Great place to stay within walking distance of beach and shopping. They notified us we could check in early which was so helpful for our evening plans. I would stay there again!

The room was clean(except the couch was stained and cushion zipper not zipped) and ready once we got there. It was a little confusing to find as we did not realize it was above the stores in the shops area. Due to spring break, there were an overwhelming number of young kids sitting on bikes at the entrance to the parking area and it was difficult to maneuver past them some times. The security officer was present and so we felt safe. Also, there were very loud screams and doors slamming in the rooms next to us most of the evenings til midnight. Overall the location was amazing and the room was just the right size, but the noise factor made it difficult to sleep. I would love to stay in area again just not during spring break

David was very responsive to messages and a gracious host. This property was in the perfect location and there is plenty to do and see a short distance from the front door. Highly recommend and we will certainly keep this place in mind for our next staycation! Thanks again!

Overall, we loved our stay! Great quality and very close to shopping and food. The tram does get you to the beach but tents are not allowed and most days the umbrella and chair rentals are booked by 11:00 a.m. The only thing we did end up missing was a kitchen (at least a cooktop) simply because food in the area is pricey. The complex is somewhat noisy but seemed to calm down after 10:00 p.m. If offering suggestions, we would propose a light over the sink and an information book of some sort with more info about beach access, places locals love, etc.

The apartment was nice, clean, beautiful decorated and very well equipped. The communication between us and David was very good. We had a good time in Seacrest Beach.

First things first, David (owner) is great to work with and his studio was the right place for me and my family. I will definitely be booking his studio again!! We enjoyed the location being at the center of all the fun, everything we needed was just downstairs. The beach is just a skip and a hop away from the studio, and if you don’t wish to walk, the trolley will get you there too. Although it’s a “private” beach for residents and guests, space is pretty tight due to the umbrella and chair rentals taking most of the available space. My advice is to get to the beach early (7ish am) and drop off / set up your chair/s and umbrella so you can have a great beach spot! Thank you David!

This was our first trip to the 30A area and we are excited to go back! The location was great! Love the neighborhood and restaurants. The trolley was helpful but there are some rules and details to work out before you go so do call them for details. We had a couple of small issues that were resolved quickly. The owner and hosts were super quick to help us resolve them and communicated swiftly. Lovely linens and towels. Donuts and coffee in front of the complex. The pools were great for our 2 1/2 year old! Beautiful area and we will definitely be visiting again!

5++ stars!!!! Beautiful unit - upscale, well decorated, spotless and comfortable. Great location nestled next to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Walk to shopping and great restaurants. Really enjoyed heated pool and hot tub as well. David was a GREAT host, extremely responsive. David accommodated an ask on front end of our stay and worked with us to both extend our stay and take a later checkout on last day. Great Host!! We will be back!

When you check out a room as you do when you arrive , found what I thought look like dark spot on bedspread . It turned out to be mold that had fallen out of the A/C unit above the bed.....didn’t use air and did not sleep in bed....too many remotes to use for simple tv operation ....

Was a nice condo! Perfect fur a weekend getaway! Great location to walk everywhere. Could use a new mattress. Only reason I gave cleaning a four star is because shower liner could have been cleaner. Other than that and the mattress, it was wonderful!
