about 90 degrees and it was hot, hot, hot. No matter, we had a fab time and are looking to come back 2-9 August for my 60th birthday!

Thank you for the awesome stay. We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary here on Wednesday, got some golfing in, hung out on the beach everyday (for a while since it's so hot), enjoyed some great food and watched your beautiful sunsets. Your accomodations were absolutely perfect for us. We completely appreciate you. Keep up the great work and we'll be back. This is a slice of paradise.

This little one bedroom apartment was just perfect for a weekend getaway with my son. We woke up and walked right across the street to the beach in the mornings, and then again in the evenings for beautiful sunsets. Truly a great location - everything we needed was in walking distance. Would definitely schedule another stay.

Location was great! Right across Beach House restaurant, which really made meals easy- without having to leave the beach. Villa was clean and included awesome beach amenities- chairs, umbrella, cooler and a cart to lug it all back and forth. Walking distance to Bridge Street. We really enjoyed our stay!

Property was on a very busy street. Requested an early check-in which didn't happen. Close walking distance to Bridge Street and restaurants.
