Great charming house in a fantastic location that was close to everything. Super comfy bed and all the basic amenities provided to get our trip started without extra efforts. Minnestay really goes above and beyond with their properties so looking forward to returning to their places again after this first time in one.

We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is very nice, convenient with grocery shop, multiple restaurants within walking distance. Very safe and quiet too. House is as described. Minnestay is very responsive.

This location was the perfect spot for our vacation to Saint Paul, MN! Loved running along Summit and Grand Ave! A quick walk to so many restaurants, shops, and coffee houses. The top floor master room was nice and cold for sleeping on a hot summer days! The basement bar and game room with Pac-Man and darts was super fun!

This house is in a great location and it is the cutest house! We have stayed here twice now and just love it! The little things like soap, extra toothbrushes/toothpaste, coffee, laundry detergent, lotion, shampoo, etc., are all wonderful and make you feel welcome! Would definitely recommend this property!

This property was close to a grocery store, a liquor store, and other neighborhood places. Right off Summit Ave great for walking. The offstreet parking was a plus!

Home is conveniently located for our visits to St. Paul. Minnestay employees have been helpful when questions arise. Will look at more of their properties when renting.

My company travels the country setting up structures for events and other activations. As such we utilize VRBO often. This property in St. Paul is excellent. All amenities are present as described and the property manager's communication is outstanding. The property is very comfortable and accommodating. I highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to the twin cities!

This is a lovely, updated older home in a quiet neighborhood in St. Paul. The 2nd floor attic has been turned into a large master suite with a beautiful bathroom. Pros: immaculate 1/2 block to groceries, restaurants Coffee shop Lovely neighborhood to walk around Close to Macalester college & St Thomas 2 parking spots in back 3 beds w/different mattresses for all comfort levels Spacious living/dining area Back deck updated & fire pit in yard Interactions with Minnestay very pleasant. Cons: main bathroom on 1st floor had plumbing issues, shower head broken, (replaced during our stay). Hot water in sink was a trickle, needed plumber to fix. Hopefully this will be resolved prior to other visitors. If not for the plumbing issues, this would be 5/5.

Good overall experience. Stairs to upstairs a little difficult to navigate. Nice area thought. Water pressure upstairs a little low and downstairs bath fixtures and drain plug in need of attention.

Very walkable to places to eat and shop. Grocery store across the street. Comfortable and spacious accommodations, great back yard and deck, plus a badgers/packers themed sports bar in the basement.

Stayed for the weekend and really enjoyed the house and location. The house is laid out well and had everything we needed and more. Beds were comfortable. Hope to stay here again sometime.

Convenient, clean, cozy.

If you love the character and charm of a 100-year old home, this is a good choice for you. Some of the doorways and walkways were a little tight, but the renovations were well done, especially the second floor main suite. Everything was pretty clean and in good repair, and the owners/managers were easy to work with. The best part of the property was the location. Close proximity to so much of what St Paul and the surrounding area have to offer. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice, comfortable property. Great neighborhood, very close to a good grocery and liquor store. Lots of great restaurants nearby. It was lovely to sit in the backyard and have coffee in the morning. The major drawback is that the stairs to the upper level master bedroom are very shallow - my whole foot did not fit and I have small feet. The staircase is also quite steep and not well lit - not a drawback for younger, active people, but not recommended for the elderly.

We dropped our daughter off for college at St Thomas and didn't want the hassle of a hotel, parking ramp, etc. We were 5 blocks from her and it was the most relaxing stay we've had in the Cities! We could walk to restaurants, bars, shopping. We walked daily to Kowalski's for groceries to cook/snack-they are THE NICEST people! We walked to Iron Ranger (awesome bar/restaurant with live music and the coolest manager around..Liz V.), and The Colossal Cafe on the corner is great for breakfast and lunch! Clean and cozy with character is this home with plenty of room for my husband and I, both of our daughters (17 and 21) and a boyfriend:) We had everything we needed for cooking, drinking wine, laundry, easy parking in the alley. House was plenty cool because it was really hot this week, and evenings on the back deck with wine were perfect. We will definitely be back as we'll be watching Tommie basketball games all winter! Thanks so much for our new home away from home:)

9/10. Really a very nice place, great location. Only one issue (and this might be nitpicking) but there was a partially full trash can in the game room and some dirty laundry on top of washer. I called to ask if they had any preference about where I should put the dirty laundry but got an answering machine and never received a call back. Otherwise an outstanding place and I suspect that those oversights will be addressed in the future.

Enjoyed the coziness!

This little renovated home on Grand Avenue offers nicely decorated rooms and relaxing spaces, from the huge master bedroom top floor to the basement bar and TV area. We also liked the large backyard with chairs. The back deck and parking area are in serious need of renovation. The rest of the property is in good shape.

We enjoyed our stay in this clean and cozy house. It was a very comfortable home away from home for us!

This was perfect for our family with two adult children. Each had their own room and we had a lovely full bedroom and bath upstairs. The house is clean, well appointed and charming. We watched TV, played board games and loved the location . Shopping and a very nice market right nearby. We would come back and stay here again. A very pleasant place!
