We have been coming to Maui for the last 3 years around March & October to celebrate our birthdays. Per usual we were not disappointed! Mahalo!

Fun stay at a fun location. Walk to the beach, small grocery stores and places to eat. We had to stay longer than expected because of weather and Karen was very helpful!

Small condo but it absolutely worked for a family of three. Karen is an amazing and accommodating host who had excellent communication. The location of this condo is perfect. Restaurants, coffee shops, etc all within walking distance.

The condo had a great set-up, everything that we needed! Terrific location and the community was also fantastic. Looking forward to another stay!

Very nice location.

I thought this place was the prefect location and so close to the beach! It wasn't even a 10 minute walk. My other family members stayed at The Hale Pau Hana so it was easy to meet with them and swim at the ocean. The condo was clean and had almost everything you would need. Our only issue was that there were no additional fans to use in the bed room or living room. There was one but it was set up in front of the AC. If we had more fans we could of pulled more air in from outside when it was cooler outside instead of the using the AC. Otherwise, would go back! Thank you!

Awesome and reasonable place to stay on our trip to Maui!

Everything was as described in the Homeaway Pages. The location is great for a relaxed beach vacation, and as well very nice to explore the island and go for hiking (as we did a lot), as it is well connected to the central highways of Maui.

Condo was very clean & well stocked. Kitchen had plenty of dishes & utensils. Appliances all in good working order. Extra linens, towels, and even a couple beach/pool towels provided. Pool area & laundry facilities were also clean & maintained. Location is fabulous. Walking distance to many restaurants & beaches. We had a wonderful vacation!

Condo with beautiful decor and close to all the essentials- pool, laundry, beach, restaurants. Only wish there was AC in the bedroom but other than that everything was great!

Property is perfect! Exactly as advertised! Stayed 11 nights and everything was great. Looking forward to staying here again!

It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We had a wonderful stay, I loved the bamboo ceilings and the trade winds were amazing at keeping things cool.

Staying at Kiehi kai nani is a a great location. It's walking distance for everything. My grandson & girlfriend loved it. They wished they could stay forever!!! The condo was equipped with everything. It's on our list to stay there again.

We stayed at this property the week of Aug 13-20, 2022. The condo is located directly across Kamaole Beach Park II and is walking distance to local restaurants. The condo had beach chairs, an umbrella and other goodies available for use. I would recommend this condo for those interested in accommodations close to a beach and restaurants.

It was a clean studio in a nice part of town. Would definitely recommend!

Area is great and location is awesome.

Great property, we were pleasantly surprised to be in a building at the back of the property, no road noise and not much traffic inside the resort going past. Easy communication with the host, and even the pull out couch in the lounge was comfortable to sleep on. Make sure you check out Maui bakery down the road, super delicious German goodies....

This was the perfect place to stay for my husband and I’s honeymoon. It was so close to the beach which we absolutely loved! We would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you!

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights at Karen’s one bedroom condo in Kai Nani complex. It was well stocked, clean, quite, breezy, private, with lots of useful extras. Communication with Karen was prompt and helpful. It is a great location within walking distance to restaurants and beach and price was reasonable (on a VERY expensive island) for the comfort and space we got. It was an ideal base for our excursions.

The information Karen provided about the suite and condo complex was wonderfully detailed. When she was going to be out of touch for a day Karen sent me an email with a back up emergency contact just in case I needed anything while she was away. What? Thank you!!! We needed nothing. The condo was so perfect. Location - within walking distance of some great local restaurants and shops. AND, directly across the street from Kam II. The sunsets... amazing! Fred's... loved it! Amenities - kitchen was completely stocked with everything you'd need to provide some wonderful in house meals for yourself or others. On the lanai there are chairs for the beach, snorkel sets, sand shoes, a drying rack, pool noodle, boogie board, & umbrella. Nice big beach towels in the closet, plus a couple different sizes of coolers. The list goes on. Beds were comfortable. I slept on both the pullout and queen sized bed in the bedroom. Lots of pillows and bedding provided. Bathroom was nice and big, and the open tiled shower was so refreshing after a hot day in the sun. A/C is available but we rarely used it as the overhead fans and many windows provided enough flow through breeze to keep us cool enough. The view from the lanai is not an ocean one, but I still enjoyed it immensely. I sat out there every chance I had listening to the birds and having an occasional visit from a gecko. The lawns are well maintained and the flowering trees are beautiful, as well as a nice view of the pool. Pool is great. Lots of chairs. Friendly front desk. We used the laundry a couple times and it was quick and easy. Literally zero complaints. We can't wait to return. Thank you Karen - your condo is lovely.

The condo is clean with a well stocked kitchen and lots of beach equipment. Close to shops and restaurants. Complex is very quiet and everyone is friendly.
