We were very please with our stay. Very clean and close to the ski lodge. Absolutely no complaints.

We had a great time! We arrived and the home was not cleaned but John made sure to make it right ASAP. That’s the only reason I wrote the cleanliness wasn’t perfect. We loved the home and it was our second stay there and hopefully we will be there next year.

We had a great time. The house was great. Very peaceful with deer hanging out daily. Close to everything in town. Would definitely stay here again if back in town.

It is a very nice cabin, master bedroom was great, our two boys stayed in the loft area on the two twin beds. Family was in other two bedrooms. The only problem was no measuring cups or measuring spoons. Also, the ashes from the previous tenants was left in a bucket on the front porch. It was a wonderful time had by all. We will try to book again. Kids had a blast with all the deer we saw that would walk right up to you. It is a great cabin for 8 people.

This was such a cozy placed, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the resort, but close enough to everything to be convenient. They kids loved having a yard to play in, and the adults enjoyed the view. It was a great place to make memories.

The cabin is amazing. So clean, unbelievable stocking of the kitchen, all the way to baggies! The deer that came were so friendly. The trees and the entire area is beautiful! John was a such a great host. He answered any questions we had in seconds, this was our second stay here. And won’t be our last, I’m sure.

Great house located very conveniently to town and surrounded by beautiful trees. Super comfortable beds and can easily sleep 8+. Lovely deck to watch the wildlife. Definitely recommend.

The listing is very accurate and overall the place is very nice. The kitchen is well stocked and the deck is nice place to sit and enjoy the wildlife. You will enjoy your visit here. But there are a few things that need to be said. The sheets are very thin and wore out and the pillows are not comfortable. Unfortunately for me the ceiling fan in the master bedroom did not work. I called about this the first evening and the next afternoon somebody came and confirmed it was broken. I wasn't there to talk to the person but the message i got was somebody would reach out to me about this. This never happened and I ended up paying twice what I normally would for a box fan at the local grocery store just to have some air movement at night. That I am not happy about. Suggestion: I know that the amenities do not list air conditioning and that is on me for not catching that. But with 84-88% of the US using air conditioning ( i looked it up) That is not something many people even think to look at and it would be a nice warning.

The house was even better than expected. You have everything you need in the house to feel like at home. Perfect set up! Love the dears coming to great us, and our boys looove having all that space around the house to play with the snow. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

What a wonderful location and house. Location was perfect for day trips to all the scenery and culture that Northeastern New Mexico has to offer. We will be back!

The main complaint would be the couches in the living room. It was very uncomfortable, felt like we were sitting in a hole.

Great location. Close to everything, but tucked in the pine trees so you feel away from it all. Saw Mule deer in the yard daily. Nice deck to sit out, read, and enjoy your coffee. Nicely furnished and everything worked.

Good location for Angel Fire activities. House was clean upon arrival and kitchen was well equipped. Will likely stay there again.

We have rented 3 times now in Angel Fire. The 2 other times we were halfway or more up the mountain so this was our first time being closer to the market, town and nearby trails. It was nice for a change being right where everything was at, but still having a little drive down the road getting to the house. When we arrived in the evening the house was all lit up inside and out with the main ceiling fan running. That felt a little odd but all was good inside. The house was clean and all set up for us. We cooked a few times in the kitchen which had what we needed to fix our meals, except for a gas grill. We found a grill skillet in the kitchen as an alternative. There's a nice size table inside but none on the patio. A big plus, they have a dishwasher! First time for us so that was great. Everything was in working order but we never could figure how to turn off the ceiling fan in the main room of house. Plenty of shelf space in master bathroom to spread out your things. Temperature inside was comfortable, we had some cooler cloudy days during our stay. The house is in a beautiful setting of woods which we enjoyed walking our beagle through. He got excited with all the animal smells. Evening walks to the end of the street and along the greenbelt trail on the way were relaxing. There was a small group of mule deer bucks a couple late evenings. The only downfall we experienced were the neighbors next door running ATV's around in circles on their property for what seemed like hours on end. On our last evening upon returning from hiking it was quiet. Peace at last we thought. Within minutes though out of nowhere comes the ATV revving down the hill making their laps. It's almost like they were watching us, just waiting. We were out and about a lot during daytime, so overall it was a good stay. .

THIS PLACE WAS IMPORTANT TO ME BECAUSE I SPENT 20 PLUS ANNUAL VACATIONS WITH MY BEST FRIEND NEXT DOOR. SADLY HE PASSED AWAY IN JUNE.

My family and I enjoyed the cabin for our weekend getaway. The cabin is clean and in a great location surrounded by trees. There were some slight issues such as the master bedroom ceiling fan not working and no fans for the other bedrooms. Without AC it can get stuffy in the summer even with the windows open. The door frame in the lower bathroom needs work. We couldn’t find the hammocks that were supposed to be there either. Our family down the road had better pricing for the same type of cabin which had a large covered porch, so that was a plus. Overall, we would stay here again and bring a fan.

We stayed 4 nights with our girls and it was the perfect place for a quiet get away, very clean in a quiet neighborhood. You will enjoy beautiful evenings on the deck! Thank you for a great place to stay!

This little chalet was perfect for our family. The house is tucked in the woods, but was a short drive to the slopes. Home was well equipped. The mule deer will visit daily, which was a nice treat. We have already decided to stay here again in the future.

Nestled quietly in Angel Fire, property fit our needs and accommodated or family nicely. Quick trip to the slopes and into town. Abundance of friendly wildlife made the stay even better. Recommend for future trips to Angel fire.
