Newly renovated, clean and great location

The breakfast didn’t work for the number of people that were staying at the hotel.

The hotel is very conveniently located above the train arrival platform, which was ideal due to the icy weather. Their bistro was open till 10PM, and they have a cozy lounge that's open all night long, so you can leave the room or order something to the room. Great service and friendly staff. I was so satisfied that I decided to reserve another stay here next spring when I checked out this morning!

Hotel is right above Kupittaa train station, but there's hardly noise to be heard., The Hotel is new, it has a restaurant and a roof-top bar on the 9th floor (closed on Sundays). The hotel people are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is scandinavian style.

There seems to be a rule in Finland that rooms are only made up when you insist. Eco reasons? We did insist. Though they had six hours to clean, the bathroom and the bedroom were like we had left them. So we insisted again. All they did was putting new towels. With a leaking shower (which floods the floor) we thought that was sub-standard, considering the price we paid. A little bit of sweeping would have made a difference. .

Colour of room was depressing and dark and you could see the dust on everything.
