This home was perfect for a group getaway! The group of us spent most of our time outside in the yard and by the lake. There was plenty of room for activities and places to sit and hangout. We utilized the picnic tables and grills they had to offer. On the lake there was a nice area for us to sit as well. Would strongly recommend staying here for any large group of friends and family!

I visited this property with a group of friends. The house itself was very clean and spacious. The owners were quick to respond to any of our questions. Only knocking off a star because there was no cleared area for us to hang near the lake.

My family and I rented this house for a ski weekend and it was great! Communication with the owners was wonderful, they were really helpful with any questions we had and were so willing to help with anything we needed. The house was very clean and spacious, and the game room was an added bonus for the little kids (who loved the air hockey table and the Wii!). There was plenty of space and the bedrooms were all a really nice size and more spacious even than the pictures could show. We had a wonderful stay here!

Amazing location and great amenities. The lake was a ton of fun, and local cafes/restaurants in Hunter and Tannersville are definitely worth visiting.

You really can’t get any better than this property! Close to downtown (2 minute drive), beautiful lake to swim in with a mountain rain landscape in the backyard, fire pit, and a very spacious house! Perfect for all of your Catskill Mountain needs!

My family and I enjoyed our vacation in Hunter, New York very much. The house was spacious, clean, very close to Hunter Lake, in a very quiet neighborhood, with a beautiful view of Hunter Mountain and a nice-sized lawn for the children. We had plenty of space for our family of 13, which ranged in age from two senior citizens to a three year old. We appreciated that linens, two kayaks and a canoe were supplied. We enjoyed our evenings by the fire pit, after a day of swimming, fishing, paddleboarding, canoeing, hiking, sightseeing, playing games, and just spending time together as a family. We had a fantastic week!

This house was awesome! My family and two of our close family friends and their families were able to live comfortably at the home with us. There was plenty of room. The small lake was perfect for kayaking and swimming for our children. Very close to hiking, fishing, and other towns to investigate. We truly enjoyed this home.

We had a super fun filled vacation at this home. 3 families with kids ages 5-12 and it was just perfect for us. Easy check in process. The house was a nice size to fit us all comfortably. We loved that the house had kayaks and a canoe to enjoy the lake. The kids loved swimming and fishing. There was a beautiful creek nearby to explore as well. The owner was very responsive, A+ experience! Only negative is that there wasn’t AC in 2 of the bedrooms so a bit uncomfortable on a hot night! For access to the lake you need to be sure footed as you have to go on the rocks to get in- there is no dock. The house is conveniently located. We were able to do rail explorers which was about 25 minutes away, and the kaaterskill falls was about 15 minutes drive. Our families had a great time and we will definitely stay here again!

It was family of 8 (three generations) staying in the house for three nights. Everything was perfect starting with the check in process. We didn't have any issues with finding the house or using key pad. The owner provided clear instructions and code was easy to remember. The house is very clean, nice and has everything we needed. There are plenty of activities around and we tried to fit as much as we could in our short stay: swimming in the lake, biking (we brought our own bikes) to the Hunter village and around the lake, hiking in the nearby park, kayaking (canoes and kayak are on the property ready for use), and camp fire at night. Wi-fi connection was perfect (my daughter has to work a bit and she didn't have any issues with the connection). My husband enjoyed the fishing in the lake and caught quite a few sun fishes and large mouth basses that makes my two granddaughter (3 and 6) very happy. We loved the place and the owners were very tactful: they timely provided all information we needed and answered all questions asked but also let us be. I asked for an hour late check out and it wasn't a problem at all. Just keep in mind that an access to the lake is rocky and lake is deep. It's hard to access the lake for the kids who do not swim yet. First time in a several months we were able to enjoy going out to the nearby pub that has outside sitting. This place will be definitely our first choice for the next family outing. Thank you, Yelena

12 people had a great time. Plenty of room for us all. Very clean. Great view of mountains. Fishing on lake was fun. Owners were extremely pleasant and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful weekend at the house. We were a group of 4 families with kids looking for a beautiful spot to convene and enjoy nature together and this house did not disappoint! Access to the lake and kayaks was so lovely, and the house was very well stocked and maintained. Very easy to get in touch with owners with questions before and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Spent a nice summer weekend here with a large group of friends. The property is large and the house is beautiful, and we all fit comfortably. The lake is gorgeous and we all had a great time swimming, rafting, and fishing. The charcoal grill and fully-equipped kitchen made it easy to cook our own meals, and the fire pit was great for shooting the breeze and roasting marshmallows. Would definitely book here again in the future.

Several families got together in the Catskills for Memorial Day weekend and had a blast. The kids loved the backyard where we played countless games of wiffle ball, soccer, run the bases, etc.. We also had a great time riding the kayaks and canoe around the small lake at the end of the property. At night, we kicked back and enjoyed a campfire and s'mores in the fire pit. Would highly recommend this property for families who are looking for access to water, a backyard for fun activities, and proximity to local hiking, etc. Great memories were made in the Catskills!

The property and it’s staff are top notch. Very professional while dealing with them prior and after the trip. The house has stunning views of the mountain located on the lake which is a very memorable sight. The house was very clean and came equipped. We had such a great time we are thinking about renting the same house for a summer get away!

We had a great ski weekend! House was clean, updated and nicely furnished. Close to Hunter Mountain and not to far from Windham.Owners very responsive and pleasant. I would like to note although the house is on the lake you can’t actually see it from the first floor because of a berm. There is a view from 2nd floor master bedroom.

Spent 4 days on the lake and enjoyed every minute of it! Kids had a great time throwing rocks into the water. Everyone got a chance to go out on the boats. The sun stayed out long enough for us to enjoy swimming and splashing around. We were visiting during the rainiest August ever! But it didn’t stop us! Kids had a great time running around in the yard in their rain coats and boots. The house is beautiful with a great open concept! Very comfortable for everyone to hang out and enjoy the time away and not feel on top of each other.

Great location for a weekend getaway. The proximity to town, beautiful hiking trails and a relaxing lake was perfect for our reunion with old friends.

Everything about this house was great! The house itself was super clean and beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils for cooking and eating (all also very clean). The deck, picnic tables, grill and fire pit outside were also great! There were outdoor games, two kayaks, a paddle board and a canoe available for use, and there were plenty of life vests to go around for lake activities. My friends and I had a blast, both inside this house and outside at the lake! We were 14 adults and fit very comfortably in this house. We are hoping to come back in the winter for skiing! Finally, the homeowners were super nice and attentive regarding any questions that I had leading up to our stay. Five star experience all around.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the Taste of Country festival. The house had everything needed and there was plenty of room for our large group. It was a short walk to the mountain and the house had everything we needed for our stay. The kayaks and canoe were an added bonus as well as the 2 large picnic tables and fire pit for outside entertainment. The owners and neighbors were very friendly. We would definitely recommend this house!
