Love this place only concern I have is the beds are about as hard as the floor

My cousin lives in a large home in The Cliffs. She had wanted to have a family reunion and the Pandemic hit. Finally, we all got together. My Mom and myself, my son and my sister’s family stayed at this very clean great home in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. We had an incredible time. There were 42 family members that attended!

It was everything advertised and more. Terry was always at the end of z text message, if required.

My friends & I stayed here for two nights and it was perfect! Lots of space, everything was clean & the home was beautifully decorated. We loved the pool and each room had the most comfortable beds! Check-in process was very easy & Terry allowed us a late check-out as some of us had late flights. Overall, 5/5 for everything! Would book again :)

My two daughters and I bought tickets to see Kelly Clarkson at Planet Hollywood. We booked this house and we are so glad we did! It was beautiful and spacious and had everything we needed! I would definitely book this home again!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood and situated close to the strip and a quick drive to Fremont and the premium outlet. The interior modern and spacious, great for large families and groups. The property manager is very responsive. I just wished we receive the check-in details a little earlier. Other than that, there were nk other issues.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. We were comfortable in every way possible. The location is close to the strip, yet quiet and close to stores and restaurants. Our only concern was the lack of lighting in the backyard for swimming and enjoying being outside in the evenings. We would love to stay in this home the next time we have a family trip to Vegas. Thank you!!

OMG! This place was so gorgeous spacious and very very very clean. Our host terry made sure we was fully accommodated. She reach out on numerous occasions to make sure we had everything we needed. This home was exactly what my buddies and I needed! We did not have a car but there was plenty of space in the drive way if we needed it. The home was well maintained and clean. Everything that was advertised was true and better than expected! 10/10 would recommend!

The Vrbo was very accommodating to our group of 8. Terry was very nice and helpful through the whole process. Great and comfy rooms with a nice little setting in a neighborhood off the strip. Highly recommend if you're looking for some comfort on your stay!!

We had an amazing time in Las Vegas! It was great to stay at a Vrbo that was clean and comfortable . It was great to relax in the spa. It would have been nice if the pool was heated, but not a big deal for us. Terry does a great job, and is very responsive to any needs we had. I would strongly recommend this property to anyone.

Roomy location in a safe neighborhood. The house was clean and a very short drive to the strip. The host checked in after check-in to ensure everything was to our expectations.

This house was perfect for our long weekend getaway. It was close to the strip but provided a quiet place where we could just relax and hang out. Lots of space, comfy beds, a great back yard. I would highly recommend. The property manager was very responsive.

We have stayed at many vrbos and this property was in the poorest condition of any. It wasn’t terrible but didn’t live up to our expectations. One of our main issues was the Hot Tub. We were there 7 days and it was only hot one day. The property manager tried to remedy the issue but the hot tub was never hot. Very frustrating after all the walking we did in the mountains and on the strip. I would not recommend this property.

Great place to hangout with friends and close to everything!!

In town for a soccer tournament. House was perfect. Spacious, open, upgraded, very nice. Spa was worthless, on an automatic timer turns off at 9pm and only get 30 degrees above ambient temperature (it was like 50 degrees when we were there). Other than that the place was perfect for us.

Perfect location for anything in Vegas! Great, quiet neighborhood. The house was actually a lot bigger than we though which was perfect for our group of 6. Easy to get groceries delivered, Uber to the strip or walk to near stores. Definitely recommend staying here if you have a group of people.

Located just a few miles off the strip, this home had everything you could want for a trip to Las Vegas including a large backyard, pool and spa. Clean, spacious, comfortable bedding and well appointed. Terry was very helpful and accommodating and I highly recommend working with him-- I cannot say enough good things!

The house was great! Terry was great!

The house was clean, extra towels, laundry and dish detergent, awesome shower in master and hall. The neighborhood was quiet with wide streets for walking. We enjoyed the pool and partly shaded by a fruits tree. I only gave 4 stars since home had fry pans that desperately needed replacing, and no drinking cups, mixing bowls. Not a huge deal. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you Terry!

Upon our arrival… Ice Maker Did not Work, Big Screen TV remote did not work, garbage disposal did not work, filthy pool and on our last 36 hours of our 4 night stay the air condition failed to cool. 84-85 degrees throughout the house for the last day and a half. Effort was made to address and fix a few of these problems but It was a complete distraction and having to deal with problems that should have been resolved before we arrived was frustrating and disappointing. Property manager refused to consider any kind of refund after detailing all of the problems. ‘Terry, We checked out and cleaned up. Needless to say, the visit was a disappointment. Too much of our time was taken up by all of the distractions pertaining to the problems with the house. Her comment… Hi. Your statement above is what we call Review Extortion. In Nevada this is a serious crime. Please research online. Tread lightly. If I file a police report based on your review they will investigate it in this city. The days of complaining to get a free meal in Vegas are over. I suggest you book a hotel with a personal butler next time and do not exploit small business owners. Very Unprofessional. Huge disappoinrment

Great house. Very easy to check in and get to. Terry was very helpful. Nice quiet, safe neighborhood. Easy to get Uber transportation, and lots of options for food delivery and grocery delivery to this address. The house was bright and clean, and the hot tub was nice. Would highly recommend staying here. Close to the strip and easy ride to Freemont Street.

Staying at this property was wonderful. Being a fellow host myself, I was truly amazed by the home. It had everything we needed, was extremely spacious, & so close to everything. I would definitely stay here again. A home with a hotel feel.(:

The Aesthetics of the place was amazing all the renovations to the bathrooms were great however two of the beds were broken, and when I got in contact with the owner he wanted to send a handy man to the house while we were all out and had our personal items out. When I asked if they could wait till one of us got back to the home I received a reply that the beds would not be fixed during my stay. And on top of that the owner expected me to send a copy of my license to him because none of the other VRBO homes I’ve used didn’t leave any reviews on me…. How is that my problem Place was well decorated but I wouldn’t stay again
