I had to pay 1000 pesos more per night goz i had my girlfiend with me!!

It's fairly inexpensive to stay there nowadays. Certainly cheaper than before the pandemic. It has a faded charm still. I stay for the pool and garden!!! Both are incredible.

The first word my wife uttered when she entered the room was HOW LONG SINCE YOU CLEANED THE CURTAINS. Room smelled like a toilet as they had sprayed heavily with a scent. perfume which overpowered the room, we checked out the following morning. As well the water in the shower was rank, the maintenance man said it was the rusty pipes, the bathroom overflowed without us even useing it aside from cleaning our teeth.

The taxi was cheap

Internet slow, Atm stole my money, you are forced to eat at their restaurant. Dirty old hotel still uses actual key to open door. Housekeeping does not stock room so you need to ask for towels toilet. They chargee for their old used towels bc of dye other locations used bleach and came off. Basically they keep you uncomfortable here. Pool table no accessories, gym is rusted torn and scary looking to use

At check in, there's always an issue - "you've only paid for a single room" etc etc. even though that's not the case. The matter gets resolved but it always feels like an attempt to get more money,!

The room. Just completely worn out. Limited towels and no shower foot towel. Water pressure was bad and water temp constantly fluctuated. Shower door is falling off the guide rails.

Food was good, staff was excellent, beds comfortable.

Hotel is in desperate need of updating and renovation.

I booked 2 x Ocean view rooms. The rooms were in very poor condition. The furniture was broken, Bed uncomfortable, The Roof leaked and water was dripping in onto the tiled floor in the main room. There was a roof leak in the CR which dripped on you on while sitting on the CR. There were large cockroaches visisble in the Bathroom. No Hot water to have a shower. Upon arrival the refigerator thermostat had been turned on to 0. Put things in the fridge to chill and nothing got cold. Water leaked from the refrigerator on the floor due to it defrosting. I spoke with the Manager upon check out about the condition of the rooms. No compensation was offered. It was raining heavily and you had to walk through water and dirty conditions to get to your room. Not the most pleasant of experiences. Spoke with the manager upon check out. He was sympathetic, but offered no compensation. Would never stay there again.

The hotel was in a good location for the trip. The staff were friendly and helpful. I felt safe staying there.

The air conditioner in the room didn't work well. The hot water took along time to get up to temperature.
