We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Beachside House! But the first thing I must mention is that it isn't "beachside", but it's a short 3 block walk to the beach, and the golf cart that comes with the house makes it even easier to get to the beach. We were able to see 3 rocket launches from the beach! The house itself is great. It's big enough for a large family group or several couples, yet provides enough privacy for everyone. Each bedroom is comfortable and has its own bath. The kitchen is well stocked, and the pool area is fabulous! We spent a lot of time at the shaded table by the pool, dining and playing games. Even on hot afternoons, we were comfortable sitting there. The pool was perfect, and the kids also enjoyed the splash pad located right across the street at the community center. Perhaps the best part of this house is the responsiveness of the host. She left a nice gift basket on arrival. When we had questions, she answered promptly and took care of our needs. She also supplied toilet paper, trash bags, dish washer pods, etc., which many hosts do not. The furnishings aren't perfect, which I don't expect in a rental house, but we were happy and comfortable. We had such a lovely stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to book this house again.

We thoroughly enjoyed the house and the location. Rhonda was so nice to leave for us to start our trip with coffee,cereal,milk. She was easy to contact and responded quickly and so helpful with ideas of grocery shopping.

Great property… Golf cart is such a bonus along with the pool/ping pong table… The outdoor pool & hot tub are very nice… The sliding doors by each bedroom entrance is really convenient… Thank you:)!

Another fabulous stay in this home! Enough room for everyone to spread out, nice basket of food essentials upon arrival. Clean environment, everything was sanitized. Close to shops or eating out, easy area for delivery if you don’t want to go out, too. Everything is available if you want to cook as well. Hot tub and pool were warm and ready for entertaining! Nice places to sit and relax outside, so close to walking to the beach, or you can use the golf cart if you wish. Seamless communication with the owner, very responsive if we had any questions. We look forward to returning next year!

We had high hopes based on the description of this property; while the pictures were accurate, the terms 'new' and 'luxury' are not how we would describe this property. For what we paid for the week, we expected the dryer to work (not 3+ hrs for one load), the cooking pans and utensils to be clean (we had to clean each pan before using), the bedding to be high-quality, and comfortable. There were extra towels and wash cloths, but not so for bedding - the sheets were so inexpensive, they slid off the mattresses every night; there was one light quilt on each bed. By day 2, we had purchased 4 new blankets because there was no extra bedding and it was winter. While there were extra pillow cases, they were like the sheets - a synthetic fabric so not comfortable. No extra pillows, blankets or paper towels. We concluded that we are all very spoiled! Because we expected the term 'luxury' to mean just that; not just tiled showers and floors. We noticed the remodeled features: kitchen counters, faucets, ceiling fans, appliances and Maytag washer, yet the sofa was worn, the beds just 'ok' for comfort, and the toilet paper holders showed rust. We fixed what we could to be more comfortable, but certainly didn't expect the Prop Mgr to improve any of this during our stay. So we did the best we could and enjoyed what we could.

Myself and 4 friends really enjoyed staying here. Overall we were really pleased, the place has everything and is a perfect location between Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral and is perfect for just hanging out as well. No one had to sleep on a couch or in a bunk bed which we really appreicated. All the bathrooms/showers were very nice and clean. The pool and hot tub were excellent, laundry worked great, living and dinning areas were super comfortable and spacious, kitchen was fully stocked. Having the 5 person golf cart was also a bonus although you could easily walk to the beach in about 10 or 15 mins. There are grocery stores within driving and a nearby market to pick up any last minute items as well. We had a few nits with wi-fi issues, one of the grills and the fire pit that should have been checked before we arrived but the owner did reach out to me via VRBO early to check on things and i didn't see these communications til near our last day. Checkout time is 10am which we thought was a little early but the owner explained they had to get a cleaning crew in before the next guest. Other than those minor issues we thought the place was great and would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is well equipped and included access to beach chairs, umbrellas and more more. Rhonda was a great host. The location was great. We drove my 90 year old father to the beach several times in the golf cart. We got to see two SpaceX launches from the beach and created a lot of positive memories. Would highly recommend this rental.

The house was fantastic for our group of 8 adults and 3 children. Rhonda was super responsive to our questions. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dishwasher pods, milk, orange juice, coffee, trash bags, and all cooking items were furnished. The only downside was we couldn’t use the pool because it was only 77 degrees and we couldn’t swim. We would definitely stay again.

Pool and jacuzzi area was very spacious that we all enjoyed. Golf cart was a plus. Master Bedroom mattress was soft and uncomfortable. Overall interior was dirty needing repainting and deep cleaning. Kitchen utensils were unmatched and drawers were sloppy and messy. Our family would not vacation in this property again.

This was the perfect place for our vacation! It had anything you could possibly need. The pool was a huge hit with the kids and we spent so much time swimming. Location was perfect for other activities like watching a rocket launch and only a hour drive to Disney. The golf cart made beach trips a breeze. Rhonda was incredible responsive and was a great host. We plan to return!

Rhonda was absolutely amazing and available when we had questions. The place was perfect for my family of 6 adults and 3 grandchildren. The kids loved the pool and the house was very spacious. We would definitely stay there again.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. There was plenty of space in the great room, and the pool table/ping pong table was used everyday. Having an outdoor pool was perfect, as was having use of the golf cart. This house was better stocked than any vacation house we've used - beach towels, beach chairs, coffee with the coffee maker, etc. All of this was greatly appreciated. Having 2 queen beds in the 3 bedrooms (+ another king bedroom) was perfect. And any questions I had were promptly answered by Rhonda. Great place!!

The house is better than advertised and the location is amazing. There is almost no one at the beach so you have it to yourself. The pool and patio are great and ideal for spending the evening relaxing after a day at the beach.

We had an absolute blast at this property. It was plenty big for our large group. We had 14 adults and children and one baby under 1. There was a large array of beach supplies to use including chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and even a surf board. The golf cart made trips to the beach super easy but was also close enough to walk. The pool was a little warm but overall this place checked all of our boxes for a family adventure. I highly recommend to anyone that you should rent this place.

Amazing place and location for the yearly Girl's Trip!! Plenty of room for 8 of us. Pool and hot tub were great and the beach so close was a bonus. Having the golf cart to use for the beach was very convenient. This is a great location with plenty to do in the surrounding area. Rhonda was wonderful host and was very responsive to the questions prior to getting there and the needs when we arrived. All in all, a great place and host!!!

Amazing property for our family get together. House was perfect set up with plenty of room for all. Property manager was amazing.

The house was perfect for the 7 adults & 2 teenagers in our group. Every bedroom has a sliding door to the patio/pool area which was great! Rhonda does an amazing job if you need anything at all. We were low on dishwashing detergent & a Walmart order was delivered right to our door that same day. Kitchen is fully stocked. Lots of beach accessories - umbrellas, beach chairs, lawn chairs, paddle board, boogie boards, beach cart, etc. The 6 person golf cart was great for hauling everything to the beach & it’s street legal so we took it to go get ice cream & sight see. The house is just 1 mile from Cocoa Beach & all the attractions, yet our road was so quiet & not busy. That was nice for walking to the beach - no busy highways to cross. Pool & hot tub are perfect & the outdoor area is literally an oasis. Lots of patio furniture & loungers. We didn’t want to leave! Thanks Rhonda for the perfect family vacation!

The location of this house is great! Plenty of room for our whole family. Big kitchen to cook in, private pool, plenty of beach accessories. And the golf cart was perfect for getting all our stuff to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Location near the quiet beach. House is spacious, but definitely needs some TLC. It is no longer brand new. Paint is peeling off doors, floor tiles have chips in them, needs a deep clean, moldy shower curtain in one bath. Kitchen could be stocked better. Golf cart, pool, and spa are great amenities.

This house had everything you could ever possible need for the pool or going to the beach, from toys to wagons, umbrellas, children's strollers etc.. the kitchen had anything you could possibly need, they even had spices. It was very spacious and fit the 11 of us very comfortably. Everything is very close, but you need to utilize the 6 person Golf cart or rent a vehicle. Anywhere we went we had to make to trips because of the amount of people, but it literally took 5 mins to drive to Cocoa Beach pier - you do not need a car. Lots of pus, restaurants to choose from - Great house to rent

We stayed here for a 5 day vacation with 6 adults and 4 kids. The house was perfect, stocked with all kinds of pool and beach toys and plenty of room for everyone. The pool and backyard area were great and the safety fence around the pool gave us an added sense of security with the younger kids. This was a great vacation and we will definitely be staying here again

Our experience at this property was top notch! We were a large family with 6 adults and 5 children. Each family had their own space and bathroom which was great for those littles that required naps. The pool was awesome! It is definitely set up for kids of all ages. The kids enjoyed the pool and the yard while the adults enjoyed the beautiful patio and hot tub! Quick access to the beach via the golf cart and all the beach gear you need. This house is also close to local shops and a quick commute to Orlando. Rhonda is an amazing host and responsive to all of our needs. We can’t wait to come back!

Easy access into the house and to the beach, beautiful pool and hot tub, rooms were big enough and bathroom in each was a plus. Golf cart, beach supplies and ping pong table were a big benefit. Property manager was very nice.

The property had a great location, close to everything. The house was just perfect for our needs. The pool and backyard area was very enjoyable. This property should be a benchmark for VRBO. Also the property manager goes above and beyond to assist people staying there.

Outstanding vacation home! This house has everything and more, each bedroom has its own bathroom. The pool and hot tub were magnificent. The use of the golf cart was so much fun. Cannot wait to visit the location again. Rhonda was a great host, thank you for everything!

If you or the group you are traveling with are about doing things, Rhonda’s place is perfect! We witnessed a rocket launch and landing from the beach. Took the brand new golf cart to the same beach filled with sand toys, chairs, and people. (One thing to note. While the house is dog friendly, the beach is not. No pups allowed on Cape Canaveral beaches.) Lounged around the backyard, swam in the heated pool, and relaxed in the hot tub. Held a family ping pong tournament. Solved puzzles on the huge table. Used the brand new gym facility across the street with indoor basketball court for $6.00 a day. We also squeezed in day trips to Disney World and Universal Studios. It was quite a week in a house that accommodated our family with ease. Was there some sand and rust due to the salt air and location, sure. But that hardly mattered with all the memories we were creating. We had a week to remember for sure! Thank you, Rhonda!
