We spent 1 week at Midenza and we loved it sooo much! it’s a beautiful resort, with great facilities (gym is very cool) and awesome food! we especially loved the entire staff, Antonio and his team provide the best guest experience you could imagine. we will definitely be back at Midenza :)

great views, as advertised. very clean and attentive staff. they were personable and took great care to ensure we were comfortable.

as others mentioned in reviews, the walls are pretty thin and you can often here doors and sounds from neighboring rooms. but it was not a big issue.

Comfortable house, well-kept garden and facility, great private beach, friendly personel :)

One note: surprisingly loud at night - you can hear loud parties from neighboring resorts

Everything was fantastic! Awesome view from the suite room, great services and very friendly behaviour from the whole staff! Delicious breakfast and very nice dinner menus included! You can feel how they really want you to have the best stay as possible, that‘s their mission and you can feel it, we really appreciated and would love to be back there, now!

The hotel looks exactly as on the photos, great and super clean rooms and swimming pool, amazing view of the Stromboli.. What is not visible (but you will experience) is the excellent staff behind - very professional, kind and helpful. Highly recommended hotel, a perl in Italy.

There is not so much to say as to thank Antonio and his entire crew for this excellent holiday! We highly recommend booking Midenza Suites & Residence for an outstanding experience in beautiful Calabria.

Great premise and position, really welcoming hosts. The size of the resort is perfect, it´s big enough to meet your needs but not too much to be crowded. It´s somehow between a boutique hotel and a family one. We came with two kids and it was perfect. Rooms and suites are divided into three small buildings and the nice pool is a few steps from any of them. The shuttle service for the beach works fine and the beach itself is vey nice, we have all enjoyed. p.s. If you can, book for breakfast and dinner, nothing´s better than relax and taste some good food (and wine)

one only suggestion: in the room together with tea and camomilla/infusions, put some coffee ;-)

Wonderful location and wonderful hosts. Our family of 5 stayed in the Premium Apartments (there are two options for layout, it was worth it to pay a little more for the comfort of A/C and the View). The View of the beach was incredible and unobstructed, we were lucky to have a relatively clear view of Stromboli the first night we were there. Brand new construction, super clean (all the linens & towels smelled of clean, fragrant, fresh laundry!), full set of diningware, silverware, pans and cooking utensils inside; drying rack, broom & dustpan, outdoor dining, swing chair, lounge chairs & umbrella out on the panoramic patio. Greeted with a basket of fresh vegetables from Host's garden. Kids loved the trampoline and play area (small soccer field with goal nets, ping pong table, small playground) on the upper terrace where the Reception office was located. Easy parking, enough space for even larger vehicles. Felt very secure within the fenced/walled compound. There is access to a private parking lot to the beach down the street (Tono Beach) but we did not utilize it, instead spending our time at nearby Groticelle Beach. This is self-catering, so remember to bring your own dish detergent/sponge, soaps and toiletries... any cooking needs as well (though a CONAD and small grocers are located within 10-15 minute drive away)... Would recommend a vehicle to take easy advantage of the area's beaches and attractions. Antonio & Maria and their family are so kind and welcoming... Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!

The view was fantastic, the apartment was brand new, airconditioned, very clean and well organised. Antonio was very polite and responsive to our needs...greeting us on arrival and giving us a tour of the apartment, great recommendations for dinner and directions to the beach and our complementary lounge chair and umbrella hire. Will definitely be back!

Very comfortable, clean, modern styled. Nice view. The beach is near and it’s possible to park a car there. Hosts are pleasant people)
