Highly highly disappointed by the staff of Nine tree !!! I have been staying here from last 3 years but this time I don’t know why nine tree’s staff just did it. Due to some unforeseen circumstances I had health issue and bed sheet got stained I asked reception to change bedsheet and then housekeeping too, they didn’t inform me that I would charge like hell and next day at time of check out they charged me 9000 PKR. Rather then accommodating me in reduction of price they keep on insisting that it was damage, if it was damage why didn’t they inform earlier? It was a full plan to ask for huge amount at the time of check out It was a pathetic experience and I don’t think i ll visit them again ! Shame on you nine tree hotel ! You lost a loyal customer.

Front office and room service was very good and the staff was very friendly.

Breakfast service was poor. Tables were not being cleared / cleaned when the guests were leaving. I had to ask to clean the table twice. Staff was not attentive to serve teas. This area requires a lot of improvement.
