Do not book this place. Less than 48hours before our trip they cancelled on us. We had 3 apartments booked for over 10 months.

The location was incredible, the pool was great and the balcony in the room was lovely. Was also handy to have a laundry in the apartment
Have never stayed in a hotel before that had literally completely empty hand soap containers in both bathrooms, mould on the shower curtains, one bathroom door didn’t close, bath towels so ragged they were actually old beach towels with holes in them, and no toilet paper provided. The sheets were very old and pilled, and the pillows were cheap, flat and uncomfortable. The guy who checked us in was really rude and couldn’t seem keener to leave us.

The pool area was nice and the location was very good.
Host was over two hours late meeting us and did not answer the phone. No apology when we finally met. Apartments were both scruffy and the ceiling was even falling in one of the bathrooms. We all got bitten to shreds. Shame as great potential and the complex itself is lovely.

difficult to contact the property; property could have been better cleaned and maintained eg damp patches on ceiling, missing furnishings and no extras like washing up liquid!

Excellent location! Beautiful beach right on your doorstep and very close to several other beaches. Very close to all the restaurants and shops and about a 5minute walk to the start of the marina. Apartment was very spacious and air con kept it nice and cool at all times. Host was so lovely and waiting for us on arrival and gave lots of recommendations. 10/10 perfect location and apartment was exactly what you want on holiday. Would definitely stay again.

location was great, included washing mashing, iron,etc. place was nice and they rang before hand to check what time we would arrive.
the pool was closed which was disappointing and the reception didn’t speak English. there was only one thob for the gates so had to stay together at all times and didn’t see any maids.

Excellent location. perfect for the Ironman race as was right next to transition.
The lights didn’t work in the bedrooms. we had ants in the kitchen and no curtain in one of the bedrooms.

very disappointed that it didn’t have a terrace/balcony to sit out on as it stated in description. Felt like we were staying in a tower block 😟 not what you expect on holiday!

Great location with a spectacular view to the beach. The appartment is very comfy 😌 Puerto Banus and El Corte Ingles at walking distance. Lots of bars and restaurants, you can't get bored

Very nice appartement just 3 minutes away from Puerto Banus shops and bars. Estanislao was very friendly and always available in order to make your stay comfortable.

Definitely the best location!
250m and you are at the beach, next to the port and puerto banus
It was quiet big, perfect for 2 persons.
The balcony was missing!
The person who gives the keys is a very nice person, give you help for anything if you need and very comprehensive.
The complex is very safe too, on security 24/7

Brilliant location. Spacious apartments. Pool area is stunning.
The apartment we stayed in was a little bit tired. Just needed a lick of paint and a few furnishings updated but for the price and location it was still ideal.

Having 2 bathrooms as there were 6 of us girls, it was comfortable clean and in a great location.
