We had a wonderful weekend with friends and family. The cottage is in a fantastic location and is so beautifully furnished and fitted out with everything you could need. A perfect stay for all ages. We spent hours relaxing on the deck overlooking the river while the kids kayaked, fished and crabbed. And spent a fun morning kayaking down to the historic Copers Mill.
The caretakers Ken and Karon are so friendly and helpful. Thank you again for a wonderful stay, we look forward to staying again!

A lovely house with so much character in a beautiful location on the Murray River. The house is so well equipped with a highchair and a portacot for our granddaughter and even catered for my elderly mother with ramps and also mobility aids for the bathroom. We enjoyed taking our boat from our private jetty and loved seeing the dolphins and birdlife. The caretakers are lovely, welcoming people who gave us privacy but are there if you need them. We had a very relaxing holiday and would love to go back again.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful space, it was everything we could have hoped for. I felt relaxed for the first time in a long time thanks to the incredibly restful and rejuvenating feel of the place and welcoming host and caretakers. Thank you all for sharing this little piece of magic you’ve created.

The house is great with a lot of charm and character. The spot on the river is views to die for. Organisation and hosting were both excellent. I highly recommend.

My direct wish is that I never booked this stay.
I felt incredibly depressed after the stay and felt that spending over $1000 on this was the worst decision I could have made.
Communication was difficult, and I often felt like I had to listen carefully as if I were talking to a boss.
I almost believe the situation would be escalated to a legal battle, with constant threats referencing agreements, contracts, laws, and rules.

Very enjoyable weekend with close girlfriends. The house is well equipped and all our needs for a relaxing and comfortable stay where met. We were met by the Fred and Lesley, the caretakers and made to feel very welcome. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. We will most definitely return.

The property is just as good as it looks in the online photos (maybe better). Everything went smoothly during the booking process and the onsite caretakers were very helpful. Fantastic place for a near-city getaway that feels like a million miles from the bustle of the city. Would certainly recommend and plan to be back.

Cosy and unique country cottage with fantastic location on the river banks of the Murray, enjoying the water bird life especially the Swan who visits regularly, Eryn the Night Herron, and simply relaxing in the many different areas the property offers or pulling in crab pots, or easing back in the breeze on the private jetty.
Loved every moment, sharing with family for a special occasion, with everyone loving the occasion made extra special due to the accommodation.
