This house was so much more than the listing! This house was amazing compared to the houses we have stayed at in the past. There was so much room & the balconies & patio was amazing. Not to mention you can literally walk to the pool from the backyard!🤯 the board walk isn't too far from the house either which is awesome, not bad of a walk but even better with a golf cart! Overall a great experience

The house was everything that we needed. We had plenty of room. The pool was also a plus for the kids.

This was the cleanest vrbo we have stayed in. Location was great but there was a little noise because it was closer to main road than we would have liked. The beach access is great and the house was well stocked and clean Our group voted a 5 on overall experience. We notified the owner of a few problems and she was quick to reply. Most were fix after we leave things

This place met every aspect of my criteria list! Private access to the beach on the subdivision’s boardwalk (which also handled golf carts). Could walk to the beach, but it was more convenient for our size group and ages of the children to rent a golf cart. Layout of the house was superb for each of 3 adult couples to have their own bedroom and bathroom, plus a wonderful bunk room for the little kids, with a bath. Yet another bedroom was great for the teenager too. Kitchen was large and spacious with plenty of dining area. The community pool was literally in our backyard which made it very convenient. Patio areas were great for early evening relaxing. Did I mention how clean the house and the linens were? You can’t beat this place, and we definitely want to return again someday! Cindy was a great host and very fast to respond to questions.

We stayed at the house with two other families and all had a splendid time. The house is spacious with a nice layout. We had everything we needed in the kitchen & rooms. Cynthia was very responsive and helped with check-in and check-out instructions. The beach is still walking distance and our overall experience was pleasant. Would come again in the future!

We had a great stay at this property. The check in was very smooth and easy. There is everything you need at the house and everything was clean and ready. I would recommend bringing extra bath towels, but besides that everything was perfect.

We had 6 adults and 6 kids very spacious clean and awesome views as well as easy to run into any stores when we needed a few things! Great property owner communication ! Had a great time for our first trip to the beach and ocean !

This was the perfect house for our family. We had the perfect space for everyone. We loved the pool out the backyard and the distance to the beach was just right. We’d definitely come back.

We have 4 grown kids, ages 23-28, that all brought their significant others. We also had two grands ages 2 mos and almost 4. Everyone loved the house. We rented golf carts that made for easy beach access over the boardwalk.

The home and beach were great. Can drive your vehicle right onto the beach (with a parking pass), or walk via the boardwalk - very convenient.

Great place, and in a hard to find five bedroom. Close enough to Port A to easily get take-out, but far enough away to be able to social distance on the beach. Perfect place for a large family or multi-generational trip.

Everything was really good... The kitchen was The Bomb".... Instead of a double bed, a king or queen would have been much nicer! Waste baskets in bathrooms too small and trashcan needed outside for grilling area... Bad board on front stairs... We had a blast! Thank you!

The family enjoyed the beach house so much that my granddaughter wants me to rent the same place next year for four nights instead of three. The house was very beautiful and spacious. I strongly recommend the house to anyone. The owners were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Beautiful home--comfortable and accommodating for our family of 9. We did rent a golf cart to make the trips to and from the beach more efficient. So happy we chose this home. Property owners were so kind and very responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is great for families and the home is very clean! I recommend renting a golf cart, because the walk to the beach is about half a mile.

The house was beautiful and perfect for our friends birthday weekend. Plenty of room for everyone and the owner was great to work with!

First and foremost - Cynthia is amazing and quick to respond to messages. She's super helpful for anything you need. The house was perfect for our family vacation! Everything was clean and nice and would couldn't have asked for a better spot. For future renters, the beach is really close, but a little too far to walk with beach gear. There are parking spots by the boardwalk just for the community which is super helpful. I would highly recommend a golf cart or buying the beach pass to drive your car on the beach. We had a great time, I would highly recommend this home for your family vacation. Thank you Cynthia!!! We loved every minute!
