The two adults and two children under 8. Everything you would need for a beach stay was there. It was clean and the hosts were great communicators. We enjoyed a great week.

We loved the house and had a great time for our family vacation! It was the first vacation with our newborn and everything was wonderful! We booked the house as a surprise for my mom’s 60th birthday, the family enjoyed spending time together! The house was great with so much space and the outside deck was amazing to have dinners out there! The walk to the beach was a little difficult since the closest access had a lot of large rocks, making it difficult to swim there. We drove down to the other beach access by the clubhouse which was much accessible for our older family relatives. The hosts were so accommodating and even sent us a package of lobster crackers for us to use the night we bought local seafood for a seafood dinner with our family. We all enjoyed our stay!

This home is so spacious, warm and welcoming!! The large deck and dining room offers family together time for dinner and family game night. The beach is a little of a walk… but definitely worth it. The hosts are are genuine and sincere with the utmost kindness. If you have the opportunity to stay… this warm home is a must!! We hope to return in the near future!

I had rented this Wonderful Home for my Daughter and Her Husband and three Grandchildren ages 20mos - 8 yrs. From the beginning our Hosts were most welcoming and answered our questions. My Daughter and Family enjoyed the Home very much for the time they were able to spend there! They enjoyed the nearby Beach as well though my Grandson thought it was a bit rocky & He needed shoes! Again, the Hosts were most accommodating and we Thank Them very much for allowing us to rent their Wonderful Home!

It was a spacious home with comfortable beds, a large deck and great back yard for the kids to play.

The property is excellent. The house was enough space for five adults, two children and dogs. That’s a lot of people under one roof. You can tell the family takes really good care of this house. The bedrooms were a nice size and the living room and sun room were really comfortable. The deck is also huge and my kids loved it. The beach is about a 5- or 8-minute walk depending on which entry you go to. We usually took the longer route because the beach access was a bit easier. The beach itself is ok. It was a bit rocky for our taste, but since it’s private it wasn’t crowded. We had some nice relaxing mornings and evenings there. Overall, it was a nice family vacation.

The home had everything you could need from linens and towels to beach chairs a toys. It is a short walk to a lovely beach or enjoy the beautiful deck and years. We had a great trip.

This was a great house for our Thanksgiving dinner! Everything was great other than not receiving the code to get in on the day we were supposed to get in. I called the owner and got in pretty quick though. Thank you!

Lovely home, just as advertized, with all the kitchen tools and essential spices to make cooking at home after a day on the beach easy. Comfy beds, great wifi, friendly neighbors, lovely sand beach within walking distance, easy access to cape. What's not to like?

We enjoyed the central location from Boston, Cape Cod and Providence! We were visiting a number of colleges in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and found this place to be accommodating and beautiful. The house is beautiful, as well as the neighborhood. Everyone was friendly and John was easily available when we needed him. The local beach was stunning and relaxing, and we enjoyed sightseeing and visiting with family and friends. Overall, we had a lovely week at this home. Thank you so much!!!!!

We had a great week. The house is a really short drive (or walk) to a beautiful beach, which is where we spent most of our days. The location is right off the main road, so it was easy to find our way around. Would highly recommend!

This beautiful and well kept four bedroom was a great place to spend a week on beach. We also took a day trip via the Plymouth ferry to Provincetown.

our family wanted to stay between the boston area and the cape, and as close to the bay as possible within our budget. this home was perfect! we have stayed in other homes on vrbo before, but this one was the best! beautiful, large backyard with ample outdoor furniture and a gas grill, tons of beach chairs and a big beach wagon to pull them in, most kitchen supplies and bath/beach towels that i have ever seen in a vrbo home, and lots of space inside for a family to spread out and relax. i communicated with John from the beginning, and he was absolutely great to work with, quick responses and very willing to help if needed.
