Quick trip to Greeneville! Very clean and easy access!

Booked this little cottage for a quick weekend getaway for our anniversary and marriage proposal weekend. Wanted a simple place to stay driving distance from the mountains. Becky was such a fantastic host. Check-in process was simple and easy. The second we entered the cottage we immediately fell in love. She has literally thought of everything. There was ice in the freezer, water in the kettle and coffee makers, a wide assortment of Kcups for coffee, a delicious assortment of snacks, a great and easy to use smart TV with an assortment of DVDs to watch, a wonderful assortment of board games to play, a wide assortment of toiletries in the bathroom, and plenty of pots and pans to cook with. We instantly felt right at home when we checked in but with the benefits of a five-star hotel. The futon was comfy to lounge around in front of the television, the recliner was INCREDIBLY comfy as well. We loved eating breakfast at the kitchen table. The bathroom was great! Well-stocked with toiletries, shower temperature was nice and hot but could've had better water pressure. The bed was nice and comfy, incredibly easy to sleep in. Plenty of blankets to keep us warm. I will advise that the amenities do list a spa tub. However, we did not see one on the property. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay 100% and will be back again.

My sister in law got married in Greeneville over the weekend and my family and I had a wonderful stay at the Kudzu Cottage! I have younger children and they loved the little logo set and slept very comfortably on the futon couch! I was impressed with how spacious the house was! It was a lovely place and we’d love to stay there for future events in the area! Thank you!!

The kudzu cottage is a wonderful place to stay in Greenville. It is in a great location, with just minutes from downtown. Rebekah is easy to work with and she leaves complimentary snacks and toiletries. This is my second time staying there, and I’m sure I will request another time to stay next time I visit family in Greeneville.

As usual this property was outstanding. It is clean, well stocked and in a great location. The host is easy to communicate with also. We have stayed here many times while out daughter was at Tusculum. Thank you for being a great host.

Kudzo Cottage was a comfortable stay. It was in close proximity of the places I needed to go. It was clean and well stocked. I’m sure I will be staying here again.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Our host was great! The cottage was well stocked, clean and easy to get to. The little baskets of snacks and other essentials were a great touch. I am not a fan of futons for living room furniture, but I know they are great for extra guests. We would definitely stay there again!

The property owner was in great communication for any needs! When arriving to the property I was greeted with a well maintained exterior and interior rental. The home was very clean and had anything you could possibly need for your stay. I will be returning next year! Thank you!

The place was so perfect! The host is amazing as well! There were so many extras- a giddy basket in the kitchen. A coffee bar! A basket of toiletries in the bathroom! The place is clean and comfortable! Easy check in and out!! Perfect location!!!! We just loved it! We will definitely stay here again!!!

Needed a place to stay while looking for property in Tennessee. Just happened on this great VROB. The Kudzu Cottage was perfect in every way. It was the perfect size, clean, neat and even had little goodie baskets in the bathroom and on the kitchen table. Loved our stay there and will use it again if needed, we’ve already recommended this cottage to some friends.

The cottage was perfect for our stay! We needed a place to “land” while we waited to close on our house and it was great! Close to downtown and had all the convenience of home! Definitely recommend!

First of all Becky was great with communication during our stay. Location was great for access to downtown or 11E. The cottage was extremely clean and nicely decorated. The A/C was excellent and very quiet. For the two of us this was a great rental. Highly recommend this cottage if you are going to be in the Greeneville area.

Overall, the home was exceptional. Super clean and a nice quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay. There was thoughtful items left like pamphlets, snacks, coffee and toiletries if we so needed. We would totally recommend to others. We have recommended other family members to stay here when visiting family.
