With the size of our family this house was a fantastic option. Laura was so helpful and responsive to our questions. The check in was so easy. It is so close to everything, and there are great options at the resort. Being so close to the playground was amazing for our kids.

We chose this home in our favorite neighborhood for our annual June (school's out!) trip. The home was ready for us when we arrived and was as clean a home as we've ever stayed in. Beds were super comfortable, everything we needed was there to get started and we particularly liked the fun of surprising the kids with Disney themed bedding of their favorite characters! Laura was super responsive to our questions before hand, and easy to work with! We will definitely choose this house for our next Disney trip!!!

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation. With lots of bedrooms/beds and bathrooms, we had plenty of room to spread out. The pool, jacuzzi, and game room were a lovely bonus. The kids loved the community pool, splash pad, and water slides. Easy drive to the Disney Parks!

The house was perfect for my family with plenty of room for all of us and being so close to Disney was the icing on the cake. The pool/hot tub behind the house and the community amenities were outstanding. My grandkids keep telling me they can’t wait to go back to the Florida house.

Everything was wonderful. The house was well stocked and furnished. The pool and hot tub were great for the kids. A little too cold for the adults. They really enjoyed game room too. The pool table wasnt level but we used the ping pong top instead. Communication with property owners were very easy. They were responsive,friendly and helpful! Will definitely look to stay here again!

This home met our groups needs and the location couldn’t have been any better for our daily drives to both Disney and Universal.
Checkin at the gate was easy and there was a huge variety of dining and shopping options near by.

We rented this property to celebrate a birthday and have a family trip to Disney. The property had so many activities for the kids and adults to enjoy. The location is fantastic to easily access Disney property and local restaurants. All of the rooms were very clean and spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The hosts were fantastic with their communication and quickly answered any and all of our questions.

This was the best VRBO property I've ever stayed in. Clean, comfortable, convenient to Disney (we were at every park in or under 15 mins driving-- with traffic!) My family LOVED the game room and back yard space. The community pool had events (my kids loved the DJ and glitter tattoos.) The kitchen had everything you could need, and Walmart is right up the street for groceries. The backyard was quiet and serene perfect for my morning coffee and book time! We had six adults and two kids staying here and could've easily slept 6 more!! The hosts of this property are responsive and so so kind. Seriously, if you are planning a Disney trip and want to stay off grounds.... Look no further.

It was just as described and the host was awesome! You don’t even need Disney world so save your money!! The clubhouse water park and pool plus hot tub at the home are all you need to enjoy a great vacay which we will definitely be back! If it had 10 stars I would give it 10 plus!!!

Our family of 13 had a wonderful week together. From the beginning Laura was a great and helpful host. The home is well appointed and taken care of. She was always quick to respond to our questions and so helpful.
The house was perfect for us and we would definitely rent it again and recommend it to our friends. . It was big enough to fit all 13 of us with space to relax, have fun together and get a good night sleep with plenty of bathrooms! The kids loved the game room and would have lived in the pool and hot tub.

Our family was looking for a vacation home for our children and grandchildren. We found the perfect home for us to enjoy spending time together. The home is lovely and spacious with everything that you would need. Beautiful neighborhood with playground for the younger children. Water park for all to enjoy was so much fun. Everyone love everything about our vacation and didn’t want to leave.
Location is an easy drive to Disney parks which is a big plus.
Laurel is the perfect host with answering all of our questions quickly.

Laura was a wonderful host and was quick to respond! This house had everything you could want! The older kids loved the game room and it was so great to have two pack n plays and two high chairs for my twins. The neighborhood is beautiful and the playground is located right across the street. Walmart and Starbucks are located right down the road which was extremely convenient also located a few mins from Disney! There’s nothing I could say that would need to change. We plan on staying here again in the future!!! Thanks Laura for everything!

We were looking for lodging near Disney but also a house in which we could rest and enjoy between parks. This was the place! It was approximately 20-25 minutes to the Magic Kingdom and 15-20 minutes to the Animal Kingdom. Easy drives. The house was nicely appointed with plenty of space and very well stocked. We paid to have the pool heated which was well worth it. The water park, a short walk from the house, was fantastic with a splash pad and water slides plus a shallow pool for little ones. Our two granddaughters absolutely loved the house pool and water park. They didn’t want to leave either one. There is also a very nice park directly across the street from the house. The owner communicated extremely well. All in all an excellent stay. Only wish we would have stayed longer!

Great spot for a Disney vacation. This property had so much to do when you weren’t at the parks and plenty of space for everyone. The only wish was that none of the bedrooms had ceiling fans which everyone in our group said they wished the rooms had. Otherwise phenomenal and very baby friendly. We had such a great stay! There were 9 in our group and everyone had plenty of space. The home was beautiful, bright, clean and in a nice location to go to the parks or just for a walk. The pool was so fun for day or night swimming and the spa was perfect for after long days at the parks! The game room and resort access were a fun addition to the stay. Laura was wonderful to work with, great communication! We hope to come back again soon!

We had a great stay. The house was roomy and comfortable for our 10 family members. Excellent area, close to a LOT of things to do. The amenities were great. Even a thoughtful tray of goodies when we arrived. We had an excellent time. Our hosts were fantastic, accommodating, helpful and quick to respond.

The house got "wows" as we walked in. A welcome basket of treats was a lovely touch. The kids were so excited to find their room with their special bedding, and then discovered the game room. We didn't see them the rest of the evening. We scheduled free days between our park visits and never had to leave the resort on those days. We lounged by the pool at the house, and took an afternoon to enjoy the resort pool and water slides. The kitchen has absolutely everything you could want. There were even two coffee pots for our decaf and caffeinated coffee drinkers.

We rented the house for 12 people for our daughters 3rd birthday. Very great full for the size of the house considering tropical storm nicole rolled through in the middle of the visit. Lots of space and fun for everyone to enjoy a day indoors. The public pool is a short walk from the house and the park across the street was nice as well. We opted for pool heat and the kids loved it. The house had all the amenities you need for a long stay. Walmart was also close by and order pickup was very convenient to stock the fridge for the week.

We had a great stay at Livin’ Free home! The house was clean and welcoming when we arrived, was well located to everything we could want or need. We had 5 kids between the ages of 1 and 7, so safety was a major priority-the baby amenities and safety features were very much appreciated. The pool and property amenities were wonderful for down-days.
Laura was attentive and answered the few questions we quickly was very friendly through out our stay.
We checked out this morning and all the kids were asking when we could come back!

House was a great location. We had great space for our 13 family members. Check out with laundry expected of towels and gathering all the trash and being out by 10 was a little challenging. If we had left early am, we wouldn’t have been able to do as much as we did.

Shortcomings
Nice house. Pool area shabbier than in the pix. Ripped lawn furniture, broken door hinge in pool area. LOTS of burned out light bulbs…..living room, hallway, pool area. Only 7 pool towels for 15 renters and a baby. Broken A/C one night with high temp and humidity. No recompense offered for a sleepless, sweaty night.

This property was awesome! Very clean house with tons of space. We enjoyed our “relaxing” day at the house playing games, watching movies, and swimming. Good times and great fun! Very nice home.
