Disappointed that washer dryer broken. Bumpy driveway. Curtain system not very good. Now the positive. Great price! Roomy and comfortable. Close to morning yoga for wife. Overall satisfied given last minute booking for us.

Was very very nice stay place very clean. Are Friends live 3 street over love being walking distance to them & to the restaurant. Only thing would be nice is a foot rinsing station when you come off the beach for your fret

This has become our go-to place to stay for an extended weekend. A quiet condo complex with a couple of docks for boat mooring. Easy bike access to the local beach spots and a cool pool to refresh after a hot day out in the Florida sun. Looking forward to our fourth stay!

Everything was as expected. Loved the pool and short distance to the beach. Very enjoyable time.

This is the best place to stay on Manasota Key, you can walk to all the bars and restaurants. The beach is just across the street, and you can see the bay from the balcony. This place was very clean and quiet, and the hosts were great. Stay here you won't regret it.

Had a great Labor Day weekend. Cold A/C and a refreshing pool were a great way to beat the summer heat. We shall return.

The property was great! Luckily we had no one to the side of us until our last night as the walls are super thin and we could hear the neighbors as if they were standing in the next room! Owners were great and checked in with us the day after arrival to make sure everything was to our likings and our needs were met. Will definitely stay again!

We (my husband and I ) wanted to get away for a few days to the beach even though we live 15 mins away. This condo was PERFECT for that goal. Had everything needed, very clean and right across the street from a private beach access. Within walking distance of several bars/restaurants. Definitely will keep this in mind for the next time.

Right across the street from beach. Condo was immaculate. The only issue we had was with the gas grills. One had no propane and the other had not been cleaned maybe ever. Certainly not the owners fault. Owners themselves could not have been nicer or more welcoming.

We had a wonderful time and had everything we needed. The area has great resturants including one right next door. So Enjoyable!

Great little studio in the best location! David and Tiz were a pleasure and made everything so easy and the rental process seamless. We enjoyed our short stay very much and will be back in the near future!

Everything was perfect...very clean rooms...everything you need down to the beach towels...coffee pot...close to everything...once u get there u technically wouldn't have to drive..plenty of local eateries close...wonderful experience...would definitely stay again

Just the right spot for a getaway weekend! Not on the beach but a five minute walk to the beach a local restaurants. Quiet and peaceful. Awesome place for the price!!

This property was immaculate. Everything was exactly as described. It's in walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The beaches were beautiful. This little Town was great and was super peaceful...We will definitely be going back.

Great place to stay! Owners were very attentive with any needs! All beach supplies were provided and everything in the room we needed! Was a little concerned about being across the street but easy walk to the beach with a 7 and 3 year old and beach was not crowded at all! Thanks for the stay!

We have stayed in several of the condos at this location and they are all great. Very clean! Tons of amenities to get you started. The owners were in communication the entire time.

The property is awesome! We absolutely love staying here. The property owner was a bit difficult. But it all worked out.

Unfortunately we just had the short end of the stick because the A/C went out the day we arrived, it got really hot the first night. Owners got right on it the next morning when we made them aware and they sent a company out to fix it. The company said they fixed it and ended up that they didn't so day three it was still really hot, at absolutely no fault of the owners. I can not express that enough!! They frequently stayed on top of it and called the company back out and they spent the entire day working on the A/C at which point we decided it was best if we packed up and left because we had young children and needed working A/C. Even though we had stayed two nights the owners were very apologetic and understanding and refunded us 100% given the inconvenience. The company finally fixed the AC the night we left and the owners offered us to come finish our stay at no cost but we had already moved an hour away. That speaks volumes! Over all would we rent this place again or rent from these owners again? ABSOLUTELY! Just one of those things that is out of anyone's control and happens. Hope we can make it back another time and try it again!

The process was simple to get in, communication was easy thru the app. Everything was as described and was all in great order. I would recommend to anyone and would stay again .
