I came to Rome to celebrate my 52nd birthday an this apartment was incredible. 7 of us slept comfortably. The place was immaculate and convenient. The apartment is located Right by the Spanish Steps and easy to access all the major sites in Rome. Everything was great!!! I recommend staying here the hostess was friendly and arranged Transportation for me and my group of 7 from the airport. Truly incredible experience from top to bottom. Thank you best Birthday Ever!!!

Very comfortable, clean, and great customer service

What a lovely place to stay in Rome! We arrived after a long flight and walked right into the perfect flat. Very well maintained, comfortable beds, modern decor, air conditioning and location can’t be beat! Could not recommend this place more! A real winner here and certainly a Vrbo diamond.

Apartment was spacious clean in the perfect location for our family to explore Rome on our last day in Italy. The owner was a pleasure to deal with always very responsive with getting back to me with any questions I had! Everything was perfect!!!

Communication with Emanuela was awesome! The apartment is a block from the Spanish Steps! The apartment is so comfortable, gorgeous, with high end fixtures everywhere! They left water and snacks for when we arrived!

From start to finish, this rental exceeded all my expectations, providing a magical and unforgettable stay in the heart of Rome. Firstly, the location is simply unbeatable. Nestled just a stone's throw away from the famous Spanish Steps. I felt like I was living in a postcard-perfect dream. The convenience of being in such a central spot and so close to a metro station, allowed me to explore Rome with ease. Countless charming cafes, exquisite boutiques, and historical landmarks were within walking distance, making every day an adventure. The vacation rental itself was a true oasis amidst the bustling city. As I entered the door, I was immediately captivated by the elegant and tastefully decorated interior. The blend of modern amenities and classic Italian charm created an ambiance that was both inviting and luxurious. The attention to detail was impeccable, and I felt right at home from the moment I stepped inside. The bedrooms were spacious and provided a cozy retreat after a long day of exploration. The living area was perfect for relaxation and unwinding, complete with plush sofas and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The kitchen was a gourmet haven, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and all the necessary cookware. I loved the option of preparing my meals. Communication and management was attentive and a great addition to the experience. A truly great stay.

This property was quite possibly one of the best VRBO stays we have ever had. The location was absolutely perfect! Located steps away from the Spanish steps with restaurants, shops and all the main attractions within walking distance. We ended our two week vacation with our last night in Rome and could not be happier we did! The apartment is just as described in the listing and then some! The three bedrooms were very well appointed and the beds all very comfortable! The sofa bed in the living area was a queen size and incredibly comfortable! The master bedroom had a lovely shower that was easy to step into which I was very happy about considering I started our trip twisting my ankle on day two and wearing a boot for the remainder of the trip! The washer and dryer with all the supplies were a huge bonus as we were able to go home with clean clothes! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and even had cold waters in the fridge and an array of snacks along with coffee and tea to choose from. It was so nice to stay right in the center of everything but feel like we were in our own little retreat. Emanuela was so helpful with helping us reserve a ride to the airport in the morning and we got a little lucky and were even able to check in a bit early. This was our second time to Rome and definitely will not be our last! I will absolutely stay here again and would recommend this apartment to all. I can not say enough good things about this property! My friends and I (5 adults, 50+) spent the weekend at Emanuela's lovely Roman Residence and had a fantastic time. The location is excellent - very convenient. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and well equipped. Emanuela is very helpful and just a dream to work with, as is Mr. Andrea at the property. We had a wonderful time and I highly recommend this property!!

We highly recommend this property. Literally one short minute to Spanish Steps. Close to all major attractions. Not to mention many restaurants and shops close by. Taxi stand is a short walk away. The owner was very helpful and accommodating to us.

This was the best VRBO property I have ever stayed in. The location, so close to Piazza di Spagna and the Spanish Steps, with restaurants, shops and a Metro stop nearby. The gentleman who checked us in and out was helpful and friendly. We had some confusion over storing our luggage at the property until we could check in, but we got that resolved quickly. The apartment was immaculate when we arrived. The complimentary snacks and drinks in the refrigerator were a nice touch. The beds were all comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the bathrooms and the air conditioning was adequate to keep the place cool during a hot August. We cooked one big meal and the kitchen had everything we needed. Everyone in our group was delighted with this place and we all highly recommend it for your next trip to Rome.

It's in a fantastic location and situated 1 block from The Spanish Steps and 1 block from Borghese Gardens. The street is tucked away and the apartment and private and very quiet! We loved being so close to shopping, the metro and a great taxi spot while able to easily get some downtime when the kids were tired. The apartment is really well appointed. The kitchen is beautiful and we cooked almost every night. There is a lovely organic market a few blocks away and a larger market nearby as well. It worked so well with tired kids in the evening. The windows are brand new and make apartment so quiet at night. The bathrooms are lovely and clean. The apartment looks newly remodeled and it is well done. There is a washing machine, dishwasher and the AC works so well which is nice after a hot day walking around Rome! Both the manager and the owner of the apartment were so helpful and responsive. We had a couple questions during our stay (market location/taxi scheduling/restaurants) and they helped us with answers immediately. They have also provided a lot of helpful information inside the apartment. I would definitely recommend this place!

This was a last minute booking for me since my previous apartment fell through at the last minute. It turned out to be a much nicer neighborhood right at the bottom of the Spanish steps yet quiet and peacefully tucked away from the crowds. Emanuela was very responsive and helpful with my questions. The apartment looks newly remodeled and perhaps not quite complete? The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are beautiful. The living areas are strangely furnished and are not very useful. It doesn't appear anyone lives there full time, which is great one hand because you don't feel like you're really invading someone's home but also a little downside to that is the owners might not realize the things missing. There are two large couches which face the dining table which seats 10?? But there are no end tables or coffee tables to put a drink. Also, the third bedroom is a little room off of the living room with a pull out sofa. Since we didn't need that, it was left as a little sitting room but it was just a small room with one couch that faced nothing. It would be just as well to make that room a permanent bedroom in my opinion. Also, a washer and dryer would really make this a better value for anyone staying more than a few days. But the pros definelty outweigh the cons and I would give it a 4.5 if that was possible. A couple little tweaks to the place and it would be stellar.
