The gentleman at the reception was good.
There was a mishap with hotel rooms as our suite was given away to someone else the night before.
we were accommodated in other rooms and the receptionist was very apologetic about the situation
To compensate, we were given a free car ride to the station.
I would not mind staying again as long as they do not mess up the booking next time.
We did not get the suite we paid for as it was given away to someone else a night before despite us booking it.

excellent accommodation with one of the best value in Morocco. Room was large and very clean with three beds. Bathroom was very accommodating, with large functional shower that was rare in Morocco. The coffee shop on the bottom floor had great food and excellent coffee at a very reasonable prices.

Good service, friendly staff. Had the right amenities for this type of location in Khouribga. Well located, just 4 minutes away from city centre by taxi. The whole hotel is not worth to stay in. Everything is not working , no hot water I have to call front desk for them to send someone to fix . It’s not worth one star hotel

the drain in the shower was blocked. needed to ask for towels on both days we were there. the drain in the shower was blocked so it would overflow on to the floor

It was amazing, everything is clean and working, they responded to my special request and gave me the room 17 as i wanted, the staff are friendly, everything went smoothly, they have their own restaurant that you can call 204 to from your room and they get you the food to your room, it feels like 5 stars hotel. And they have wifi and contitioner in every room.

It was a cool, clean and well equipped hotel. You feel a sense of security in it, cz every floor and corridor is equipped with surveillance cameras. Last but not least, the stuff were nice and helpful. All in all, it was a good experience, I'm definitely going back.
The only downside was that, the hotel is located in an area that's still under construction, so I didn't have the best view.

My whole family experience was amazing thanks to the professional and kind staff members. The room was very clean, the bathroom had hot water and the bed was very comfortable. I’ll stay again if I’m in the area.

The beds were comfortable, we had AC and tv in the room. The wifi also worked so it was ok.
As others have said, it's weird to have the toilet in the shower cabin. It's just bad taste. There was no actual door handle to close the bathroom door from the inside and the door handle from the outside was just very impractical.
