I love the open feeling of the house.

Juanita is an awesome host. We arrived late, the lights were on, home was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Was in town for a race, shared with two others. It was a great stay, didn't get to be at the home much since we were there for work but, it was a comfortable place to come home to after a long day at the track. Would stay here again for sure.

Oak Island property was quiet, inviting and perfect for our family. Scott and Jaunita were the perfect and most accommodating hosts!

Property was exactly as advertised. Juanita was very easy to reach and responsive to all of our needs. House was cleanly and had everything necessary for a week long stay.

We had a great time in LP. I grew up here and we came to visit my dad for a few days. We wanted a place big enough for the five of us to relax and visit. The house was perfect. It was in a great location, close to town and to Lake June. The house was very clean with comfortable beds and It was equipped with all you need for an extended stay.... plenty of linens and kitchen cookware/ dishes. My husband and son enjoyed fishing in the backyard and caught a few fish during our stay. Juanita was a great host responding quickly to any inquiry. We would definitely come back to stay here.

Our recent stay in Lake Placid was exceptional. Even before our arrival, the owner (Juanita) graciously provided us with very timely information in response to our questions. Upon arrival we found a beautiful home that was extremely well decorated - complete with a Christmas tree. Every room was very comfortable and offered plenty of space for spending time with family. We especially enjoyed the newly built dock out back that sat on a nice canal. Fishing was great. Tons of large mouth bass for catch and release. Everyone had a great time at this property and we would highly recommend it to others in search of a beautiful home to rent. Dean & Becky Michael

One of the best we've stayed. Plenty of supplies. Effectively and well furnished in every way from condiments to the Apple TV. Extraordinarily spacious and immaculately clean! Overkill for two of us but that is the way we like it. A little far from everything but if you have a car it's no problem.

Wonderful home and location. Relaxing, quiet, safe neighborhood- perfect for children and pets. Home is equipped with all the essentials and more. This was our first time staying in this home and we all agree it is our favorite. We look forward to returning soon.

House fit our needs well, had a great time.

This house was comfortable, clean, well appointed. As promised there was great fishing. The homeowner was easy to deal with and very accomadating.

We were attending a racing event at Sebring International Raceway and found this great house located not far way in Lake Placid. There were 4 of us so this house was perfect. Very large house with the master bedroom located on one side of the large living room, kitchen and dining room and the 3 other bedrooms on the other side. Also has a large screened in patio with BBQ and plenty of chairs and tables. We did not do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed to be well stocked with all utensils etc. Beds were comfortable, wifi worked great and has cable TV. House is in a quiet neighborhood located in the middle of an orange grove and several restaurants close by. Will certainly look to book again next time we go to Sebring!

Had a great time spending the month of March here. We loved the house and the area. Spent time fishing on some of the local lakes and visited the gulf beaches. Juanita was a great host and answered all questions promptly. Can't wait till we visit again.

Absolutely gorgeous home! Everything was so clean and nicely set up for our arrival. Very spacious rooms especially the master. I had my parents stay in the master and they loved it because it was on the opposite side of the house so they could sleep even if rest of us where still up. The lake view and patio were beautiful as well. Huge kitchen, dining, and living room. We will definitely stay here again if our dates are available. Thank you Juanita for checking in on us to ensure everything was okay and for having everything so nicely set up for us. We were definitely blessed on this trip!

The home is everything we thought it would be and much more. Spacious, charming rooms, and most important clean. The home is not cluttered and this makes it very nice to come in and make it your home for your stay. We enjoyed fishing right from the backyard. We also put in our Jon boat and fished the pond. We caught some big fish! Overall a relaxing spring vacation! Juanita communicated with us efficiently and promptly and answered all our questions.

Very nice & clean, owners were excellent to deal with. Will definitely rent from them again.
