Thanks to Bill Lone who was very helpful through the entire process. He responded promptly to any calls or texts, and allowed to check in early. The house was very comfortable, and close to so many good restaurants, the boat ramp, the inlet and anything else we needed. Big swimming pool with a large covered patio area for relaxing after a good day of fishing. We had a great vacation, I recommend this property and plan to stay there again in the near future.

Stay here, you won't be disappointed! The salt water pool was a bonus and the property is close to everything. Bill has thought of all of your needs, just go and relax.

Lovely house on the canal. Lanai by the pool was a perfect place for morning coffee, afternoon tea & sunset. Very clean, comfortable home to enjoy after a day at the nearby beach. Would love to stay again if we are able to return to Pompano Beach. Thank you!!!

The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. The pictures are accurate - the home is spacious and very clean. Bill was very responsive to texts. Our family had a great time here, we would absolutely return.

The property and house are impeccably clean and well maintained! Nothing needing repairs, not a speck of dirt in the house. Check in/out is super easy. No need to go grab keys, return keys etc. Don't be worried if you have little ones with the pool. There are alarms on all the doors leading outside that sound if they are left open too long. We did not have little ones, but we did see things available should you need them. Ex: Highchair, umbrella stroller, kids fishing pole. Amenities in the home that make it even more comfortable abound. Games for kids and adults, beach chairs & umbrellas, cooler, beach towels for the pool, fishing poles to fish off the dock, and a good starter pack of pretty much any basics you may need until you can get to the store (which are extremely close to the property). They have little touches throughout the home that make you feel welcomed. The kitchen is well stocked. We cooked often and never found ourselves in need of a pot/pan, plates, or utensils. The beds are quite comfortable with plenty of bath towels for use. The washer and dryer are very new models and come in handy when you don't want to pack a lot and need to wash clothes. The house is located on an amazing cul-de-sac in a very safe neighborhood. The veranda allows you to sit outside and be with family who are in the pool, but also be in the shade if you don't want to be in the sun. The fans above you while you sit under it, so you stay cool, are a nice touch. Although the pool is saltwater and you may think "ocean" taste and strong saltwater, it is not. It is extremely subtle. It also is not as harsh as chlorine, and we found it actually to be better. It was big enough for 3 adults and 3 older teens to all swim together comfortably. The location of the property in relation to restaurants, shopping, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, and excursions is perfect. You are central to anything you may want to do. Bill is wonderful to work with and vested in your comfort and his property. He is only a text away making himself available for whatever you may need and is a wealth of information about the area. I cannot recommend this property enough. It absolutely exceeded expectations. It was emphatically approved by a 13, 15, & 16 yr. old. Teens never like anything! So that should tell you a lot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. Check-in and check-out were so easy and the house was sparkling clean. Bill was an attentive host, answering text messages in a timely manner. He even stopped by to drop off fishing rods for my teen boys. The neighborhood was lovely and close to everything, but yet secluded enough to have privacy. The layout of the house is perfect and there was plenty of seating / hangout space for our family to chill out, but not feel cramped. Beautiful house, perfect location, and great hosts! If I visit the area again, I will be booking this home.

The house is in a great location and the neighborhood is very nice. We had our dogs with us and the fenced in yard was perfect for them. The house is very well appointed and very comfortable. The outside living area is very nice. We had our boat there so the dock was a plus.

The house and pool were perfect. Exactly what is advertised on VRBO. William even checked in with us to make sure we got in ok. Would absolutely recommend staying here and hope to again in the future.

This vacation was absolutely one of our bests. From check in to departure, it was fabulous. This was the first time that we vacationed, as a family, with our adult son's family and the house was perfect for us. We all loved the pool and being able to ride our bikes without worry. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. Bill and Stephanie have anticipated our needs and supplied anything that we would need, to thoroughly enjoy our stay. We WILL be return to this lovely retreat on the water in Pompano Beach!

From start to finish, this was a flawless experience. Just as described, the neighborhood was quiet and lovely. We walked to an equally lovely Publix a few times. Bill and Stephanie have thought of everything for this clean and beautifully decorated home. Both our 17 year old daughter and my parents who are in their 70s had a great time in the pool. This place was just what we needed.

Home away from home! Second trip to Pompano and second time staying at Aqua Bella, we felt no need to look around for a better place. Perfect floor plan with the pool and canal right outside your back door. We look forward to our next visit!

This was the perfect place to relax, swim, play games, watch basketball on TV, head for the beach or just chill out. The pool and patio were a real focal point, and acted as a gathering spot for anyone who wanted to be outdoors. The home is well-equipped, from the kitchen to the bedrooms to anything one might need to make it beach day (chairs, umbrellas, etc). The location is perfect, just a short drive to the beach and local restaurants. The owner was great and accommodating, and our time there was all too short.

We were looking for a covid-safe place where we could relax and this place checked all the boxes. It was even nicer than in the photos. Super clean and a great pool and deck area that provided a lot of shade for our infant. The one thing we struggled with was that every door had a safety alarm for the pool (this is awesome for those with kids who could potentially get out on to the deck and accidentally fall into the pool) but there was no way to turn it off and one of the sensors fell at 1:15AM causing the piercing alarm to wail throughout the house. It scared us to death and we weren’t able to go back to sleep that night. All in all this place was great and the host was fantastic - I just wish we could’ve had the choice to disarm the alarm for the week since we didn’t need it.

The property was exactly as described, even better. Beautiful, very clean, comfortable beds, soft linens and towels. My daughter and I spent most of our time there outside enjoying the nice, clean, heated saltwater pool and the comfortable outside furniture. The kitchen has all the utensils you need for cooking and dining. The drive to the beach is 10 minutes, Publix 5 minutes. The owner greeted us by phone after arrival to ensure that we are comfortable and have everything we need. He is an extremely nice person who takes good care of his property and his guests. A nice bottle of red wine was waiting for us in the kitchen. We had an opportunity to meet him when there was a minor issue with the automatic pool cleaner which he came to fix 45 minutes after we called him. Bill is available if you need him, but not intrusive at all. He has a great sense of humor, if there would be no pandemic, we wouldn't mind talking to him longer. We are definitely coming back in the future for a longer stay if possible. Thank you Bill!

We enjoyed the property so much we added an additional week. The house was clean, comfortable, and very functional for a family. The back yard, pool, and view are a perfect tropical oasis. The owner was friendly and helpful any time we had questions. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future.

We rented this house to visit with grandchildren who live in the area and are under the age of 2. I was concerned about the pool and the deck along the inter coastal waterway because of the kids.. Bill has that covered! All doors to the pool are are alarmed and he also has temporary fencing that you can put up to block the kids getting to the inter coastal! We enjoyed a week of fishing and swimming in the pool. The beach is right down the road with plenty of parking and a great playground and an awesome ice cream store! Bill was an excellent host. We had everything we needed as well as things for the grandkids so my daughter did not need to bring things from home everyday for the kids! Thanks for the wonderful week we spent with the grandkids and we loved the bottle of wine you left as a welcome gift! We would definitely rent here again for another visit with the grandkids!
