Our stay here was fantastic. The home is ideal and we couldn’t ask for more, especially traveling with a dog. Very friendly. The location was slightly questionable, as the area appeared slightly run-down, which i expect is largely exacerbated by the off-season

Property had everything we needed and then some. Host Brenda is great to work with. Will return to that house or one of Brenda’s other properties.

This is one of the best houses we’ve stayed in. So cute, well-kept and clean, all the details tended to, and we could bring the dogs along! I think even non-pet-owners would agree that the place is clean and fresh. We had fun playing games (in good condition), and the snacks were an exciting find for our teens. We brought sound machines which helped with sleeping as the floors are creaky and the doors stick. Communications with the host were prompt and helpful. It’s probably the nicest house on the block, but in a family neighborhood that felt safe. We are already trying to come up with reasons to return. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful, spotless property. Probably the cleanest, best stocked VRBO we have ever stayed at - and we've stayed at lots! Everything you could want, great sets of dishes, glasses, really nice pots and pans for cooking. Our downstairs bathroom had 8 sets of towels. It was wonderful! Backyard is very private and there was even a pile of wood for the fire pit. The patio is very nice with lots of seating and end tables for drinks and food. I loved the little screened in front porch. The book with recommendations for local restaurants and tourist venues was really helpful. It sounds like a small thing, but the toys that were mentioned in the description were full sets of things for our granddaughter to play with. So often, the "toys" they mention in other rentals are just a pile of plastic pieces, but this VRBO had whole sets of toys (like a wooden train set) with all the pieces. Very much appreciated. We like Muskegon and I see Brenda has multiple properties - when we come back we are going to book with her. Highly recommend!

We loved this place- roomy, well-equipped, peaceful with a lovely yard. And close to so many great activities.

My whole family was impressed with the house. We come to the area a few times a year and this place was at the top of our list of places we have stayed. Our host had thought of everything you might need on vacation. The house was well stocked with all the amenities you may need . We were 1 mile from the dog beach for our furry family members and with multiple places to eat and drink within a short distance the house was a great location. Look forward to a return visit soon.

It was a delight for my Mom, me and my two chihuahuas to stay at this property. The bungalow was extremely clean and the fenced in back yard was an added plus. The renovation of the bungalow was very well done and everything was well stocked. The air conditioning was fantastic as it was a very hot and humid week in July! We wanted to explore the Lake Michigan beaches nearby and were not disappointed! We especially enjoyed Muskegon State Park’s beach. The only suggestion I would make is to add curtains to the kitchen window. The house next door is close by and curtains would allow for more privacy. Overall, a fantastic experience! Elaine

The home was super clean and comfortable. It may sound silly, but we loved being able to control the temperature in the house! Backyard was lovely and the fire pit was great. My only recommendation would be for a few more hooks in the first floor bathroom. Other than that, this property is a 10!!

Loved our stay! Only suggestion would be for more lighting out back. We will return. Our 17 year old daughter loved having the basement area to herself🤣👍

Our two families enjoyed this beautiful space - inside and out. The backyard was amazing - a fire pit, space for the dog to run, a shed with jenga for our kiddo to play in. The interiors were very modern and clean. Everything you could want! Sleeping was a little hard for us with folks sleeping downstairs hearing even quiet sounds upstairs (bring a sound machine if you'd got a sensitive kid), the beds being a little firm for some of us (we missed our box springs) and the neighbors playing loud music late one night (we asked them to turn it down and they totally understood). These were minor though in comparison to the beautiful space that this is! Thanks for a great stay, Brenda!!!

We had a lovely long weekend at the property. Very clean and nice backyard space. Very much a neighborhood setting but a quick drive to the lake and restaurants.

We’ve stayed in several rentals places all over. This cottage is special. It is centrally located - a few miles from the beach & downtown area. The house is immaculate & very well furnished with items you would have in your own home. It is very cozy & comfy. The entire house (including furnished basement) is well stock with whatever you’d need. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard - nice pergola, sitting capacity, grill & fenced in for our pet. The keyless entry was convenient. Brenda was always responsive to questions & we thank her for letting us use her season pass for the beach.. So don’t hesitate - this place is perfect. It will be home away from home.

We had a great time, close to the beach and all the fun things. Walking distance to local bars was nice for late night when we were done with the sun :)

Location close to Perre Marquette Beach was excellent. House was very nice remodeled. Comfortable and relaxing. Great backyard with plenty of room to sit outdoors.

This was our second summer in Muskegon and first at Lincoln. This property was great for our family. From last year we knew that we were going to load up and drive to the beach everyday. With a young family the walk is not going to happen from a nearby house. Lincoln has everything we needed and then some. We were able to sleep comfortably in the large downstairs bedroom with our kids so they did not worry about being in a different house/bed in the middle of the night. This place has been updated beyond belief and nothing has been skipped on the details. We loved it and can’t wait to make year three in 2023!

I rented this home for a nearby family reunion. We had six adults and two toddlers and were very comfortable. The neighborhood is quite, the yard nice, and the house well-appointed. If I said anything negative at all, I would be nit-picking!!

We had yet another great stay with always vacation rentals. This place suited our growing family well with the extra basement space and larger kitchen table. The fenced in backyard was a huge plus for our dog as well as our young children. We love Muskegon and feel there are so many activities for family fun. And it’s wonderful to have place we can stay that is so accommodating and comfortable. Thanks Brenda!

Incredible space. Best VRBO I’ve ever seen. Super clean and literally had everything we could have thought of using. Even snacks for kids in a basket upon arrival and coffee/condiments. Basement was awesome space for kids to unwind while grandparents got a break from the chaos upstairs. The backyard was fun, and there were yard games in the shed. Plenty of seating inside and out. Incredible grill… Loved this location. Less than 2 miles from city beach—where there’s a playground for kids. Loved the big kitchen table for family meals. Beds were super comfy. Owners were super easy and quick to communicate with. Plan to be back next time!!

Loved this vacation rental. We stayed with four adults and two children. The house was spacious, clean and stocked with everything you would need during your stay. We really appreciate the location, quiet and ease of this VRBO. It is so cute and cozy. It happens to be in between family homes so siblings can meet with a few hours drive. The restaurants and hiking is amazing. This time our elderly 80+ parents joined us. This was a wonderful introduction to VRBO for them . We especially love that our dog is welcome here. He is a rescue from Istanbul Turkey and although very well trained still has some fear of overnight stays in kennels so bringing him with is worth everything! The Fido friendly places for hiking and eating allow him to be with us everywhere in Muskegon.

This house was just beautiful! Very clean inside. Brenda had all the amenities we needed, then a little more. The yard was perfect for the kids and the dog. The weather was great so the kids played outside most of the time We had a great time reconnecting as a family! Don't forget to walk up and get ice cream while you're here 😊

Very cute house and looked just as advertised! The owners have thought of everything! From a basket of snacks to plenty of towels. The decor was very tasteful as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

I’ve stayed at another property owned by this host, and I was just as pleased if not more. She thought of everything! This home is well kept and organized, perfect location., cozy. The coffee bar was a welcoming site. Loved the front porch, it was heated, great space to sit and have a cup of coffee in the morning. I will definitely book again.
