properly was excellent, comfortable just what we needed

There was no dishwasher, most of the cutlery and crockery (especially cups) were marked/stained, so disappointing as the rest of the unit felt clean. In the times we live in, I think it's essential for rental properties to have a dishwasher for hygiene, most people do not wash up properly as evidenced by what I saw.

The views from the property were fantastic and the property was well located to the beach and also all the shops, cafe's and restaurants.

I was disappointed how quickly the hot water ran out and I was not able to comfortably wash my hair. I also arrived at the accommodation needing to use the toilet after a long drive only to find there was no toilet paper. It's a small thing but a courtesy to leave some toilet paper and soap.

There was no breakfast. The view was good but we were expecting a full ocean view, not just the ocean pool.

The apartment was freezing cold. Admittedly it was winter but there is no air-conditioning and tiled floors. The only heater is a small oil filled one which was nearly useless.

The apartment is across the road from the beach. If it rains you can sit in your apartment, behind the glass and still watch the dolphins swim! The pool on the beach is great for swimming and there are lots of great walks. The two balcony’s meant you could choose to sit and look at the beach or sit and look at the river in the distance. Shops are one block away and cafe for coffee is on the doorstep.
