We were in town for a wedding weekend. The property was 15 minutes from the festivities. We arrived a little early and the cleaners were still working, but it wasn’t an issue as I unloaded some grocery items and was off to the wedding venue to help set up. The property was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of room, very clean, everything we needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the deck with the tabletop heater. If we ever need another stay in this area I would definitely rent here again.

The property was overall good, but the beds were not very comfortable. Didn’t realize we had to bring our own paper towels and napkins. Pictures of outdoor property overlooking lake were a little misleading. Not sure where they were taken. Overall very accessible to surrounding areas and very beautiful in the fall.

Happy with the quick replies to our inquiries before and during our stay. The information about the property, where to find things and how to use things, was detailed and easy to understand. Everything was well taken care of, outdoor cushions stored conveniently for easy access providing clean comfortable outdoor seating. Indoor seating also very comfy. We purchased a portable fan for personal comfort during our stay. The owner graciously accepted it as we could not take it with us. The decks at the back were quiet and peaceful, used them every morning and evening. Would definitely want to stay here again for any future visits to the area.

We decided to take the kids to ski camp at Bristol for February vacation and the condo worked out perfectly. Kids loved it and we had everything we needed. It was a quick trip to drop off the kids or to go up to Canandaigua.

This condo met all of our expectations and more. We loved the location and it was perfect as a base to travel and meet up with relatives and old friends. It would have been helpful to have the key fobs in plain sight and a book of general instructions but Tom was great at responding to our emails and phone calls. The three deer that hung around were an added bonus. We would definitely recommend this place to all. I am biased as I grew up there but even my daughter and grandkids did not want to leave. Our family has had a cottage on canandaigua for many years. We planned a family reunion over Columbus Day and were able to book a condo with Tom and Kerri. The condo had everything we needed and is clean and well maintained. This was the perfect base for us during the weekend. Thank you!

This property was very comfortable and among the cleanest of the rental properties we’ve encountered. The townhouse is well laid out and functional and the hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to all of our questions. They have an electronic door lock that was great for easy check in and surprisingly handy during our stay. The kitchen is small but functional. There is a stacked washer and dryer that were very handy. The first floor living room is large and comfortable but we spent most of our time relaxing in the second floor sitting area which we found to be very cozy and comfortable. The second floor bedroom is large and comfortable and although the mattress is starting to show signs of age (a bit springy and creaky) it was not that bad and not the worst we’ve encountered in our travels. There is a loft space that we didn’t use it at all but it seemed nice enough. There was a review that described the air conditioning as insufficient but in combination with the ceiling fan we found it to be completely adequate (and we were here for 30 days in July). There is a deck off the second floor, great if you want to be in the sun, and a larger, very nice deck below that was generally shaded. We found the lower deck to be a great outdoor space with a grill, fire table, and comfortable seating and we sat out there most every evening. The townhouse is in a nice community of friendly people. We enjoyed taking walks around the development. The immediate neighbors were a mix of permanent residents and other renters but all seemed pleasant and we had no issues with noise. We stayed for 30 days and used the home as a base for exploring the Finger Lakes region and it worked out very nicely. Close to the home there is a Onanda Park for boating, swimming, hiking, and recreation, the town of Naples to the south and the city of Canandaigua to the north. Easy, scenic, drives of 90 minutes or less, get you to all of the major attractions: Watkins Glen, Ithaca, Corning, Geneva, Letchwork State Park, Taughannock Falls State Park, just to name a few. We thoroughly enjoyed this property and visiting the attractions in the Finger Lakes and would rent here again if we were to return for another visit.

We all slept on the upper loft floor to keep cool the 1st night, which was disappointing with all the beds and rooms around the condo. We did communicate with the owners, who did mention how hot it was. I feel if you’re renting in the summer months being prepared for hot days is a given. Having ceiling fans in the bedrooms or stand up fans would help tremendously. There were not enough wine glasses, but I blame the housekeeper or the property manager for not letting the owners know. The owners did not realize there were no wine glasses in the unit. They were very receptive of my comments. One thing I forgot to mention to the owners is the downstairs tub drains very slow, so you shower in standing water. All in all these are easy fixes, and the condo was great. The mattresses were a little stiff, but everything was clean. With a few changes this condo would be a gem.

We were so pleased with the convenience and cleanliness of the condo. My family of 4 came to the area to ski for the weekend and would absolutely rent this place for future trips. The owner was easy to access and helpful-even giving us restaurant suggestions for takeout. Lovely stay!

We had a great time last week at this townhouse. We used the fire pit every night, the furniture was comfortable and everything was clean. Immediately after pulling out of the neighborhood you will see a beautiful view of the lake and mountains behind it. The owner of this property responds quickly and was helpful.

My kids loved the loft! Very nice end unit. Bathrooms were spotless. Tom and Kari responded quickly to any questions. Very comfy furniture, including the deck and balcony furniture. The kitchen is small but well-equipped including a dishwasher so it was easy to cook. The playground, tennis courts and basketball courts are very a very short walk away. Quiet neighborhood.
