We are regular visitors to Anna Maria Island (AMI) and always stay at a vacation rental. By far, this is the best property on AMI we’ve stayed in. Excellent location on the quieter north side, but close to the shops and cafes on Pine and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The home is clean, crisp and updated with a great island vibe interior. Every aspect was ever so functional, inside and out. Jay is a great host and oh so quick to respond to any message. Beautiful!!

We loved our stay at Reel Lucky! The house is beautifully decorated, clean, and well appointed. The loft area was the perfect hangout for our tweens. We all loved the pool and spa and spent many hours there. The house is a short walk to the beach, the perfect spot for viewing the sunset and searching for sand dollars. We appreciated that carts, chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards were available for our use. We’ve been to AMI several times, and we all agreed this was our favorite rental. We’ll be back!

We stayed for a second consecutive year with our family and the property continues to impress us. Jay is a wonderful and generous host. The house is very clean and offers so many amenities, including beach chairs and umbrellas. The large kitchen is well-supplied with everything we needed. The pool is surrounded by a tropical oasis. We look forward to our next visit!

My family of 5 spent a spectacular week on AMI and this beautiful home could not have been more perfect! It offers everything you could possibly want for a family vacation. Just a 5 min walk to the nicest beaches on AMI (beach carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas provided). It is also located within easy walking distance of the Pine Avenue restaurants & shops. The lushly landscaped private pool and spa was without question our favorite feature!

This is a great house with a five minute walk to the beach. The owner was very responsive to small issues. The house layout makes it much more livable than the square footage makes it seem and the house is new and very clean.

We have been coming to Anna Maria for almost 10 years each time trying different homes. This is the first time I want to come back to the same place. Everything about this home was perfect. It was beautifully decorated, so clean, the beds were comfortable and a perfect location. We requested more towels, and they were delivered to the house within 10 minutes. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Another wonderful stay in AMI! House was pristine and had all the amenities we needed. A very short walk to the most beautiful beach, even doable with younger children. House had awesome beach gear to use, including wagons and umbrellas. Host was very responsive. Would stay again!

Our stay at Reel Lucky was a fun time. The house was very clean, very well stocked, and beautifully decorated. We especially enjoyed the pool and outdoor space in the back! We are definitely looking forward to returning next year. Only suggestion would be more storage in front bedroom, larger dresser, nightstands etc.

Great property and wonderful hosts. The heated pool and back yard oasis were perfect. Property was charming, clean, and offered little extras not often found in rentals; beach cart, chairs, cooler, beach towels.We loved the local restaurants just steps away; Sandbar, NorthShore Cafe, Poppos Taqueria. We look forward to going back!

Our stay at Reel Lucky was just what our family of four needed! The location is perfect- a short walk across the street to the beach as well as local shops and dining within walking distance. The house was very clean and looked just like the listing photos but better. The pool/spa area was our hangout! The booking process was easy, and Jay was prompt with instructions and responses to communication. Highly recommend this rental and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

You can not go wrong with Reel Lucky! The beach is a few minute walk, the home is sparkling clean with modern furnishings, the heated swimming is in a backyard paradise. I rented this property for my parents who were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. They raved about how beautiful the property was and the fact that it was only one block from Bean Point, the best beach on AMI. Jay was very helpful, professional, and responsive. I would definitely rent this wonderful property again.

Jay was the most wonderful host. He was so responsive and helpful. Check in was a breeze. The home was so clean and bright. It was the most fully stocked rental home we’ve ever experienced. Location was so perfect - a very short walk to the beach and a short walk to Pine Ave. We could not have asked for more!

This was our second year at this property and it was a great experience. Jay is so responsive and helpful and the home is in pristine condition. We love the location for a quick walk to the beach or a trip to the shops. We are a party of 4 adults and 2 elementary age kids and we had plenty of space for the adults and the kids had their run of the loft space. Pizza from Pizza Social is a must and the sunsets at the beach can’t be topped. Grateful for another excellent stays

We had a wonderful family vacation in beautiful Anna Maria. Jay was super responsive, and the house was perfect! Steps to the beach, and a beautiful pool - we couldn’t have asked for more!

Pros: Beautiful home-nice finishes inside & out. Very handy outdoor space for adults, professionally landscaped and lighted. Nicely appointed kitchen with quiet appliances. Smart layout with cool artwork. nice bathrooms, and comfortable beds. Cons: Sliding glass doors were very heavy and hot tub was hot but in need of light for night access. Also, a new home construction project had just started across the street (Sep 1st) and was very noisy.

Wonderful house and would definitely recommend staying here

We just returned from a week long stay and can’t say enough about how lovely this property is. Location is ideal, close to the beach and our favorite morning stop The North Shore Cafe. The beach is quiet and pristine, one day we saw a group of sting rays swimming along the shore line! It was beautiful. The house was exceptionally clean, well maintained, beautifully designed and furnished but also very cozy for a family vacation. The kids (ages 7 and 4) had a fantastic time swimming in the pool each day and the surrounding landscaping was gorgeously tropical to soak in. Hope to plan another trip back to this property in the near future!

We enjoy a relaxing family vacation in this amazing house. It’s very obvious that a great attention to detail was put into this property. We had everything we needed during our stay. The house was clean and inviting when we arrived. We celebrated a birthday dinner at the house by bringing in a chef who had everything she needed to prepare a fabulous meal. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. We look forward to returning again!

My family has been coming to AMI for years. This home is without a doubt my absolute favorite one. It is beautiful, clean, well maintained and has all the beach amenities for those who like to fly to their destination. The communication with the owner was great too! I cannot wait to return to the island and stay here again. It was perfect!

This is a great property. Lots of room for the family. Sparkling clean, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, and all the electronics worked. We wanted for nothing. We would definitely visit this home again. Jay was an excellent host.

Beautifully decorated and super clean. Hand soap, laundry supplies, and paper products were provided which was a first for us to experience in a rental which made packing so much easier. Kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need, even storage containers. Beds had nice soft sheets and bed covers were clean. The heated spa & pool was used every day and night. The gulf was a little cold to swim in for most the time we were there in mid April so the pool was great with lots of sun. I couldn't get the music box and outdoor speakers to work which would have been icing on the cake, but we brought a small speaker which worked for what we needed. Jay was a wonderful host and very quick to reply with any questions or problems. I meant to let Jay know the sink in the main floor shared bath runs really slow - not sure if that's something that can be fixed - literally the only minor complaint from me. We loved this home and will definitely stay again!

We've been to AMI 3 times and this was by far our favorite place to stay! Beach access less than a block and walkable to shops and restaurants. The house feels brand new and was perfect for our family of 4, plus Grandma and Grandpa. We will be back next year!
