Cost was high for what was provided Why have a coffee pod machine out and on display but not supply coffee pods The staff from the property management were rude when asked questions "it's in your email" isn't a valid response to a question if the email was never sent/recieved Property is in need of updating, it would have been lovely 10 years ago but is seemingly falling into disrepair

I was disappointed that the deck and exterior generally needed maintenance. The timber decking has badly deteriorated and the garden was hanging over the steps making it difficult to get to the entrance. Inside, the bedroom is upstairs and bathroom is down steep slippery stairs. The blind in the bathroom is water damaged. I expected better for the price I paid

Right in town, very neat and clean. cozy bedroom with plenty of spare blankets and a fully stocked kitchenette. great view from the top balcony in the trees. great contactless key set up.

The location is brilliant - easy walking to all the parts of Kangaroo Valley village. Cleanliness was very good and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was nice and tidy with good lighting. Nice pleasant views out the front windows/doors and upper balcony.

Air conditioning struggled on day one, which was warmer. The balance of our stay was cooler, so we didn't have need of it after that. Stairs might be a little tight for less mobile travellers, particularly since the bed is upstairs and the bathroom downstairs. The main room lighting is fine for evening lounging watching telly, but is a little dim for reading/crafting etc.

The location is very close to the heart of the village, being several cafes, a big pub with a reasonable menu, several souvenir and specialty shops and a general store. In general it is quiet though there is a fair bit of traffic on the main road just down the driveway, from about 7am onwards on a weekday. Of the four units only one was occupied so cannot comment on whether they are well isolated from each other. They are offset from each other so should be reasonably private. Some games and a small TV were available and some CDs of various music types. Some kids games were also provided. The morning views from the balcony were very pleasant giving the feeling of being in a bushland valley as it should. That’s what Kangaroo Valley is!

The open plan concept (no door on the bedroom) mostly works except when you want to maintain a level of silence to allow a partner to sleep undisturbed, when so it isn’t ideal. The bedroom directly above the kitchen also makes that difficult. One step on the stairway was very noisy if you stepped in the wrong place, this was reported and the agent promised to get it attended to.

The bedroom upstairs was spacious and very comfortable

Just wish there was a bath (for our kids!)
