No advertisements, photos or words can describe how wonderful this VRBO is. The house itself is absolutely charming and perfectly appointed with a fully stocked kitchen, the most comfortable beds, fabulous hot tub and the view can't be matched, it's simply spectacular. I didn't want to leave. Our family has rented this house for a month the past three years, and we look forward to returning in the future! It's a very lucky person who gets to vacation in this home.

Beautiful location for Breckenridge! Host was very responsive when contacted. Lots of hot water and water pressure. Ample supplies of toilet paper and tissues. Lots of extras so no need to buy everything. Enjoyed the stay very much.

This house was a great place to stay! Jason was very responsive, the house was very clean, had all necessary amenities and plenty of room. It was located in a perfect spot and had an absolutely gorgeous view. Thank you Jason!

Beautiful, spacious house which is very convenient to the slopes and town. Host was very easy going. Highly recommend.

Loved loved the loacation, the home, and everything it had to offer. Our only complaint was on the bottom level with toy room and bathroom area was not clean at all. We knew pets had been in the home bcuz they did not clean up floors or especially the bathroom because their was a lot of pet hair in the corners and in showers. Our son is allergic to dander and had to move him upstairs on the couch. Our bathroom shower curtain had pink mold all over the bottom of it. Definitely not something anyone wants to see after paying good money for a clean living area.

We really enjoyed this property with its close proximity to Breck and the ski hill. House was was well stocked with thoughtful items that you might need. Hot tub was incredible.

The property was delightful- the infrastructure truly supports families. Great use of space, safe, responsive owners. I would return to this home in a heartbeat!

We stayed here over Christmas with our family of 8 who met up for the holiday. Checkin was smooth and they let us check in early which was very appreciated. Fully stocked home, beautiful views from the back deck as the home is built on the side of the mountain. Our family loved the hot tub, was clean and we'll maintained. Nice to have bedrooms on 3 different floors so everyone could spread out some. A few minutes from Peak 8 so skiing was convenient, very quiet and secluded. A couple minor suggestions, need dish rags in the kitchen and if you have a bigger party, grab a bag of ice on your way in. We had a wonderful time here and I'm sure would be equally beautiful in the summer, great vacation!

House is well equipped the only suggestion I have is more than 2 kitchen towels. Using so many paper towels is wasteful. We had a wonderful trip. Thank you Taylors for allowing us to rent your lovely home.

Great space for our family getaway. The floorplan is a little unique because the house is built into the hill, but thats what gives you the spectacular living room, deck and VIEWS! The gated dog area was nice as well. No complaints.

Property was everything and then some. Beautiful views! Owner responded quickly to questions. Our family will be staying yearly....cant wait to return.

Home was designed wonderfully for our family with each of three couples having a king bed and bathroom plus a separate bedroom for our three year old grandson. View was beautiful and we enjoyed the birds that were attracted to the stocked feeders on the large upper deck. Brought our dogs and the fenced yard was definitely a plus. The only negative was the home was not clean when we checked in. Jason was quick to respond and offered to send the cleaning people out the next day, but my wife and daughters wanted the house clean then and we did the cleaning. Besides spending part of our vacation cleaning, the home is wonderful and Jason was quick to try and fix the situation.

We enjoyed this home so much, we already re-booked it for next summer! The home is very cozy, warm, comfortable and has everything you need (except wine glasses haha). We all really enjoyed the hummingbirds, the views, the hot tub out on the patio every day. The 3-floor setup was nice for the family, gave everyone their own space. The location is fantastic, only 10 minutes from town. We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to go back!

Good and bad for Summit County, but we had lots of rainfall this week. No matter. Mornings were beautiful and the place was a mile walk or drive to a trail head which led to the Peak to Peak Trail, the free gondola at Peak 7, and a trail through a preserved forest and wetland. When we couldn’t go out on the deck with the amazing views, we sat in the family room around a couch and chairs with room for 8. And still had the great view. This place is a short drive to downtown and to the Broken Compass brewing co. The place is very quiet and relaxing

This is a beautiful mountain home! Lovely mountain views without the tortuous drive so many involve - it is a short drive into town and for groceries. With bedrooms and bathrooms on three separate levels, the set-up was perfect for our family - my son and his wife and baby on the top level, my husband and me with our dog on the mid-level, and my daughter with her family and dog on the lower level. Loved our visit and would not hesitate to book again!

Breck Mountain Home was absolutely amazing! The views from the porch, the hot tub, the amenities, the games, the comfortable living areas, etc exceeded all of our expectations!! We made great memories!

Two families stayed for a week. Plenty of space for everyone and the deck & views were fantastic. The week was cool and rainy - but we still enjoyed the views from the hot tub on the deck!

Close to shopping, restaurants and fishing. Beautiful view from deck. Kitchen is nicely stocked for cooking and baking.

THIS HOUSE! I’ve stayed at countless rentals and this house hands down is the THE BEST house I’ve ever vacationed at. If you are going back and fourth on this house or that house. Choose this one. You will not regret it. I have a certain check list when it comes to renting. This place exceeded everything. Basics:: cleanliness, water pressure, longevity of hot water, comfortable mattress, good sheets, furniture and table that can accommodate the number of guest it can sleep, sound you can hear from floor to floor, kitchen space for your own things plus still being equipped, room to unpack, bathroom space… YES! YES! YES! Check box for everything!! And then some. We stayed during the winter. The amount of space you have to hang all your clothes and spread your boots out is ridiculous. The floors In the main living area are HEATED! The kitchen is the best equipped rental ever! THE VIEWS!!!!! Oh my gosh the views!!!! It’s like something out of a dream. They are magical. Especially while enjoying them in a hot tub!! Being at the house makes you feel like you are a million miles from anything else, but in reality you are so close to town. The bottom floor is amazing if you have kids. Tons of games, video games, ping pong table! There is not a bad room in the house. Every room has amazing views! The entire house all together had so much extra space!!!! There are so many windows, and they have blinds for all of them! Even the big ones at top! Now, there is only one negative thing I have to say and I hate to even say it, because this house is SO amazing… but if you plan to use the pull out couch as part of your sleeping arrangements… I would suggest bringing a blow up mattress instead. We ended up doubling up a couple kids because it was so uncomfortable. But the kids were small so it was ok!! You can very much tell from the house, and the care put into the rental by the owners that they want you to have the best experience ever and really feel like you are at home. The attention to the details of everything is unlike any rental I’ve stayed in, and the fact that this house will book no matter what, it makes us appreciate that even more. We are already looking to book for a week during the summer months also! We will definitely be back!!!

Stayed here for a family Christmas getaway, and it was wonderful. Like something out of a Christmas card. The view is incredible, and everyone especially loved lounging in the main room and using the jacuzzi.
