The house was a great fit for my family and I. It was very clean. The house had everything. We ever use there beach chairs to take with us. We enjoyed the pool. The only downside was no smoking on the property. My husband loves his cigars and that was one we had to pause.

This house is exactly as pictured and has everything you need for a great vacation. It has plenty of room, a well stocked kitchen and the pool was fantastic! We really enjoyed this location outside of the busy tourist areas. It was quiet but we still had easy access to all of the east side of the island. We took trips to El Yunque, Fajardo and also explored around Humacao.

This property is awesome, easy check in actual picture don't di it justice, very well equipped, clean, comfortable, and Annie was amazing checkin on us left instruction for every possible tourist attraction and beaches and rivers and food location everything was amazing highly recommended

House is great. More than enough room. Grandkids want to move to PR now. Shopping and restaurants are close by. Walmart was only 2.5 miles away. Down the street from the ocean (no swimming allowed) but the view was great. Roads in Humacao were much wider than many areas we went to on the island. 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and an in ground pool that my kids loved. Large screen tv in living room. Kitchen is perfect. Beds were comfortable and personal AC in every room. Micro ants were everywhere on the island, which we expected and understand that it is a tropical island. I haven’t been to PR in 28 years and I will definitely be back soon. I couldn’t have gotten a more perfect place to stay. The sound of coqui frogs was very relaxing for me. Great place to stay and Annie, the hostess was very accessible. Will do again. My family gives this place an 11 out of 10 score.

We enjoyed our stay here, the location and amenities were ideal, the pool is nice and a local beach was literally a couple of minutes by foot. By car we were able to easily get to the key sights/day trips that we wanted to get to. Would recommend!

The house was a nice house, however the house was very clean and seemed like it hadn’t been used in a while. We had a problem with tiny ants on the floor, table, and confer that we were not able to get rid of even after mopping and washing down counter. The kids enjoyed the pool and the games that were provided. Overall we did get some enjoyment out of the house.

We had a wonderful family time and especially enjoyed the pool after a day of site seeing. Annie was very responsive.

The house is located within a gated community (very quiet) and just minutes away from restaurants and grocery stores. The house has a great backyard with pool. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and the main family room. Plenty of towels, as well as chairs and a cooler for heading to the beach. The Punta Santiago beach is right there, and you’re walking distance to a beach front (although we didn’t swim there). Grill outside by the pool made for a nice afternoon and evening after a day in old San Juan.

Annie was great with info before and during our stay. Enjoyed having the pool and comfortable house to come home to each day after exploring the east side of the island.

we had a great time, the house is beautiful, the neighborhood is quite and safe. everything was organized, make it easy. Annie was great. Wish we had more time to enjoy the house more.

I had to go back and read the property description and reviews again after we checked in. Was it the same house? The house is infested with roaches, and i read the owner blamed the guests for bringing it from America. I mean they are everywhere. The plumbing is terrible, the faucets are wiggling and no water pressure in the shower. It’s like a drip coffee maker. The outside grill is unusable, but there are I think 5 cameras in the backyard around the pool. The beach, oh it’s ungroomed like a dirt road with seaweed and garbage all over. The water is full of the seaweed and it’s like sharpnell coarse and unbearable. Description states you can hike in the rainforest from your house, there is no access to it from the community. Area is not touristy at all, meaning no Uber or taxi available as we thought. But ok, rented a car. FYI get rental in San Juan save yourself the trouble. Would not stay there again if I’m paid sorry

Lovely quiet neighborhood with lots of space. We really enjoyed our home away from home. Close to main roadways, shopping center and things to do. Definitely rent a car so you can get around the island.

This house is amazing. Annie was such a great help from the booking process all the way through our stay. We had everything we needed and at no time did we feel unsafe. The neighborhood is well established, has a gated entry and it is very quiet at night. We stayed for 7 nights and we were able to see everything that we wanted and more. We experienced a tropical storm while on vacation and at no time did we feel worried. The house has everything needed to make for a very comfortable stay.

I can’t find the right words to explain how beautiful & how much we enjoyed our stay here ! It was everything & more , Ana was so polite in greeting us and walking us through our check-in/check-out .... people this is a must stay ! Beach is literally walking distance!! Beautiful sites ... everything you need is no more than 8 min away ...can’t wait to return !

Our host was amazing from the beginning to the end. She was super friendly. The house was clean and gorgeous. The pool was everything we needed! I will definitely stay here again. Huge plus was 1 room had 3 bunk beds that can hold 6 people. 3 extra rooms with queen beds, 2 of the room were master bedroom with private baths. I mean, what more can you ask for? The neighborhood was private gated, they had a garage for the car, allot of towels for you to use. The neighbors was super nice. I can go on and on of how happy I was with this house. I will definitely book again next year if she's available.
