We enjoyed our stay here. The house is well stocked for a beach vacation, the beds are comfortable, and the backyard is great for evenings. Lisa was very easy to deal with.

We had a great 11 days at Lisa & Floyd beach cottage. We walked to the private beach everyday & sometimes several times … sunrises are something to see…. We had 2 adult friends join us for 2 days … the house had everything we needed to host them and for our entire stay. The deck and back yard provided wonderful space to relax. Lisa & Floyd communicate very well and are available should you have questions or needs. An enjoyable stay !!

This place was a nice getaway. The beach was just a short walk and the outside area was really relaxing. The kitchen was huge and we spent a lot of our time in there. Big plus that a washer and dryer were available. Master bedroom has a full bed, other bedroom has a twin bed and then a twin up in a loft. Full size air mattress out on the porch. It worked out well for us. Scarce on washcloths and hand towels.

Beach at end of the road was more private and quieter than we expected. You can see right across the Bay to P-Town. The kids had lots of fun at the beach - the smaller waves here weren't intimidating for them. Bring water shoes - lots of rocks. Property is very close to other beach areas, bridges to the Cape, and excursions to Plymouth. Lots to do nearby! Communication with owner was very easy.

We were very pleased with this property and the neighborhood. The biggest surprise is that the pictures of the beach don't do it justice! WOW! The location is excellent for both those who want to enjoy a quiet New England cottage near the water or those who want to travel into Plymouth for the history and shopping. The listing itself was accurate and as we brought along our fur baby too, we especially appreciated the pet-friendly touches :-) For those looking to stay here too, we highly recommend it. Just note, even in June, the seabreeze can be quite cool, so bring a light jacket or a sweater. Again, an excellent rental!

We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach (end of the street), Plymouth, the Cape, and Boston! It was a great spot to explore so many fun spots. The fenced yard was fantastic for our kids and 2 pups. Lisa thought of everything and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches she left for us!

Fabulous outdoor space and easy access to beach. A ton of really cute decorations to make this place unique. We enjoyed our time there!

We had a great stay at this beautifully decorated beach house. The house had everything we needed and more. It was perfect for the 5 adults and one child who were staying in the house. We loved the beach and the neighborhood and neighbors were also great! Lisa is a great host!

My husband, friends, fur baby, and I enjoyed our 1 week stay at this cute, cozy, beach house! We were a 5 minute walk to a dog friendly beach! We spent a few nights by campfire in the backyard, and enjoyed many local restaurants! The owners have decorated this house adorably, and we truly had a great time!

My sister and I enjoyed our stay at this quaint Plymouth Cottage with our two canine companions. Wonderful location. Quiet and comfortable.

Great to get away for a couple of days - great location right near the beach.

This dog friendly cottage was such a peaceful get away for our family. It’s such a cute little cottage, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The little fenced yard was perfect for us and our dog. A great deck and fire pit area. Just a quick 10 min walk to the end of the street to reach the dog-friendly beach, which is long and beautiful. We walked for miles and my boys had fun digging and clambering across the rocks. We also enjoyed driving into the center of Plymouth to walk in the lovely park from the grist mill to downtown (and see the beginning of the annual herring run in the brook). Downtown is a great place to walk around, check out shops and get something eat with an ocean view. Lisa was very responsive when I contacted her. We had a little mix up with the check in time, but she was flexible. The little touches like providing kites, dog toys, and little lavender paw print soaps in the cottage were such a nice addition.

I was only there for 2 nights, but the house was darling and the master bed was quite comfortable. The fenced in backyard was ideal for my dog and it was a short walk to the beach. The owners were very kind and quick to respond to any questions I had. On the downside, the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen were quite disorganized and I do feel that the price per night, in the off season, was higher then comparable VRBO cottages in the same neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is lovely, well equipped and very dog friendly. The proximity to the beautiful private beach is great, taking us about 1 minute on a bike, 5 to walk. Lisa is a warm and welcoming host who goes above and beyond. I highly recommend the his property!

The beach house was a perfect getaway and will be back during warmer weather. It’s a pet friendly house with a fence in back yard and to top it off a pet friendly beach. The layout of the house was perfectly done and the decor couldn’t be better. House is very close to anything you may need including going out for dinner downtown in Plymouth.

We loved our stay! The house is great, so beachy. It’s decorated beautifully. The beach was truly extra special. It reminded us of a beach off of Southern California.

"Manamutt" is a perfect destination for our family getaway, and that includes our fur babies. Close to the private beach, we loved taking the pooches for walks and taking in the delicious salt air. This 100 year old bungalow has been incredibly renovated and has almost every amenity you could think of. We LOVED spending the evening out under the stars on the beautiful back porch with some s'mores over the fire. Lisa was so accommodating and thoughtful to our puppers too, who loved playing with the toys and experiencing this wonderful gem for themselves! We'd love to come back and stay longer next time!
