Very nice staff, the location is perfect. The place looks like the pictures and they clean your room every day. The breakfast was also very good.

Beautiful location

beautiful property, has a boutique hotel vibe. great wifi. I stayed in the shared dorm, one of the most comfortable dorm beds I’ve ever slept in!

View from the room on the garden and vulcano was fantastic. The roof terrace had a very nice view as well. We also enjoyed the boho chic interior and friendly staff. For breakfast we had the oatmeal with muesli and fruit twice because it was so good. I definitely recommend this hotel. Worth the price after such a long flight we had.

the room In the picture on booking.com was different than the room I was given. The room pictured had high ceilings and the room I was given did not. I paid extra money to have a nice private room and I wanted the exact room pictured. The hotel and Booking.com should make sure the room photos are accurate.

the room was SO humid. We asked for a fan and unfortunately that didn’t help at all. The windows were frosting because of how hot it was and when you’re paying 70 dollars for a private room, it’s very upsetting to not be comfortable. Additionally, the bathrooms we a bit if a walk from the room— although clean and the showers were great/- the website described them as “bathrooms shared amongst other private rooms” so i was under the impression the bathroom was attached to the other private rooms— the bathrooms could be used amongst whoever was in the area. Lastly, I don’t want to be mean but I found it extremely odd that there was no music playing during breakfast. The hotel has such a gorgeous aesthetic but the ambiance was just not right.

Great shower (probably the best of our Guatemala trip). We had a private room at the back of the garden, spacious room, large bed, very clean and quiet. The hotel itself is very pretty, few hammocks here and there, and even volcano view from 1st floor terrace. Good breakfast. Great location in the city Center.
