This property was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and well stocked. The hot tub is a nice addition. It’s close to the Interstate and other activities in Albuquerque. The host was wonderful to work with. We highly recommend this home.

It was located in a very accessible area, very quiet neighborhood. Very nice home, very clean as well! Host was very easy to communicate to and always got back to me when I messaged him. Only complaint is we couldn't stay longer. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Home was just as advertised and had no problems at all! Fully fenced yard was great for our dogs and the house was nice sized. Star gazing in the hot tub was great and the Sleep Number bed was just what we needed to relax. Great location to get back to the highway but definitely far enough to be in a nice neighborhood. Host suggested a few restaurants which was super helpful!

Great location for the balloon fiesta! Nice neighborhood that felt safe. Plenty of space at the house and the owners are thoughtful in all the things provided. Lots of great restaurants and alternative activities to do but hanging out at the house was comfortable and relaxing.

Plenty of space, very clean, nice quiet neighborhood and the location is great. The beds were really comfortable, which is always super important. My kids enjoyed the hot tub and games and toys. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable.

The house was everything we expected. This was a quick visit to the area to find an apartment for our daughter who will be relocating to the area. We did not get to enjoy the hot tub but the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was adequate for our needs. The home was located within 20 minutes of almost everything we wanted to do while in the area. We will be back to ABQ several times in the future and we will not hesitate to stay here again!

Nice big table, needed a few more chairs for visiting family. Comfortable beds. Jake is very quick to respond, though we still had a misunderstanding on dates which cost me over $500, but could have been worse. Wish I didn’t get so many JUNK emails from VRBO, meaning I missed an important one from him! Gorgeous hot tub and great directions for use of the home!

The house was a good base of operations for our all-too-short (3-day) Albuquerque visit on this trip - close to lots of good food destinations and convenient to the places we needed to be, primarily in North Albuquerque Acres, Sandia Heights, and High Desert. Very clean and functional, and we especially appreciated the hot tub! Had a minor hiccup with the door code upon entry but we were able to get in touch with Jake immediately and resolve it over the phone.
