This property was in a quiet, easily accessible neighborhood. It was very clean with a fully equipped kitchen. Nicely furnished and decorated. Fenced-in backyard with cement patio, table and chairs and a grill. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Owners very easy to work with.

This was a really nice location (in the West Valley area) with a bit of traffic noise at night. The house was lovely, clean, good ammenities and comfortable, we are used to a king size bed so struggled a bit with the bed sizes. All in all a very pleasant stay

Stayed here while we were visiting family in Yakima....the place is clean and comfortable. My family really enjoyed the back patio area. The home is a little dated and the neighborhood is a little run down in areas, but safe and quiet overall.

This was one of the cleanest short term rentals I have ever stayed in. Although an older home with simple decor which is totally fine. The cleanliness was great! Definitely stay here again

What a pleasant surprise! We loved every minute staying there as we spent time to see our elderly Mom who lives in Yakima. Everything was top notch. Great beds, linens, towels, kitchen was so well stocked. Couldn't have asked for more...We will be back next visit! Thank You so much!

The home was centrally located, close to a grocery store, and near downtown restaurants and the farmer's market. It was perfect for our mini family reunion. The home had everything we needed for making taco night and pizza night. The house was clean, beds and linens comfortable, and nice seating outside for breakfast.

Stayed for 3 nights for my sister's wedding. Property was near everywhere we had to be. Neighborhood seemed nice. Took several walks around the Neighborhood to stretch our legs.
House was nice. Kitchen had everything we needed. Saved money by eating most meals at the house and bringing food with us.

This house was great to stay in and was much better than a hotel. Neighborhood felt safe but wasn't the best. There was an air freshener that was automated that was extraordinarily loud and would go off about once a hour. Once we figured out where the sound was coming from we disabled it during our stay by pulling out the batteries. Otherwise had a great stay and would come here again. Really great management.

Duplex was very clean and set nicely for our needs. Couch very comfy. Bedrooms are great with nice lamps with extra plugins. Kitchen chairs could use cushions. TV was not easy to find channels. Parking limited. Overall though, really great house. In a good location for stores and food. Easy to find.

Nice Comfy Duplex
This was a great place to stay with family. Close to restaurants and grocery store. The beds were comfortable and everything was fresh and clean. The backyard patio was nice, mowed and landscaped. Enjoyed the outdoor space. Very easy check in and check out. Would stay at this property again.

Weekend stay for a basketball tournament
Quiet neighborhood for a quick weekend stay. Were at our daughter's basketball tournament so it was a quiet home base to come back to after busy games.

Cozy and Comfy
Sweet little older home. In a real neighborhood, not a touristy area. Big bright kitchen with separate laundry. Shower off master bedroom small, but usable. Would stay there again.

Great House
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms was the perfect size for our group of 6 (3 couples). One bedroom has an on-suite bathroom and the other two share the hallway bath. Everything was clean and worked well!

Perfect Friends Weekend Getaway House
Staying at this property was perfect for my friends and I for a weekend. We had an event to attend close by and the location of this house was not only near our venue but near many other stores, restaurants, etc. which came in handy. The hosts are extremely helpful and communicative. All the instructions on how to get into the house, how to leave things upon your departure, etc. are all very clear. Would highly recommend this VRBO.

Yakima visit
Overall good experience. The air conditioning was broken but owner provided room air conditioner for bedrooms and fans for rest of house which turned out to be a duplex that we were unaware of. Overall it was a very good location close to major freeway and all the activities we wanted. Owner very responsive to questions
