My family spent the weekend at this beautiful home just within walking distance of the Village for my son’s wedding. The home was immaculately clean and comfortable for a family of 8. It’s gorgeously decorated and very easy to check in and out. Communication with Faye was awesome! She was accommodating and provided clear instructions and a video on how to get to the property. We would love to stay again! A+

First, when the listing description tells you this location is prime...that is no joke. It was a short 5-minute walk to the village and probably more like 3 minutes in any other season (due to the snow the direct path was covered). That made our stay so easy. Need to pick up something from the grocery store? Just walk there...no need to get in the car and look for parking in the village. Second, Faye, the homeowner, is wonderful. She sent us a video of how to find the home since the main road had been covered in snow and not plowed. This was so handy and thoughtful of her. I also reached out on our drive down to Lake Arrowhead from the Bay Area to ask about restaurant recommendations as we were arriving in the evening after a long drive. Faye had lots of great places to suggest and even meal recommendations at the various spots. When we arrived at the home, there was music playing for us inside and the heater was on (much appreciated since it was in the upper 30s). Any questions I had during our stay, Faye was quick to respond. Bottom line, she knows how to host! If you are looking for a home in Lake Arrowhead with lots of sleeping room and a location that can't be beat, look no further.

We go on vacation every Presidents’ weekend, and this was the best experience by far. The communication with the host was outstanding. She is attentive and informative about the property and things to do in the surrounding area. The property is perfect for two families as the set up provides privacy with the rooms upstairs and downstairs, but still providing a great space to be together in the living area. This property has everything needed for a great get away and more! I highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay at your beautiful home! It was perfect for our family, 6 adults (3 couples), one toddler, one infant. It was warm, spacious and had everything we could possibly need. Lots of rain while we were there kept us inside much of our trip, but the home was absolutely perfect for that. I told my husband if I had a mountain home this is what I’d like it to be like. Our grandson experiencing snow for the first time and other nice memories were made! We would definitely would like to rent your home again!

We loved the spaciousness of this beautiful mountain home. It was perfect for our family visit with our kids and grandkids. The decor is amazing, all the bedrooms were awesome, kitchen was perfectly stocked with essentials. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels. Loved being able to wash our clothes while staying at your home for the week. My grandkids loved the access to the ping pong table and all the games. We loved the Alexa, too! Wifi connection was perfect! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable, and for communicating with us before and during our stay.

The owner, Faye, was the most accommodating hostess….her house is furnished wonderfully and is full of everything you can imagine! The location is perfect……we walked everywhere and really didn’t want to even leave this amazing VRBO……we can’t wait to return! It was also a great vacation spot for our Black Lab to roam and enjoy!

This home is nicely furnished with quality linens and accessories. We watched holiday movies, the entertainment system and living area was comfortable it was a great way to kick off the holiday season in the mountains. Walked over to the Village and had a nice day of shopping and dining, drove around the lake and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. Faye was wonderful to work with and hope to visit this property again.

Faye's cabin was warm, cozy, extremely clean and well equipped for a family that loves to cook and relax together. There were ample number of comfortable beds for everyone. The cabin was tastefully decorated for the season. It felt like home! We will be back to enjoy our new family fall tradition. Thank you Faye.

This cabin is just perfection. Proximity to town is a short 1 min drive. Perfect for multiple families and even more perfect for kids. Faye provided a high chair for our stay so it was one less thing to pack. The toy cabinet was perfect for entertaining the two 1.5 year old and the 4.5 year old. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed. We are already looking at dates to return early 2022. And I need to add that everything was super clean and upgraded! Faye was great at communicating to us before and during our stay. We’ve stayed at a lot of cabins in Big Bear and Arrowhead and this is hands down the best.

I’ve had to clean most vacation rentals because the housekeeping staff does not do a good job. This is not the case they had our house clean well stocked and it was nice to enjoy that. My daughter kept saying she wants to come back up here for Christmas I told her I’ll have to look and see what the availability is for the future!

The bathrooms were the perfect size and stocked with everything needed. Huge TV in the living room and kids were able to watch Netflix and stay entertained during the stay. We loved being able to use the BBQ in the backyard to cook burgers and enough seating in backyard for everyone to relax. The owners were so accomodating with any needs and kept us up to date with what was going on and made sure we were all comfortable during our entire stay. They had 5 parking spots which were amazing because we got married this weekend and were able to accommodate the bridal party coming to our cabin to get ready. We can't wait to hopefully stay again this winter, by far our favorite vacation home we have ever stayed in!
