The Keurig was not functioning properly. Also the set screw in the master bathroom shower valve needs to be tightened. The trash bags do not fit on the trash can in the kitchen without tearing the bag. The latch on the bear trash can seemed to be having an issue closing completely. The upstairs toilet was continually refilling so the seal may need to be checked. The latch on the gate on the side of the garage broke off during the wind storm and the door bangs around all night if you don’t put a rock in front if it. You will need another propane tank as the replacement is currently on the grill. The toilet seats were loose. The upstairs balcony exterior light needs the bulb replaced. We had a great time and love the property. I don’t mean to sound rude. I just listed out these things to help the property owner be aware of some minor repairs that are needed. We rent a lot and if the tenants don’t report the little things, it hurts the property in the long term in my opinion. Thanks again.

Excellent we had it booked two years ago but because of the rona was canceled, well worth the wait.

We loved this house, it’s was within walking distance to local eateries, and JLB. It was very clean and organized.

We originally were going to stay in the Hudson house.. Unfortunately a few people in our group Were subject to covid Testing. my son called Connie. she immediately put us in a smaller unit which was the Bronson house. Are experience with Rainbow Ridge reality has been 2nd to none. Thank you so much we will see you again!!

The only thing I could say that would make the johnson suite a little more suitable would be to add a more comfortable and accommodating couch in the living room . Seating for 4 in such a large room isn't really enough when the house sleeps 10

Private for owners: It was uncomfortably hot (we were there in the hot spell). I get that you can't get around that without AC, which would probably be uneconomical, however the fans could have been larger. We LOVED the place though, and would like to rent again!

We had a great time. The house was roomy and had everything we needed, location was PERFECT, and staff was responsive to our needs. Overall excellent stay!

it was a very beautiful condo, great view of the MTs, walking distance to bot marinas, there was a park right around the street

We love this place and have been coming here for the last 6 years and will continue next year .The only drawback about this property is the major rent increase this year is causing us to think about other properties.

We really enjoyed our stay there. We couldn't have asked for a nicer group of people to work with at Rainbow Ridge Properties. The property was exactly what we were looking for.

I have booked with Rainbow Ridge for over 20 years and this was my first disappointment. I know things are a bit crazy right now with covid-19 so I won't give up on them just yet. They have come through for me in the past 19 years.

The house was very very clean, one of the cleanest I’ve ever been. Located in walking distance to local commercial street and the beautiful Gull lake. All our basic needs were met, so we had a wonderful stay. Prior to arriving, the management was very kind in responding to my travel question.

We love coming to June Lake

The deck and under the deck needs some TLC (paint and caulk). Bezel around light in bathroom missing. Storage trays in refrigerator are missing. It is time to put an adult bed in the front bedroom downstairs ,Bunk beds it the other room is great if you have children and you do not need the other room to be a child's room.

We will definitely be back! The location between June Lake and Gull Lake was perfect. My family and I were able to walk everywhere. There are shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk and a great park for kids close by as well. The house was very clean, had everything we need and was very family friendly.
