Great condo in a great spot. Condo was nice and roomy and felt like a home away from home. Check in was easy and everything was just as described.

Well maintained and clean, however you can only ski in/out if Jay Peak is running the village lift, something they didn’t do until our last day there. A few observations about the condo: No instructions on how to operate the fireplace, I couldn’t figure out how to turn it on Couldn’t figure out how to control the heat, might be radiate heat, but no controls visible. I had everything off and it was still too warm. Only two large drinking glasses, weird for a well stocked place Need to update their “welcome” book. Don’t think the information has been changed since 2006.

It was a wonderful stay. Very clean. The only issue we had was it got very hot in the house and the fans weren’t really making a difference. Otherwise, it was great. We will definitely return!

All was well. The property is a bit on the older side but everything was in order. We really enjoyed the ski in and out option and a great space to put the skis away. Kitchen was well stocked and we had all that we needed it throughout our stay.

As soon as we got to the property we found trash and pizza boxes piled outside our basement door and leftover food in the refrigerator and cabinets from the previous tenants. The wifi didnt work so we called and spoke with someone. She told us to restart the router and it didnt help. She then said she would send someone out and never did. I messaged again the next day and was once again told theyd send someone out but never did. So some of us had literally 0 service the entire time there because noone ever came and on day 3 they stopped answering and replying all together. Alot of the cooking utensils are ruined and need replacing and the cups and bowls were covered in grease along with the stove and wall behind the stove. Water and ice maker didnt work, there was board games but were missing all the pieces and there was even a tv in the basement with a dvd player but no remotes to control anything. Its safe to say the house is neglected and needs someone to go and replace some of the items that are damaged or outdated. The worst part for us was we ended up in a ditch and had to pay a tow truck to pull us out across from the property because we were trying to leave because we were obligated to leave by 10am but on Friday Feb 3rd it was -19 degrees and the roads were extremely icy but yet the sand and plow trucks didnt come until 1130 after we called and begged for help. Noone is maintaining this property sufficiently and us customers have to pay for the negligence

Location great! Ski on ski off!! House very comfortable. Oven hard to control, refrigerator water and ice not working, heat hard to control and washer machine hard to close door. Small problems. Overall wonderful.

Home was very clean. Washing machine did not work, bath tubs didn’t drain. Other than that the house was great!

Home was ok overall. Couple of issues. Washer wasn’t working. Vacasa had no staff on site and couldn’t help us timely on 3 issues we had. Many text messages and follow ups and we didn’t get any help on site. Very frustrated with the communication with their remote staff

We loved the ski in/ski out condo. It was great for a family with kids. We didn't have to lug everything somewhere else to get on the slopes. The trail that the condo is located on is great for beginners so that helped with the kids as well. Our older children (ages 8 and 10) loved that they had their own space in the basement level with game room. We loved the spacious living area and kitchen/dining room. Everything was clean and ready to move right in when we arrived.

Needs improvement - incredible stinginess of cleaning supplies (really leaving only 3 trash bags,1 tiny dish soap, and 1 dishwasher tab and 1 laundry tab per day for a home that advertises sleeping 8 ?) cheapened the otherwise lovely feel of the stay.

Also while not the problem of the home itself, but potential vacationers coming in winter without an 4WD/AWD car, the roads leading to the home are incredibly steep to get in out when icy. Our newish non-AWD minivan was unable to climb the hills and get in/out of the home. (Luckily you can park down the hill and take the shuttle, but something I definitely would have liked to know ahead of time!)

The condo was just as advertised and photos are accurate. The kitchen had everything we needed and the space was very comfortable for 5 adults. One suggestion is to add a hair dryer to at least one of the bathrooms.

the location was perfect, however it was too warm in the condo, no matter what the setting of the heat, it was super hot. We had to crack open the door to get cool air. Please make it so that we could open windows in the future, they were all not able to be opened.

Great place to stay with some friends after finishing this semester of college. The place is perfect to house 7-8 people and was kept nice. The only complaint is please make sure the lift is on that leads to this house. We were disappointed to find out when we arrived that this house was not ski on ski off because of the lack of snow at the resort.

Everything we needed! Perfecto action on the mountain. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed the cleanliness and the convenience of our stay but could not get in contact of property owner to answer questions about our stay.

Overall extremely satisfied. Exactly as described and the property gives you a very home away from home feeling. Everything is exactly as described. I just wish they had air-conditioning. They do provide you with multiple fans though to compensate. I had only one concern which was not helped by vicasa's property Management. The Wi-Fi went out on the 4th day of my stay. I contacted them and explained how important it is for it to be fixed. Cellular coverage is not great ( I have Verizon and the latest phone which is the GS21 Ultra) and one of my family member is completing her courses online. I was told a ticket was made and that somebody will contact me the current day. Being that it was 10:00 PM in the evening when the Wi-Fi went out. I did not receive a phone call the following day even after I contacted Vicasa. To make a long story short that was the end of my internet access until I left. Beside this wifi issue I would gladly stay again. To the owners of this property please coordinate with Vacasa in the event this happens to anyone who will stay at your property in the future. When I called and spoke with the representative from Vicasa she told me to reset the router. That didn't fix the issue and from there even the lady expressed how even she would have felt frustrated as well.

Space wise was great. Having two level when you have kids is great! It's not luxurious but adequate. Minutes to the waterpark/resort.

Had a great time staying at this home! It’s very clean and supplied with everything we needed for six women playing in a golf tournament in Newport. Pillows and bedding were comfy too! Would definitely stay again! Thanks for sharing your lovely home.
