From the moment we walked through the door of this house we fell in love with it. It looked & smelt so fresh & clean. We were greeted with native floral arrangements & chocolate in the fridge. There are beautiful forest views from every room in the house & when you walk out onto the huge balcony you are able to see the Indian Ocean. This house was so well equipped you wanted for nothing. Attention to detail was impeccable. As for the owners they were so accommodating & understanding during these uncertain times. They were always prompt with their replies & actions to our questions &/or issues. Kind regards 4 happy customers. 10/10

We had a girls getaway for a 50th birthday. There were 6 of us and the home fit us all perfectly. It was so well catered for that it had more appliances, games and gorgeous crockery than our own homes! It was a real treat. And the decor was chic yet casual thus perfect for inducing relaxation. The linen was crisp and the Corrynes products scattered around the home made all the difference. Thankyou for sharing your space Karen.

It's our second stay at Cliff Beach House with our friends and family. The house is beautiful, very well presented and contains everything you could ask for. The house is spacious and very soundproof which makes it a comfortable stay with a large group of people . Great location with small walk to beach, Caves House Pub and bakery/convenience store! Thanks for such a lovely stay, we will be back!

We wanted somewhere special for our visit for our daughter’s wedding. This house is just amazing. So spacious with 2 seperate lounges. Bright and classy with everything you can possibly think of in the kitchen. Views to die for and so serene. Amazing.

Very rooms house, comfy beds, perfect for our family 8 adults & 2 children 11 & 13. Home from home every thing you need is supplied. Great location just a short walk to the beach. various walking trails. Caves house on your door step. We will book again but longer next time

What an amazing place to stay! From the moment that we walked in, Cliff Beach House had the WOW factor. Privacy, views, cleanliness and the little extras in the house were fantastic. Our party of 8 adults had more than enough room to have formal dinners to lazy breakfasts on the balcony, the bonus seeing whales ! I would highly recommend this house to family and friends.

The property and all the included amenities exceeded our expectations. It is not always the case that a property has enough comfortable seating and dining for 8 adults. So it was great to find that, in the upstairs and downstairs living areas and also the two outdoor areas. The very large kitchen was fitted out with top class appliances and all necessary amenities have been thought of by the owner. The bathrooms were luxurious in size and the layout of the property is ideal for a large family or multiple families or couples. Location wise, the property is very well positioned for exploring the southwest. Whilst it was a mere short walk to the beautiful Caves House and Resort, it was in a private estate which was very peaceful with abundant flora and fauna. Both the parrots and Australia's native morning wake-up alarm, the Kookaburra, were welcome visitors each morning. We highly recommend Cliff Beach House, and look forward to returning. We could not have enjoyed our stay any more in Cliff Beach House. It was amazingly stocked and set up. The location and condition of the house were fantastic and the owner Karen was incredibly helpful before and during our stay.

Great house for a family holiday. Everything provided. Very clean & new. Comfortable & relaxing & plenty of room for entertaining. Quality kitchen equipment. Beautiful quiet cul de sac with bush setting & waterview. Close to everything. 10 min walk to beach. Would love to do it again.

Well appointed property in an amazing location....

Owners have thought of everything with this property and caters for couples/families especially with the lower floor where you can lock the kids away. Loved the location where we walked to Caves House, Yallingup Beach and just the local gardens. Definetly recommend this property to those who appreciate fine things and we look forward to our next stay.

Just back from celebrating my husbands 40th with family and staying here made it an extra special occasion. House is amazing, very clean and is huge. The owners have thought of absolutely everything, from every kitchen utensil imaginable, to the beautiful finished bedrooms and extras. situated in a beautiful part of Yallingup, we loved our stay.

Loved the property at yallingup. We had 9 people and the house accomodated us all very well. Great area. Weather was very wet but it didnt matter.

The house was better than described. There was lots of room for all of us and each bedroom was beautifully made up. The house had absolutely everything one could want and the owners were beyond generous in the equipment and the extras they provided. The kitchen was a foodie's dream with all the equipment you could want. Little touches like the latest magazines, lovely hand wash and organic hand creams made our stay extra special. The location was ideal. The owners communications were prompt and friendly. Would definitely recommend this home and will certainly be booking again.
