We had a great time and this place was perfect for our family! Details of the place were accurate and instructions from the host were easy to follow. The condo was clean upon arrival with great amenities like a pack n play for our little one, plenty of bath towels, a beach wagon and sand toys. We really loved the pools at this resort and why we picked this place over others. So much to do between the pools and beach! We can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at Waterscape was FANTASTIC! The unit was very clean and convenient to restaurants and groceries! We were with our family swimming in the heated pool and relaxing on the beach. Loved the extra evening activities too. VRBO has always gone out of their way to help make our stays enjoyable!!!

We went to Fort Walton for a gymnastics meet at the Convention Center. Condo was very clean, plenty of towels and great location. It was exactly as described.

This was a working trip and we found this space to be A perfect slice of heaven after long work days. Clean roomy and inviting. If you're looking for a beautiful spot and space to decompress we recommend this VRBO. Thanks to the host Melody for an awesome stay. My family and I are excited to revisit and this is where we will stay again.

We found the condo to be nice, clean and close to restaurants, etc. the pool area was great although too cold to swim in the days wee were there. We would definitely rent this condo again.

The property was wonderful! Spacious, had all supplies, beach chairs, toys, the whole 9 yards! It was clean and beautifully decorated! The only suggestion is for the TV’s to be updated. All bedrooms tv’s are so tiny that you couldn’t enjoy at night before bed. Other than that, 5 stars!!!

This was a beautiful, clean, spacious condo. It was perfect for my family. We had everything we could have wanted in this unit. The pools and lazy river were fantastic! I will definitely try to stay her on future trips.

Condo was updated and very clean. Property Manager was very responsive as well. Location of property is ideal and easily accessible. One negative with this unit was the mattresses were very worn and uncomfortable, and given price of rental, should be replaced.

Although the inside of the condo was nice the carpet in the main hallway was very dirty. Was afraid to walk on it barefoot and in some areas the smell was bad. Work was being done near the condo and sawdust was coating the balcony. They also decided to start banging early in the am. The inside was quite pleasant.

This property is very well maintained and up to date. A short walk puts you on the private beach. Water is beautiful. The pool area is child friendly and very clean.

We stayed a week to attend a wedding and have some beach time. This would be the 2nd time we have stayed in this building and we love the location and the atmosphere of the building.

We loved the double Master bedrooms, deep tubs, multiple pools, hot tubs, easy access to private beach and the owner is great!

The place was great. We all enjoyed. One toilet was broken when we got there and they never did come to fix it. Other than that we would stay here again.

This condo worked out great for our family's short beach getaway! The hostess was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. She has done a good job of making the condo feel good and thinking of extras to make our stay even easier and better!

This is our second stay in this same condo. We love staying here. Waterscape has pools for all ages and the beach is great. We love Ft Walton.

First time at waterscape
The overall complex was good for family. A lot of pool and water activities. Beach was a disappointment. Way to crowded and seating was unpleasant. Not enough chairs at the pools. Make sure you take first aide kits in case because office has nothing. Also it would be nice to have some information about how to navigate through areas in complex. The areas outside in halls of rooms were dirty carpet. In all we made the best out it and beds were comfy.

This place is awesome. Just what my family needed. My mom is in a wheelchair and I did not know how to get her to the beach. Everything were perfect. The parking were great. Real easy access for moving my mom around. It was a safe and friendly family environment throughout the resort. The condo were very nice. Clean and equipped with everything we needed. It was awesome and the property manager were great and communicated with me well. When I called she answered and very friendly. She had everything there we needed as she had stated. Thank you for making our vacation Wonderful.

Paradise on the beach
This property is absolutely amazing! The condos are spacious and provide everything that one could possibly need, all the amenities of home. There are many activities for all ages. It is located in a prime location, right on the beach! and near dining, shopping and other tourist attractions.

We visit WaterScape often and love it. Didn’t expect Hilton to block our view. Refrigerator didn’t work first day (refunded) Master sink drain was plugged entire visit. We accomplished our goal for the trip.

The stay was very nice. Good location, restaurants nice and close. Beds comfy, nice little kitchen with everything you needed. Only down side was the couch and loveseat was very uncomfortable , I think they need to be replaced. Otherwise..all good, would refer to others.
