Property was wonderfully located across the street from an amazing white sandy beach. Restaurants on the beach were within walking distance. Property was updated and clean. Mattresses were very comfortable.

One bathroom did not have toilet paper and the other had a half roll. That was the only bummer, otherwise very nice!!

It was a very great location to stay. A bit pricey for only staying two days but you are right across the beach and only 15-20 minute walk from the main strip. Easy check in and check out with no contact needed to get in or out which is nice for anti social people. I really enjoyed this place overall!

The property and location of property was perfect. The property is right across the street from the beach. The trolley was perfect for getting around the island. We will definitely be back.

Great location. Place desperately needs cleaned !! Floors are filthy, doors are worse. Extra construction materials and paint cans using up space in bedroom closets as well as under the bed. Time on vacation is precious, the property manager does not know the property details very well. Should be able to tell us the type of coffee maker, which consumables are provided etc—instead it was all “wait and see”.

Great location - right across from beach access point and close to town for meals and shops. Murphy bed was perfect when we added an extra person last minute - easily went back in place for extra room during the day. Coffee bar perfect to get the day started! Bring your own dishwasher pods and extra kitchen garbage bags - little skimpy there. Otherwise highly recommend this place.

This was a nice beach house that was super close (walking distance to the beach) everything was just like in the description. My family and I had a great time!

We were so happy with this property. We knew we would love the location from previous visits however, this property exceeded our expectations. The inside was lovely, the kitchen and bathrooms were updated and the coffee bar was an added surprise. We will definitely be back!

This property was perfect. My husband and I went with another couple so we each had our own bathroom. The house was right across the street from the beach and a short walk to the village. The trolley stop was located just outside the house so we caught that a couple times. Would definitely recommend.

This is our second time staying at the same property. Amazing location. Sleeps 6 very comfortably. We will be back for a 3rd…4th….

On my regular trips down to see my elderly mom, i am on the lookout for properties that also include basic essentials. Forcing everyone guest to buy salt and soap and the whole bit is short-sighted. I won’t stay there again even though it met my needs bc it’s just a ‘cold’ way to treat people. It’s cheap to provide a basic tiny soap and dumb to throw away basics every time.

The house was mostly clean & very roomy for our family of 4. Plenty of towels. The traffic is pretty noisy on a weekend nights. This is Not the owners fault but there was some young adults who were staying in the unit 4 behind us with 2 loud diesel trucks & they kept coming & going all hours of the night. One parked right in front of our unit & the other one on the side. You can hear anyone outside talking or walking by. It kept me up all night Saturday as I’m not use to all the strange random noises in a new area. The couch was uncomfortable. The master bed was uncomfortable & there was sand and food in the side base of the beds. The first bedroom door was a little tough to open & close. I couldn’t figure out how to turn off the coffee bar lights at night as we had one sleeping in the living room. You can walk right across the street to beach access. Short drive to the village for shopping & dining. The location was great. Parking could be tight if all 4 units are rented out. Washer/dryer are outside behind unit 1 with detergent. Plenty of beach chairs, Mats, noodles, & sand toys which was convenient. Master shower was nice & hot. Bathrooms nice & roomy. I would recommend tvs in the rooms as we liked to relax and watch Netflix at night, & a chain lock on the doors just to feel a little safer at night.

We had a very nice stay. The property was clean and in a terrific location. Easy beach access.

The property was less than 50 yards from the beach and was centrally located on the key. The rooms were clean and they had great showers! 10/10 would stay here again.

It was such a beautiful area. We truly enjoyed our first time in Florida, especially Siesta Keys. Girls used the boogie boards on site to play in the gulf

It was perfect for our family with 2 master bedrooms each with bathrooms. The murphy bed in the living room was perfect for our daughter. There was more than enough room to leave it down the whole week and still have room in the livingroom. The only problem was that there was only 4 chairs at the dining table, so one person had to stand! The kitchen was sparsely equipped with only 4 mugs and no covered oven casserole dishes. A Keurig coffee maker would have been nice to have also. However, we still loved it and would come back again.

We had everything we need based upon description. If you need sheets for the Murphy bed, maybe remind them in advance to supply them. That was our only issue with the property. It was a great place to enjoy a family vavcation.

Great location, such a nice place easy walk to the beach a nice stroll to the village of siesta key. Great little beach bungalow would stay there again, nothing better then the beach life on siesta key

Spent Christmas Holiday with family on the Key. The house was perfect for us. It was very clean.
