This property was beautiful! We really enjoyed the pool and the space in the home. Garage parking was a nice bonus! The location is great, the view of the pond was beautiful. Beach was a short 10 min or so drive and also close to groceries and stores. Plenty of beach supplies and towels. The only downfall/complaint was the lack of dry goods in the kitchen (had to buy cooking spray and some seasonings, nothing provided) also only got 1 extra roll of toilet paper for a week between 4 people. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect place to stay the house is perfect and the pool is great. Close to beaches, shopping but in a peaceful residential area where we could watch the eagles that reside right outside the property and of course the herons and ducks. Would recommend this for anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay.

The house is super clean and fully equipped with anything and everything you need for a comfortable and leisurely stay. The heated pool was fantastic as were all the accommodations! We would definitely love to come back in the near future!!

The house was perfect! Very clean, comfortable, easy access to town and beach. Well equipped in the kitchen, for the beach, pool, bathing, etc. The communication with the manager was great! We had a few questions and needs and they were very accommodating! We look forward to coming next year!

From seeing this property online, to closing the door at the end of our vacation, this rental was perfect! The house is exactly as shown, spotless, great position, quiet neighbourhood, everything you could want or need available. The very few times we needed to speak to the management company, they were responsive and sorted everything almost immediately (and these were very trivial things mostly caused by us not sorting the tv properly!!) We would thoroughly recommend both the area and this property to anyone who loves Florida as much as we do!!

We loved this property. Having a pool all to ourselves really spoiled us for the week. The house has a great central location and we were able to get to the beach within 5-10 minutes by car. We would absolutely stay here again if we visit the area in the future.

We had an amazing, relaxing time at this property. The place was very clean. Check in was easy. Had everything you could want or need. We were 5 miles from the beach. Bradenton Beach was our favorite. We took day trips up to Clearwater and down to Sarasota, but Bradenton was the best of all we visited. The house is on a lake with a resident family of Eagles, so beautiful to watch while hanging out in the pool! I highly recommend this property.

Could not asked for a more perfect place to visit with my Florida Family. The house was immaculate, the accommodations were stunning, plenty of room to visit, and the pool area was so inviting. 4 minutes to the pristine Coquina Beach and restaurants on Anna Marie Island. Can’t wait to go back! Only complaint was the front steps were too steep for someone with mobility issues and may want to consider grab bars in the master shower. It was quite slick. Other than that, it was paradise!

My family loved our stay at Sea la Vie. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. Lots of clean bath towels and beach towels. The landscape and quiet neighborhood was especially nice. The pool was great! We’d love to stay here again.

The property was just as it was listed. The only thing was the number of bathrooms for 5 adults. We needed at least another 1/2 bath. All in all it was a great vacation. Location was close to lots of things to enjoy and places to eat.

This house was exactly what we needed. We wanted a place of our own just in case the beaches were too crowded. Luckily they were not and we still had a lovely house just a short drive from the shore. My 4 and 2 year old daughters loved the pool and my wife and I really enjoyed the overall size of the house.

Our visit was everything we hoped for! The house was amazing, just as described. Location was great, had to add extra travel time at this time of year but we had easy access to beaches, walking trails, restaurants, etc.

Sea La Vie! is a beautiful house in a very good location, close to Anna Maria Island and nearby beaches. The house itself is very well furnished and decorated in a "Beach" theme. The pool is very nice, and the multi-windowed room that overlooks it is a great place to read or to just sit and enjoy quiet time. The property management company was quite easy to work with. One helpful hint: The primary tv remote only works when the cabinet doors below it are open.

Outstanding experience. Home was just as described. Location was close to everything and located in a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the well maintained pool. Check in/check out was quick, simple and easy.

The house was perfect, beautifully decorated and everything you need was there. Loved the pool. The only reason we would not stay there is it is far away to walk to anything. Wish we could move the house and pool to Sarasota

The home was beautiful and comfortable. The bed was great. The kitchen was very well stocked. It was clean and looked just like the picture. The big con for us was the area. You had to drive quite a ways to get anywhere. There was a golf course close by but anything else you had a long drive with lots of traffic.

I fell in love with this property as soon as we pulled into the driveway! The landscaping is beautiful! Gorgeous tropical plants and trees surround the home and the large pond in the back is the icing on the cake! I was equally as happy when I stepped into the home. Beautifully decorated, with comfortable furniture and beach themed accent decor. It has an open layout with the back room consisting of 3 sets of sliding doors giving you a great view of the pool or pond from any seat. The master bedroom’s bed was very comfortable and had a walk in closet to die for! The kitchen had everything that one could possibly need and we really appreciated having a high chair and pack n play that were like new for our young Grandson. For those who love to eat out I would check out downtown Sarasota for some great options, as well as Anna Maria Island. We made reservations for most nights so we had little to no wait times. Great place to rent for 6 people, 7 if one is a baby. Thanks again to the owners and the property management company!

Beautifully maintained and well equipped property in a great location. In fact, for the first time ever, we had no need to contact the property manager with issues or problems - because there weren't any!! Very easy access to Anna Maria Island and beaches - but also easy access to shopping malls and interstates for Tampa and Orlando trips. We loved it!!

We have been there for three weeks and had a more than pleasant stay. Everything was so lovely designed. the equipment and enviremont were really perfect for us (2 adult,2 kids age >11). Anna Maria island beach was very close to the house by car. Every room was very clean, very well designed ! Cortez road is not far away too, where you can get everything to you need. Overall :-) ...great place to stay for us (german family).

Wonderful home, beautifully appointed, with plenty of privacy. In addition, there was an eagle family nesting in a communication tower next door which gave of some entertainment.
