Excellent place to stay in Bettmeralp! Easy to find, right on the main thoroughfare, they also offered to meet me at the cable car. The owner/manager of the place was extremely nice and went above and beyond while I was there to run in the Aletsch Half Marathon. Can't recommend this place enough!

The breakfast was superb, as was the view from the balcony and the location. Also the owners were friendly and helpful picking up and dropping off at the cable car. Ski room and boot room was convenient, with a coin pay washing machine and dryer.

Needs renovation. Furniture needs updating. Equipment and things like plates, cups, cutlery, towels and bedding all could do with replacement/renewal.

Very clean place. Extraordinary breakfast with very vide range of food and drinks.

Interieur could need some refurbishment at some stage. Use of local wood instead of 80ies chic would be a good option.

The staff was supper nice, the room was really clean and made me feel like home, the location was amazing. The breakfast was also delicious, they had many different options. Overall, this is the best place I have stayed at in Europe!

You have to pay the money for staying in the area at the end of the stay but it is not mentioned while booking. You can only pay it in cash.

We were warmly welcomed, were given advice and map for the hike, were given a space to store our belongings on the day of the hike, everything was clean, room was right what i wanted and centrally located. really good stay and beautiful place.

Breakfast buffet was tremendous with fruit, breads, musli, yogurt, eggs, croissants, coffee and hot cocoas. Central location between seilbahn and lifts. Easy access to restaurants and ski rental. Owner/host and helpers were extremely friendly. Offered to shuttle us from Seilbahn to hotel.

Downstairs neighbor's smoke came to room through balcony.

The location is excellent. The room is clean. The beds are super confortable.

Just minor things, but nothing that should stop you from booking there: The breakfast buffet is a bit limited in choice. The lighting in the bathroom could be better. No mirror in the room.
