Spacious, there were only two of us, so we had lots of bedrooms and toilets to choose from. Very quiet location with easy access from SH1

Really lovely home, very clean and tidy. Spacious, light, quiet. Outdoor tap around the side is great for cleaning feet after the beach, or shower if needed. Living area is on the top floor, so feel elevated which is lovely. Loads of light and air. I'd be quite happy to move in lol! Thanks :)

We had a wonderful stay at Leonie's Beach house. We had a range of all ages staying in the house and everyone was well catered to with games, puzzles, a highchair, a well equipped kitchen and very comfortable couches and beds. We hope to back again one day soon to enjoy this wonderful place for longer! Leonie was a fabulous hostess with clear and quick communication.

We had a great stay, the house had plenty of room for our group of 8 to fee like everyone had room to relax. Super clean, great communication with Leonie and a great location only a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

Enviable location and house
A spacious, modern and homely house situated at the end of a cul-de-sac close to the beach, surf club, dairy and cafe. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone wishing to enjoy the sun, sea and sights of Ruakaka and surrounds!

The house was super clean and tidy, rooms were a great size and with 6 adults in the house the two bathrooms meant no waiting for showers. Great location as well - only a few minutes walk from the beach and a great little cafe. Leonie was also a great host - passed on thorough instructions and was really easy to deal with.

A very comfortable beach house to accommodate our 7 adults. It is very user friendly and near to the beach for our walks each morning. A lovely kitchen to use for cooking our mid year Christmas dinner and plenty of space to accommodate extras for a meal. Perfect for what we required.

Lovely house suiting us (7 adults) perfectly. Large open plan living area perfect and fabulous large deck was awesome. The layout, number of bathrooms etc worked perfectly for us all to prepare for all the wedding activities we attended. Would love to have stayed longer.
