Spent a few days in Bristol at this lovely little cottage. On the quiet east side with a beautiful water view. Completely updated, small but comfortable for me and my husband. Awesome host who left the most generous welcome platter! Next time will look to rent the front cottage with larger deck and better view!

Lovely property and Deni is an EXCELLENT host! Great spot for a couple of days on the water. Bristol is a cool little town and very good restaurants and lots of opportunity to walk around.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the New Beach Rose Boutique Cottage on the Beach. The cottage was just adorable. The decor just said “Weclome, come in and relax.” The welcome gifts of the lovely goodies in the fridge and the basket in the kitchen were very much appreciated and enjoyed. The cottage was centrally located for us to visit all the attractions that were were interested in seeing. The one time that I had to contact Dee, she was readily available and very helpful. There are plenty of chairs outside so that you could sit and enjoy watching the water If I had anything negative to say it would be that there is very little closet space. A small open area in second bedroom exists but held very little space for people to hang clothes, especially for more than one person. There was no closet in other bedroom. There was also only one comfortable chair in living room which made watching TV uncomfortable. The second person ended up sitting on a kitchen chair. Was also quite surprised that we had to make the bed for the next guest when we left. Didn’t mind doing it, just never heard of it before. But overall, there were more wonderful things than bad. I would love to stay there again!

We had a great stay, and appreciated the snack tray. Kids enjoyed the beach.

Lovely place to stay for the Brown graduation. The cottage is well stocked with everything you could need, and we really appreciated the snacks and drinks our host provided. There is a lovely deck area with comfortable chairs and lounge chairs for enjoying the coastal view. Highly recommend.

Great host, beautiful property! The fridge was stocked with yummy treats. The cinnamon twists were to die for. Everything was clean and delightful. Great view! Next time we might bring more family and rent both cottages.

The first impression when you come in through the door is the place is noce and clean. However, things start to change when is time to unpack your luggage. The places do not have any closet space and the dresser is full of stuff. We upted for placing our cloths on the sofa which is completely full of cushings leaving no space to sit down and when you move the cushings and put them on the side, then the place become a cluster. The bed on the main room have many cushings also and is the same filling and they take much of the space in the room. There is only about 16 inches of walkable space on one side of the bed and about 12 inches on the other side(this is where we had to put the cushings). This places is only good for a couple with no kits as you have to compromise getting heat throughout the house or privacy. There is only one heater in the main bedroom and if you want the bathroom, the kitchen, living room and second bedroom to be warm you must leave all doors opened…. So defenetely is not made for other than a couple with no kit. The parking instruccions are wrong. They tell you to park to the far right of the arbor rose and we did just that but then I got a text with a photo of my car asking me to move it by the entrance… which if.the instruccions would of said inmediate right, I would of follow that. It left a bad taste as the lady never accepted my apologies for parking in the wrong spot which it is not even marked. There was like a 55 TV in the house without cable …

If renters seek an idyllic ocean setting this would be an excellent choice. Owner & Host, Dee, is very welcoming and supportive of your stay. The setting is very peaceful and tranquil with gorgeous background of Ocean setting. Beautiful sunset views of big sky with clouds and ocean.

Nicely decorated and furnished. Beautiful bathroom and well furnished kitchen. My only complaint is the small size of the sitting area and position of the furniture and TV. It’s not set up for any more then 2 people to comfortably hang out. Fortunately it was just my wife and I so it wasn’t an issue but I don’t think it would work with another couple. Maybe consider reconfiguring as a one bedroom and den.

My husband and I took his Mother on vacation to this lovely cottage in Bristol RI. It was breathtaking and the pride in ownership showed in every detail. It was just the perfect size for the three of us. The weather did not cooperate but we would have loved to explore our surroundings. The beautifully arranged welcome tray was awesome. We enjoyed everything especially the lemonade! Thank you for sharing your "home" with us!

We were very pleased with everything: from overall location to every little detail of this beautiful cottage. If I have to find one regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! Definitely, this will be our destination for many more times to come. Thank you!

Really lovely rental. Just my husband and myself. Very tastefully decorated, very clean and a quiet neighborhood. We're kayakers and if you don't want to walk/up down the stairs with your own kayak, there's a great "put in" spot just around the corner.

Clean, safe area, convenient to many areas.

I would definitely stay here again… my husband I enjoyed having our morning coffee on our own private beach. Peaceful and relaxing watching the boats go by and taking in the beautiful scenery.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property! Upon our arrival the space was beautiful, clean and welcoming. A fruit & cheese platter was prepared for us in the fridge, as well as other amenities throughout the cottage — like flowers in the bedrooms and cute soaps in the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was incredibly nice and overall the decor set the scene for a relaxing waterfront stay. The view was beautiful and the water access was an incredible bonus. Dee greeted us during our stay and was lovely. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend!!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay immensely! We loved having the beach just steps away and had a great time on the ocean with the kayaks! The cottage is beautiful! We hope to visit again in the future!

The perfect getaway! Great location and clean home. Wonderful view! The owner left us a delicious surprise - a fruit platter, pastries, and breakfast essentials that made our next morning so easy after a long journey. We hope to stay here again! The only downside is we didn’t want to leave!

We had a lovely stay in the adorable cottage. Everything was beautiful and spotless in a nice quiet neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants nearby and 1/2 from Newport RI. Could not have asked for more!

We really enjoyed our stay. The waterfront location is so relaxing. The property is very well equipped and the many welcome items stocked in the fridge were abundant. Dee was very friendly and easy to reach. The cottages are beautifully appointed and comfortable. The only thing we missed was a Keurig but we just made whole pot like we used to. Haha

My boyfriend and I had a great stay and appreciated the super clean, quaint and cozy home. Also, wonderful snacks and treats were left for us in the fridge and on the counter. Very small beach that is shared with other people on the property - we didn’t spend much time on it, but the views of the water were pretty from the home. Thank you!
