Perfect for a golf weekend. Very Clean and organized!

I would have liked to have known the master bedroom was upstairs, and that the house was on a main road, which was noisy. My elderly parents were unable to join us last minute, but they would not have been able to handle the stairs and would not have been comfortable sharing a bathroom with us. Other than that, the house was very clean and well stocked.

We had a wonderful stay! Property is exactly as listed and had all necessary amenities.

Our family of 8 adults was together for 4 nights. We did a lot of meal prep and appreciates the well-stocked kitchen and large dining table. We also used the grill and fire pit on the patio. The location was convenient, but the road is very busy and a bit loud. Our host, Diana, was very responsive to an needs and even allowed us to check in an hour early! Thank you.

This is a great place to have a large group. Very clean, inviting place, each room had a tv with smart/streaming device. Two fridges and very well laid out. Games on the patio and one of the more stocked/provided vrbo’s we’ve been too. We will definitely be back. Super close to stores and quiet even though you’re on the main road.

This property was very clean, bright and airy, and fit the needs of a family vacation consisting of grandparents, son and his spouse, and three children ranging in age from 6 to 23. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook a meal, which was very handy. The beds were good. There were adequate towels. The screen porch was very nice, and the foosball and pool table was enjoyed by all. Having games available was also great.

We enjoyed our stay very much, particularly the outdoor fireplace to gather and talk. The house is beautifully decorated and the beds are quite comfortable. With just a couple of safety issues, which will be addressed by the owner regarding the stairs, it will be the perfect place to vacation.l

This property was Simply GREAT! I recommend this property to anyone visiting the St. Pete area. The property was clean and the property manager was immediately responsive when we had questions. My mother is elderly and there was a downstairs master next to a rest room. She Loved it and did not want to leave. The kids had lots of room and there were activities on the property that kept them busy. Thank you so much for a enjoyable stay!

This may be one of my top 3 favorite vacation rentals I've ever stayed in. I typically book through another property rental app, but went vrbo this time around and am so happy that I did! This home was everything that the listing says and more. We had a little trouble getting into the house, but Diana was quick to help remedy that. Most rentals only offer the barebones necessities but anything I needed (and more), was readily available - shampoo, soap, HAND soap (I never see normal hand soap at rentals; I had even brought our own thinking we wouldn't have anything there), garbage bags, dish soap, etc. All our friends couldn't get over how amazing this place was. The backyard was great! We didn't have a chance to use any of the games because we brought our own, so I can't speak to that. But we brought firewood for the pit in the backyard and sat around for a few hours which was probably a highlight of my 2 nights there. The amount of beds/space for sleeping arrangements was also something you don't see much of at most rentals. Definitely a great place for big groups! Love love the location - we were 10 minutes from one of the main St. Pete Beach access points and 15 minutes from DTSP (downtown St. Pete). I really think I'll be back here again soon.

This property has great potential. However, the management is seriously lacking. We had several issues: faucet, dishwasher, and grill did not work. The garbage bins were completely full upon our arrival. The backyard needed to be mowed. The weeds were over a foot tall. There were only four washcloths for six people. Communication was challenging as well. We never received checkin information even after messaging for it on arrival day. Finally called and got it. We won’t be back.

We enjoyed our stay SO much! We were all getting together for a wedding but had younger kids who needed room to run and play. We found the right house! There is a great fenced back yard and after the long drive the kids ran and played and loved it! The a pool table in the garage was a nice bonus. The house also has a nice sized screened in back porch with games ready to play. We gathered on the big, comfy sectional couch in the living room to visit but the big kitchen table was our favorite spot. The house has a beautiful kitchen with both an island to sit at and a long table with plenty of chairs. We found everything we needed to cook and enjoy eating together. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms and shampoo and soap! All of the beds were very comfy and the rooms were a nice size with good closet space. We were close to everything and everywhere we needed to be. Dianna was easy to communicate with and we had no issues whatsoever. We will definitely stay again!

Bathroom had no exhaust fan, 3rd bathroom a little miss leading. In the garage. Checking in, had to call VRBO HELP, code did not work to enter. Owner had to open from her end.. Great location, close to everything!

Master suite was upstairs with 3 additional bedrooms on the main level. It was perfect for what we needed. The kids enjoyed the “playroom” with the pool table. We didn’t realize it didn’t have a bathtub for our youngest so renters need to be aware of that. Otherwise it was perfect!

The house was great, didn’t even use 1/2 of the amenities. We had a hard time finding the laundry soap, and when I asked for help it was so much later that we actually had to leave the house with our clothes soaking wet. The property manager allowed not even 10 minutes to finish the laundry. We also had to wait until exactly 4pm to check in. So be aware, the clock is ticking!

My two peers and I were in town for our work convention. We decided to find a VRBO house nearby to stay versus the hotel. This house was a warm inviting house, very clean and good size. It had everything we needed plus equipped with a pool table. We only stayed 2 nights and most time was spent at the convention so we didn’t really have time to enjoy this wonderful house. I recommend anyone looking into staying in the St Petersburg area, to check this place out. It’s close to the beach area and shops. Perfect location!

Located near St Pete Beach and grocery stores right down the street. Great kitchen with lots of cooking supplies. Great yard as well

We would definitely stay here again…the property and Diana were awesome….it’s off of a pretty busy road which was a little loud sometimes but everything else made up for that.

This house was just the right spot for my family.

The host and house are great! Was very spacious in accommodating 7 of us. We plan to book and come back next year at the same time except we will be adding two more people and there will still be plenty of room. Diana was very responsive to any questions. A great walk down to Kekes breakfast cafe is a suggestion we would make to anyone.

Central to all the main spots like downtown and the beach (about 15 minutes to each). Beautifully decorated. The only reason we rated this location 4 stars is because the master bedroom where our bride stayed was not connected to the rest of the AC and took forever to cool down during the day. As well as the master bathroom has no AC, this led to a lot of frustration when trying to get ready. If I were going with a group of people I’d stay again because I could get out of staying in the master (I don’t do well with heat!) Florida is to hot not to have the room connected to the central AC unit! Overall, we recommend because of its cleanliness, location and beauty!

There were 10 adults in our group. The property is probably better suited for 8 if it’s all adults. However, we made it work for us. The master bedroom upstairs is great! Large room, comfortable bed, en-suite bathroom and it’s own AC. What more could you ask for?

Amazing house to stay at! Diana was very easy to communicate with and often responded within minutes of me writing to her. Location is close to stores so we were able to get groceries and save some money and cook at the house. Would recommend and definitely stay at again if we make our way back to this area of Florida.

This property is clean, comfortable and close to everything. The A/C and Wifi worked great and the appliances are like new including the gas grill. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend this property to others.

It was very clean inside. The beds and bedrooms were totally as promised, good size rooms. The pool table was a complete hit!! Kept the kids off their phones! It is very well stocked with soap in all bathrooms and kitchen, paper towels, silverware, dish soap, and more in the kitchen, shampoos in both bathrooms, plenty of towels, and extra linens. The kitchen had everything you need to cook and enjoy meals together. Travel time of 10-15 mins to the beaches, Upham and St. Pete Beach was superb! Quick access to the beaches without paying beachside prices. If given the opportunity, we would definitely book this property again.

Check in was very easy. I did not enjoy that it was on a busy road and it was further than expected from downtown. However, beds were extremly comfortable and it had plent of space.

Property was lovely and the host made sure to work out we were comfortable and communicated well

Ideal location close to several beaches and lots of restaurants. Very clean property throughout. The pool table was a great hit with the kids and the beach equipment was very appreciated by all. The listing is accurate and Diana answered any question we had in minutes. Highly recommend this property.
